Abstract

Work motivation has a crucial role in increasing work performance in employees because with motivation, each employee has the will to work hard and fulfill the company’s target. PT Bank Maybank Cirebon is a private banking company which demands its human resource to keep improving in order to increase their performance so that the quality and performance of the company can also increase. This research’s purpose was to analyze the effect of work motivation toward employee’s performance in PT Bank Maybank Cirebon branch. Research method used in this study was a quantitative method with questionnaire data gathering technique. Research samples were determined using saturated sampling method with a total of 56 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, t-test, and determination coefficient analysis with the help of Minitab program version 17.3.1. From the research results, it was obtained that work motivation had a positive effect toward employee’s work performance in PT Bank Maybank Cirebon with correlation percentage of 19.74%. Abstrak Motivasi kerja memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan karena dengan motivasi diharapkan setiap karyawan memiliki kemauan untuk bekerja keras dan dapat memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. PT Bank Maybank Cirebon merupakan perusahaan perbankan swasta yang menuntut peranan sumber daya manusianya untuk terus berkembang dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya sehingga kualitas dan kinerja perusahaan juga dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Maybank Cabang Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah total sebanyak 56 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program Minitab versi 17.3.1. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Maybank Cirebon dengan persentase korelasi sebesar 19,74%.

Abstract

The road is an infrastructure that is often passed by the community. If there is damage, it will significantly disrupt community activities; for example, road conditions become jammed. This is necessary for the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Cirebon to handle the road repairs, but in carrying out repair planning, there are obstacles, one of which is the difficulty in determining priority for road repairs with limited funds from the center. This research decision support system using the Promethee II method aims to find accurate results that are useful in determining priority road repairs that will be selected for repair. The criteria used in this study are Section Length, Road Width, Damage Condition, Traffic Volume (LHR), and Road Access. The results of this study selected Jalan A1 as an alternative that had the highest rating level of 0.613333333, and this indicated that this road was a road that had to be prioritized for repair. The test results show that the Promethee II method can produce priority recommendations for road improvements based on the required criteria.

Abstract

Kualitas foto produk sangat menentukan keberhasilan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di pasar e-commerce. UMKM seringkali berjuang untuk bersaing dengan bisnis yang lebih besar karena keterbatasan sumber daya yang mereka miliki untuk pemasaran, termasuk mengambil foto produk berkualitas tinggi. Photo box studio mini adalah solusi hemat biaya yang dapat membantu UMKM mengontrol foto produk mereka dan meningkatkan kualitas foto produk mereka. Pelatihan kotak foto mini studio memberi UMKM keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang mereka butuhkan untuk mengambil foto berkualitas tinggi dari produk mereka, meningkatkan peluang mereka untuk dilihat dan dibeli oleh pelanggan. Pelatihan tersebut dapat menghasilkan foto produk yang lebih baik, peningkatan penjualan, dan sektor UMKM yang lebih kuat dan kompetitif. Makalah ini menyimpulkan bahwa UMKM harus mempertimbangkan untuk berinvestasi dalam mini studio photo box dan mengikuti pelatihan mini studio photo box untuk meningkatkan kualitas foto produk mereka dan meningkatkan daya jual mereka di pasar e-commerce. Abstrack The quality of product photos is crucial for the success of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the e-commerce marketplace. MSMEs often struggle to compete with larger businesses due to the limited resources they have for marketing, including taking high-quality product photos. The mini studio photo box is a cost-effective solution that can help MSMEs take control of their product photos and improve the quality of their product photos. Mini studio photo box training provides MSMEs with the skills and knowledge they need to take high-quality photos of their products, increasing their chances of being seen and purchased by customers. The training can lead to improved product photos, increased sales, and a stronger and more competitive MSME sector. This paper concludes that MSMEs should consider investing in a mini studio photo box and participating in mini studio photo box training to improve the quality of their product photos and increase their selling power in the e-commerce marketplace.
