Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate the influence of business-related factors, family-related factors, and personal factors on the dual role existence. Batik industry is used as the research target since over 50% of the entrepreneurs are women. The research used 54 respondents as a sample located in Tanjung Bumi which cover 3 areas: Tanjung village, Telaga Biru village and Paseseh village. The result of this research shows that comfortable life, self-respect, business satisfaction, time of work, children and the liquidity of the business have significant influence on dual role to the women entrepreneurs in Batik industry in Bangkalan Madura.

Abstract

The development of Islamic Religion in the Nusantara cannot be separated from a tortuous process. Among the factors that triggered the development of the Islamic religion in the Nusantara was the connection and good relations that existed between the Javanese and Scholars who came from Middle East. They worked together to achieve their goal, namely to preach the religion of Allah on earth, thus the network among scholars are connected. Among the facilities used is building educational facilities in the form of madrasas and Islamic boarding schools, where these Islamic boarding schools will become the forerunners of Islamic education for the next generation who will continue this banner of da'wah.

Abstract

Pesantren in the era of thecolonialism for independence not only serves as a scientific institution in the field of religion, but also serves as an institution to foster awareness and love of the homeland, awareness of nation and state. The issuance of Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia as 22 Year 2015 on National Sanctuary, has confirmed and devoted the physical struggle of kyai and santri in defending, fighting and defending the Republic of Indonesia from invaders. This paper wants to know the history of the struggle of the pesantren when dealing with the invaders. Islamic figures with jihad to defend and defend Islam as has been done by kyai and pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic creed and ethics teachers’ motivation on the religious behavior of seventh-grade students at MTs Muhammadiyah Waru Baki Sukoharjo. Teachers play a key role as motivators in shaping students' religious character, yet few quantitative studies have specifically assessed the relationship between teacher motivation and students’ religious conduct at the junior Islamic secondary level. This research employed a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 63 seventh-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires for the teacher motivation variable and documentation of students’ spiritual and social behavior scores for the religious behavior variable. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results indicate that teacher motivation is generally in the moderate category (67%), as is students' religious behavior (62%). The correlation coefficient was found to be 0.775 with a significance level of 0.000, suggesting a strong and significant relationship between teacher motivation and students’ religious behavior. The coefficient of determination was 60.06%, indicating that teacher motivation significantly contributes to students' religious character formation. The implication of this research highlights the essential role of teachers as motivators, role models, and spiritual guides in Islamic character education within the madrasah environment.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in shaping students' religious character from an early age. However, declining student religiosity remains a concern across various educational levels, including junior high schools. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers and the religiosity of seventh-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah Watukelir, Sukoharjo. This research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational method. The sample consisted of 50 students, representing the entire seventh-grade population. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that the role of Islamic education teachers was categorized as good (66%), and students’ religiosity was also rated as good (68%). However, the correlation analysis revealed no significant relationship between the teacher's role and student religiosity (r = -0.139; sig. = 0.336). These findings imply the need for stronger collaboration between teachers, parents, and the broader social environment to holistically nurture students’ religiosity. Islamic education teachers are also encouraged to develop more contextual and affective teaching approaches that can deeply engage students' spiritual dimensions.

Abstract

Era kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah melahirkan paradoks dalam ekosistem informasi digital. Di satu sisi, AI memberdayakan pertukaran pengetahuan, namun di sisi lain, teknologi ini memfasilitasi produksi dan penyebaran disinformasi secara masif. Penelitian ini menganalisis tanggung jawab platform digital dalam menghadapi tantangan hoax yang dihasilkan oleh AI, dengan fokus khusus pada analisis kasus penyalahgunaan bot dan algoritma rekomendasi untuk manipulasi opini publik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis isi terhadap data sekunder, penelitian ini mengungkap mekanisme simbiosis antara bot AI dan algoritma rekomendasi yang menciptakan siklus amplifikasi hoax yang swaperkuat. Bot berfungsi sebagai amplifier awal yang memanipulasi metrik engagement, sementara algoritma rekomendasi, yang didorong logika komersial untuk memaksimalkan retensi pengguna, mengangkat konten hoax tersebut ke khalayak yang lebih luas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klaim netralitas platform menjadi tidak relevan mengingat kekuatan kuratorial aktif yang mereka jalankan melalui algoritma. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berargumen bahwa tanggung jawab platform harus bergeser dari sekadar moderasi konten reaktif menuju tata kelola algoritma yang proaktif. Kesimpulan penelitian merekomendasikan perlunya transparansi algoritma, reformasi desain sistem rekomendasi, deteksi proaktif terhadap jaringan bot, dan kerangka regulasi yang jelas untuk memastikan akuntabilitas platform digital dalam menjaga integritas ruang publik di era AI.
