Investigating the effects of digital innovation and financial literacy on MSMEs' financial performance is the goal of this study. The independent variables financial literacy (X1) and digital innovation (X2) on the dependent variable MSME performance (Y) are assessed using quantitative methodologies in this study. Culinary MSMEs populate the West Semarang District. Purposive sampling was used to collect data. A Likert scale was used to assess the data-gathering strategy with a questionnaire. The review approach employs the SmartPLS 3.0 program and Partial Least Squares (PLS). Financial literacy and digital innovation, according to research findings, have a favorable and significant impact on MSME success. The R-square value for the MSME performance variable is 0.606. That is, 60.6% of the variance in MSME performance can be explained by the latent variables of financial literacy and digital innovation. The remaining 39.4% is explained by variables not examined in this study.
