Abstract

This study discusses the existence of Muhadharah's extracurricular and its relevance in building the self-confidence at MA Fadllillah Sidoarjo students. The focus of the problem in this study is how the implementation of Muhadharah's extracurricular and its relevance in building the self-confidence at MA Fadllillah Sidoarjo students. The purpose of this study was to identify, describe, and analyze the implementation of Muhadharah's extracurricular and its relevance in building the self-confidence at MA Fadllillah Sidoarjo students. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. In this study, it was found that the implementation of Muhadharah's extracurricular was very relevant to be used as a self-confidence formation at MA Fadllillah Sidoarjo students. This is done by several things, including regular and continuous training of Muhadharah, support and motivation from supervisors, as well as giving rewards after daring to display their abilities in public.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Banjaran Unit area of Guwosari District, Bantul, Yogyakarta, which are engaged in the culinary business, became collaborators in this activity. MSMEs have problems in the marketing process which is still very basic and conventional, and lack of understanding of financial records. Thus, the author offers guidance on how to manage digital media effectively, as well as how to create financial reports and business accounts on platforms such as Instagram and Linktree and ledgers as a financial recording site. The technique used is a qualitative approach based on outreach, discussion, and providing instructions on how to register an account on digital media and manage the account. The results of this activity indicate that periodic assistance is necessary so that digital marketing tactics can be used effectively and optimally in assisting marketing efforts and boosting sales to MSME companies. Suggestions were made by the activity implementing team so that more MSMEs would receive assistance on the benefits of digital marketing for their businesses. This will be very helpful in encouraging an understanding of digital marketing regarding the steps taken, creating and managing social media applications more optimally for business development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financing instruments for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through equity crowdfunding and examine equity crowdfunding in the perspective of compilation of Sharia economic law (KHES). This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to describe and explain the data obtained with secondary data. This study uses a literature research approach, where the data sources are obtained from literature studies and various kinds of literature that are worthy of discussion, including the study of OJK Regulation No. 37/POJK.04/2018 and DSN MUI Fatwa No. 117 /DSN-MUI/II/2018. The results of this study indicate that the financing instrument carried out contains business actors, investors and fund distribution institutions. While the review of Islamic economic law regarding equity crowdfunding leads to 2 types of contracts, namely mudharabah and musyarakah contracts that can be used as references.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang prinsip bagi hasil dalam perspektif ekonomi syari’ah pada akad mudharabah, Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perbankan syariah terdapat produk pembiayaan salah satunya yaitu pembiayaan mudharabah. Pembiayaan mudharabah terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu mudharabah mutlaqah dan mudharabah muqayyadah. Dalam prinsip bagi hasil menggunakan sistem bagi hasil pada akad mudharabah melalui sistem revenue sharing, yaitu proses bagi hasil yang diperoleh dari pendapatan tanpa dikurangi oleh biaya-biaya operasional, pendapatan dibagi dari keuntungan kotor. Dengen penentuan nisbah bagi hasil ditentukan diawal akad sesuai kesepakatan kedua belah pihak.
