Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very important for companies, especially by companies whose operational activities have an impact on the community and the surrounding environment. Especially mining companies are important to carry out CSR programs. CSR implementation is carried out as a form of corporate social responsibility. This research provides an overview of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implemented by PT.Antam, Tbk. Explained in the study of literature from the economic , social, and environmental aspects. The realization of CSR in the economic aspect is realized by PT. Antam, Tbk by contributing to the community and the Government which aims to increase the economic independence of sustainability and prosperity and contribute to the Government through the payment of non-tax state revenues (PNBP), taxes, and royalties amounting to Rp758.81 billion. Efforts to combat poverty in the Company's operational areas are realized in the Partnership Program in the form of capital assistance to foster partners. Enviromental aspects by ANTAM implements Good Mining Practice covering aspects healthy and work safety, environment responsibility, community development, post mining plan. CSR Antam is important because in addition to building a positive image by company for the welfare of the community so that there is a harmonious relationship between the company and the community as part of the stakeholder.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the Analysis of Freshwater Fish Seed Business Development in Increasing Income (Study at UPTD Fish Seed Center in Rahandouna Village, Poasia District, Kendari City). The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through interviews, observation and document studies. Sources of data from research informants and secondary data that are relevant to research studies. Using interactive data analysis model data analysis techniques from Miles, Huberman & SaldaƱa (2014)The results of the study show that business development in freshwater fish hatcheries in Rahandouna Village, Poasia District, Kendari City can be said to experience development and increase in income where the business location has experienced additions from initially there were only 1-20 ponds to 30 ponds, and a workforce that was initially only 3 employees to 5 employees. Abstract

In the context of the property market, consumer perceptions can be influenced by factors such as location, price, facilities, design and housing brand. Therefore, understanding consumer perceptions can help developers design housing products that suit consumer needs and desires, thereby increasing consumer interest in purchasing housing products. This research seeks to determine consumer perceptions of housing purchasing decisions in Kendari City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research results show that the calculated F value is 28.695> the F table value is 2.463 and the sig value. namely 0.0000<0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of location, price, product quality and promotion influence consumer decisions. The calculated t value of the price variable influences consumer decisions in purchasing housing in Kendari City. The influence of price on housing purchasing decisions shows that the price factor has a significant role in the consumer decision-making process. The location, product quality, and promotion variables have no effect on consumer decisions when purchasing housing in Kendari City.

Abstract

In general, companies strive to meet consumer expectations, by building trust in a long-term relationship between the company and its customers. Looking at the current conditions, the increasing number of souvenir shops in the Kendari area could be a threat to the Kendari Souvenir Shop Typical Kendari Souvenirs and in the future, there will be shops that provide the same products and food as the Oleh Shop. -by Kendari Souvenirs Typical of Kendari. Therefore, the Kendari Typical Souvenir Shop, which is located right in a strategic area in the middle of Kendari City, must increase its competitiveness and implement or prepare a business strategy that is superior to its competitors and must be more careful in reading and anticipating market conditions and creating products that are superior to those of its competitors. quality. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research results show that the Kendari Souvenir Shop uses operational strategies to improve the management of goods, stock and product quality. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan piutang dan pengendalian piutang serta keefektifan pengelolaan pengendalian piutang PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kendari. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada Receivable Turn Over (RTO), Average Collection Period (ACP), Rasio Tunggakan dan Rasio Penagihan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kendari. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data adalah data sekunder dan wawancara, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dan sistem pengendalian piutang belum efektif dalam mengurangi piutang macet atau piutang tak tertagih.

Abstract

Community participation in tourism development is mainly related to forms of community participation, community motivation and the impacts of tourism development on local communities that need to be further optimized, with the basic premise that it is an effort to develop tourism by referring to the concept of community-based tourism development. The aim of this research is to describe the characteristics of creative economic tourism development that is based on active community participation so that it can increase Regional Original Income. This research uses a qualitative approach. The sampling technique was snowball sampling technique. The research population is the entire community in the South Konawe Regency area. Meanwhile, the sample taken as the main data source is people who actively carry out participation activities in the creative economy sector. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data collected from research results in the field were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that there is a link between Regional Original Income (PAD) and creative economic tourism, namely the presence of a new economic form that can become a source of the community's economy. If this is developed more professionally, it will become a new source of PAD for the South Konawe Regency government. The development of creative economic tourism based on local community participation has not run optimally, where the development of creative economic tourism still receives very little attention from the local government, especially the role of the government as a facilitator to provide facilities that are needed by creative economic actors, including training for actors to improve quality and productivity, providing production equipment for business actors, and assistance in accessing capital.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) represent a crucial sector in Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to job creation and unemployment reduction. However, many business actors in this sector, particularly in Anawai Sub-district, Kendari City, still face challenges in business administration management. This community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge of micro and small business actors in Anawai Sub-district, Kendari City, regarding proper business administration, including business legality and financial record-keeping. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, and direct mentoring. The results show that most business actors have not yet obtained complete legal documentation, and many are still not practicing adequate financial record-keeping. This program has a positive impact on increasing business actors' understanding of the importance of effective and efficient business administration.ABSTRAKUsaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pengurangan pengangguran. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha di sektor ini, khususnya di Kelurahan Anawai, Kota Kendari, masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam tata kelola administrasi usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di Kelurahan Anawai Kota Kendari, mengenai tata kelola administrasi yang baik, termasuk legalitas usaha dan pencatatan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku usaha belum memiliki legalitas yang lengkap, dan masih banyak yang belum menerapkan pencatatan keuangan yang memadai. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya administrasi usaha yang efektif dan efisien.
