Abstract

Construction of new road network ring, was actually giving an indirect impact on the socio-economic to the surrounding population. The existence of Ambarawa Ring Road is alleged to give effect to the business group pancake merchants who are members of the UKM Mekar Sari.The method used in this research is qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Researchers describe the research subjects are traders pancake incorporated in one business group SME Ngampin Ambarawa village called Mekar Sari totaling 40 people as actors who are the target of observation or informants in a study conducted by the researchers. In this study, the types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data.Negative impacts to the ring road is a decrease in turnover of each of the traders pancake that is because the users prefer to go straight through the roundabout Ambarawa while the positive impact that arises in the presence of a ring road, traders are more willing to be creative that is willing to innovate products with try flavors and display products such as jackfruit, banana and sow meses cheese. It is intended to draw back buyers. This area actually has the potential and the need to touch or redirection location lots crossed by vehicles. They just need a lot of people know that they are still there, and what they contributed still feasible to provide a sensation with their typical food when passing on the street Ambarawa.

Abstract

Local wisdom about traditional food contained in the archipelago, especially the Javanese script is a legacy of high-value ancestors because by inheriting the tradition of food, can strengthen the identity and identity of the Indonesian nation universally.This research uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach. Data collection is done on observation (participant observation), in depth interview (in depth interview) and documentation. Data analysis is data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. Test the credibility of the data with triangulation and member check. The potential of srabi as a typical food in Ngampin Ambarawa Village is as a source of family income. The traders srabi get additional income by selling the srabi. Sales turnover will increase during holidays and during celebrations of the familiar traditions of Sha'ban moon better known as "Sha'banan". Efforts to preserve srabi in the village of Ngampin Ambarawa is by continuing to preserve local wisdom of local culture, eg Srabinan tradition which was held during the month of Sha'ban especially on 13, 14 and 15. The role of local government (PEMDA) continues to provide guidance to the traders of srabi traders, so that traders can continue to maintain the existence of srabi at any time. Making srabi as a special food Ngampin Ambarawa village as an effort to maintain the value of local wisdom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: to determine the familiarity bias in the development of the srabi’s SMEs Ngampin Ambarawa. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The sample used in this study were srabi traders who are members of the Mekar Lestari SMEs, in Ngampin Village Ambarawa. This study gives the result that familiarity is a consideration for consumers in making decisions. Familiarity causes consumers to choose products in terms of what they think and know and understand. So the scope of the decision is based solely on the judgment that the product is known in advance. The role of word of mouth communication and the power of referral is to provide knowledge about srabi products so that later consumers are familiar and have a good understanding. The CSR developed by srabi Ngampin has a positive reputation and image so that it becomes the main non-financial capital and added value for Srabi's SMEs to be able to grow in a sustainable manner (sustainable development).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Pemalang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (X1) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) dapat dilihat secara parsial dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,204 sedangkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,031. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) yang dapat dilihat secara parsial dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,126 sedangkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Dukungan Sosial (X3) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) yang dapat dilihat secara parsial dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 0,347 sedangkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,730. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (X1), Kecerdasan Emosional (X2), Dukungan Sosial (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y) dapat dilihat secara simultan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 27,776 sedangkan nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000.

Abstract

This study has two objectives: wanting to know the tendency of Self-Employed in the COVID-19 red zone to maintain income levels and the predictive probability of using digitalization to maintain income levels in the COVID-19 Pandemic Era. Secondly, wanting to know the socio-demographic factors of Self-Employed in the red zone and have used a digital approach in their work to maintain income levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data sourced from Sakernas August 2020, with logistic regression analysis method. Self-Employed in the red zone of COVID-19 have a lower tendency than those who work in the green zone of COVID-19 to maintain their income level. On the other hand, Self-Employed who have been digitized have a greater probability of increasing their income. Furthermore, Self-Employed with a digital approach who do not work in crowds, do not experience a decrease in working hours, have high skills, and live in villages have a greater probability of maintaining income levels in the red zone of COVID-19.

Abstract

Abstract: The era of globalization that is increasing and has strong competitiveness between companies encourages every university to improve the quality and readiness of students to enter the world of work. Based on this, this study aims to test and analyze the influence of mastery of technology, development of work skills, and soft skills on student work readiness. The population used in this study was students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Semarang University Class of 2018-2019 which amounted to 428 students, and a research sample of 208 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results of research using the t-test (partial), it was found that mastery of technology affects job readiness, development of work skills affects job readiness, and soft skills do not affect job readiness. The results in the f test (simultaneous), it was found that mastery of technology, development of work skills, and soft skills simultaneously affect job readiness.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak terkait diketahui bahwa permasalahan utama taman Agrowisata di Desa Tamanrejo adalah belum terbangunnya sistem jaringan pemasaran dan promosi produk kepariwisataan. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong percepatan rintisan taman Agrowisata di Desa Tamanrejo melalui pemanfaatan peran digital marketing. Dengan menggunakan model digital roadtrip melalui platform Instagram dan Facebook ditemukan bahwa metode tersebut mampu mempromosikan potensi wisata di Desa Tamanrejo, karena fitur utamanya yang mengunggulkan pembagian gambar dan video, sehingga pengguna Instagram dan Facebook seolah-olah merasa berada di kawasan taman Agrowisata. Penggunaan platform Youtube sebagai media untuk mengunggah, menonton, dan berbagi video profil taman Agrowisata. Kegiatan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing dinilai tepat dilakukan kepada penduduk usia muda, sebagai proporsi terbesar pengguna aktif media sosial. Dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, kelompok pemuda di Desa Tamanrejo dapat secara mandiri merancang konten di media sosial untuk tujuan promosi. Temuan penting dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah guna mencapai percepatan rintisan taman Agrowisata, diperlukan sinergi yang menyeluruh dari semua lapisan Masyarakat. Caranya dengan mendorong pengguna aktif Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube di Desa Tamanrejo untuk mengikuti “Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube taman Agrowisata,” membagikan setiap momen yang dilakukan ketika bersinggungan dengan aktivitas wisata di taman Agrowisata.

Abstract

Indonesia has changed the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, a revolution marked by a technological revolution that brought many changes and risks, one of which involved purchases. In this era, human resources are the key to the success of a business, therefore a strategy is needed to improve the quality of human resources. This research will analyze the human resources in Semarang batik village. The purpose of the analysis of strategies to improve human resources into superior human resources, competence and adequate quality. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Research site in Semarang Batik Village. Research informants about batik businesses, employees and policy makers in the Rejomulyo sub-district of Semarang. The method of data collection is done by using interview techniques on informants, literature studies and observations. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of the analysis of this study revealed that research on batik requires several strategies to improve the quality of human resources, these strategies provide motivation, increase competencies, certification of skills, best practices and exhibitions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPKPAD Kabupaten Demak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai BPKPAD Kabupaten Demak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 orang responden. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu teknik seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Kemudian metode pengumpulan data melalui kuosioner dan analisa data menggunakan SPSS 21 yang meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas, yaitu disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) secara parsial maupun stimultan (bersama-sama). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,794 atau 79,4%. Yang artinya bahwa keberadaan variable independent (kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi) kepada kinerja pegawai mumpunyai pengaruh sebesar 79,4% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 20,6% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak digunakan peneliti di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan PT. Bapa Tama Rahayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena diketahui ada beberapa masalah yaitu masih rendah dan fluktuatifnya kinerja karyawan PT. Bapa Tama Rahayu, diketahui pula bahwa sebagian besar karyawan tidak mengalami faktor konflik kerja dan stres kerja namun kinerja mereka masih mengalami fluktuasi. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian terdahulu, ditemukan adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian antara peneliti satu dengan lainnya mengenai hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepribadian karyawan (X1), employee engagement (X2), konflik kerja (X3), stres kerja (X4), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode total sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner para para karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepribadian karyawan, employee engagement, konflik kerja, dan stres kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepribadian karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan
