Abstract

Prudential Principles Can Provide Protection for Cooperatives in Relation to Savings and Loans Agreements Implemented As for the precautionary principle arrangements can provide protections for cooperatives in connection with savings and loan agreements which carry out lending is one form of money lending, in a loan agreement money is often required there are debt guarantees which can consist of various forms and types. Debt guarantees in positive law in Indonesia, there are various laws and regulations that govern or relate to debt guarantees which are often referred to as collateral law. The provisions of the applicable guarantee law provide arrangements that will protect the parties concerned with the loan of money, financing and debt guarantees. The cooperative as a business entity that provides financing to Members is required to make security measures so that the financing can be paid off by the Member concerned. Financing which is not paid by the Members either in whole or in part will be a loss for the Cooperative. Losses indicate a relatively large amount that will affect the health of the Cooperative and the continuation of the Cooperative business. Therefore, no matter how small the value of money from financing that has been given to Members must remain secured in accordance with the precautionary principle. In general, financing safeguards can be carried out through the financing analysis stage and the application of applicable legal provisions. The link between credit collateral and credit security can be concluded from the provisions of Article 1131 of the Civil Code so that it is another effort or alternative that can be used by the Cooperative to obtain credit repayment when the debtor defaults. Abstract

However, there seems to be debate in the business literature about whether government should play a role in de-economic development. This article expands the role of government in economic development, which is prevalent in the economic literature. If it seems that there are two opposing poles discussing whether governments should play a role in economic development, this article shows that thematic differences only talk about how many governments play a role. must play in economic development. This article explains the role of government in economic development.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi pemasaran adalah pernyataan tentang suatau dampak yang sudah diharapkan untuk mencapai dalam target pasar. Strategi pemasaran juga bisa meningkatkan profit diperusahaan. Setiap usaha pasti memiliki strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit tidak terkecuali di CV. Ragiel Ababil. Penilitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit di CV. Ragiel Ababil ditinjau menurut ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini memiliki metode kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasanya strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit ditinjauan menurut ekonomi islam sesuai dengan syariah islam dan dapat memberikan kesejahteraan buat yang lain, harga yang terjangkau, barang sudah kualitas ekspor, tempat yang strategis berada dipinggir jalan, promosi yang di lakukan oleh perusahaan sangat bagus dan menarik minat pelanggan. Faktor pendukung dan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan profit di CV. Ragiel Ababil di tinjau menurut ekonomi islam adalah dengan adanya manajemen yang baik, tempat yang strategis, kepercayaan dan kejujuran. Tinjau ekonomi islam, secara islam dibolehkan untuk menggunakan berbagai macam strategi untuk memasarkan suatu produk yang di perjual belikan baik barang maupun jasa, sepanjang strategi tersebut tidak menghalalkan segala cara, tidak melakukan cara-cara yang batil, tidak melakukan penipuan maupun kebohongan, menzalimi pihak lain. Dalam menjalankan usaha di perusahaa yang menjadi tolak ukur yaitu kepercayaan dan kejujuran karena dengan hal tersebut sangat berdampak positif terkait kemajuan perusahaan terlebih terhadap profit perusahaan Kata Kunci: Startegi Pemasaran, Profit, Pandangan Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

In everyday life, poverty is something that is real in society. Poor people are not only in developing countries, but also in developed countries. Thus the problem of poverty exists in this world, both in developed countries and developing countries like Indonesia. The problem of poverty has always received major attention in Indonesia. This happened because of the government's awareness that failure to overcome the problem of poverty would lead to the emergence of various social, economic and political problems in society. The efforts made by the government are carrying out economic development and reducing poverty. Indonesia's success in carrying out economic development and reducing poverty has received praise from the world community. Unfortunately, not long after, Indonesia experienced an economic crisis in mid-1997, so that Indonesia was hit by a crisis storm that caused Indonesia to really fall. This crisis condition began with the exchange rate of the rupiah against the United States dollar and then turned into a total crisis in which this total crisis covered all aspects of people's lives. By using a deductive research process with quantitative research methods or empirical research. The results of this study can find out poverty data and measuring instruments used according to Islamic views.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter anak merupakan suatu kewajiban serta peran yang harus dilakukan oleh masing-masing orang tua. Orang tua adalah salah satu objek terpenting dalam proses pembentukan karakter anak. Selain peran orang tua sebagai objek pertama, peran seorang guru tidak kalah penting dalam membangun karakter seorang anak karena pada umumnya karakter anak terbentuk dalam lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pembentukan karakter seorang anak di Madin dan TPQ Al-Adnani yang terletak di Desa Tiris, Dusun Timur Sungai. Penelitian ini bermula dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan yang ditemui oleh peneliti, sehingga peneliti mempunyai inisiatif untuk membahas secara keseluruhan pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Strategi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari pembiasan, penerapan, dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Banking is one of the advanced information technologies that can be used to achieve high levels of customer service and new technologies that allow banking transactions via mobile phones. For bank customers, this application will support their transaction banking if they find it useful and easy to use. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the intention to use internet banking services. This research was conducted at the Sharia Banking Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University. Researchers received responses from 97 respondents who were students of Islamic banking study programs who had used internet banking. Data were analyzed using the method of literature study, with qualitative methods with analytical models and direct interviews to obtain information. The results of this model analysis show that the constructs of perceived benefits, perceived risks, and trust affect the intention to use internet banking. Although the perceived ease of use does not affect the intention to use the Internet Bank. This means that the intention to use internet banking is influenced by the construct of perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, and trust.
