Abstract

The Trade Office of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial Government has developed an application for monitoring the prices of basic and important goods in all traditional markets in NTB. The main purpose of the application is so that information on the movement of prices for basic and important goods can be monitored more quickly and precisely. However, in its implementation, market officers who will use the application experience difficulties. Therefore, we need a program of debriefing for all market officers. The program is in the form of training and mentoring in order to improve the ability of market officers to use and access technology. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparatory activities began with holding a Fourm Group Discussion (FGD), then compiling training materials, as well as video tutorials and application guide pocketbooks. Furthermore, the training is carried out online using Zoom Meeting. The location of the presenters at the training used the Mandalika University of Education (UNDIKMA) Mini Studio. Meanwhile, to facilitate mentoring activities, a WhatsApp Group was created. The result of this activity is the implementation of training on the use of applications to market officers. This activity has also produced a pocket book on the use of applications, and video tutorials. Based on the evaluation results, it is known that market officers are able to actively use and understand the functions and benefits of the application. This shows that this service activity has succeeded in increasing the skills of market officers in using price monitoring applications

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors influence student acceptance of QRIS at Mandalika Education University using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the basis for the research model. The factors analyzed include perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system use. The research method used is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to Mandalika Education University students. Respondents who were sampled in this study amounted to 120 respondents with criteria that have been determined by the author with technical random sampling Data collection using a 5 Likert scale questionnaire method The data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness, attitude towards using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use, behavioral intention to use has a significant effect on actual system use

Abstract

This research aims to design an online-based thesis title submission information system using Rapid Application Development (RAD). This system is designed to facilitate students who previously submitted thesis titles manually. The research method used is a quantitative approach by conducting observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The development stages include Requirement Planning, User Design, Development, and Cutover. Results In the research and development of this thesis title submission information system, the main objectives have been achieved well, namely being able to minimize time in the submission process and there is user satisfaction with this system because it has helped to do the submission process online. This system is designed to simplify and speed up the process of submitting, verifying, and determining a supervisor, which was previously done manually and took longer. By using PHP technology as a programming language and MySQL as a database system, this system successfully automates various administrative processes involved in managing thesis titles

Abstract

Information technology has become a very important tool in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes in various organizations, both in the public and private sectors. This study aims to design a web-based population information system and village data administration (SIKADES) using Visual Studio Code and to test the feasibility of the Web. This study uses the Waterfall development method which is one of the methods in the Software Development Live Cycle (SDLC). The development stages include requirement analysis, design, development, and testing. There are 2 instruments used in the study. Observation sheets were given to 2 validators to test the reliability of SIKADES and the feasibility test questionnaire was given to 27 village officials to test user responses to the effectiveness of SIKADES. The results obtained in this study are: (1) The score of all reliability indicators has an average of 4.2 indicating that SIKADES is feasible to use and (2) The score of all effectiveness questionnaire indicators has an average of 4.4 indicating that SIKADES is effective (3) The average user satisfaction score from several indicators is 75% -78% with a category of satisfied to use. Another finding in this study is that SIKADES security still needs to be improved.
