Abstract

Abstract

Providing health care to patients, hospitals greatly relies on the presence of a nurse. This makes the nurse as a reliable resource as the spearhead of hospital services to patients. Each activity hospitals, nurses also always had an important role. The nurses performance is one indicator of performance hospital as a service industry that always rests on the human resources of competence. Purpose of this research to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the nurses of performance at the Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta. The research method of multiple linear regression with simple random sampling technique. The population is a nurse in the Emergency Ward, Mawar Ward I, II and Melati Ward I, II , III, at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta as many as 100 people. There was effect motivation, organizational culture and commitment organizational to the nurses of performance at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta with P-value of 0.001 and r of 0.52.

Abstract

Climate plays a critical role in determining the quality of life in Indonesia, which demands in-depth understanding through the Koppen climate classification and the latest technology. From agriculture to urban infrastructure, public health, to ecosystem sustainability, every aspect of our lives is affected by climate conditions. Deep Learning methods such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Units (GRU) are used to predict time series data because of their adaptive ability in learning complex data patterns. The LSTM and GRU models were tested with 2010-2021 data using batch_size 64, epochs 150, optimizer adam, and showed high accuracy (<10%). LSTM recorded MAPE: Rainfall 5.50%, Humidity 7.60%, Temperature 4.36%, Sunlight 8.29%. GRU recorded MAPE: Rainfall 5.01%, Humidity 6.86%, Temperature 4.35%, Sunlight 8.28%. Predictions for 2028 show that the Special Region of Yogyakarta has a Tropical Monsoon (Am), Tropical Savannah (As) and Tropical Rain Forest (Af) climate. These climate changes have significant impacts: increased rainfall increases the risk of flooding, threatening infrastructure and lives, while the As climate reduces agricultural productivity and increases food insecurity. Changes in rainfall and temperature affect people's health, with high humidity increasing the risk of tropical diseases and high temperatures causing heat stress. Climate change in the Am type increases the risk of floods and landslides, while in the Af type it threatens tropical rainforest ecosystems.

Abstract

Abstract

Electricity demand is expected to increase from year to year. Central Java's electricity demand in 2013 reached 18.205 GWh with a total of 8.092.964 customers. This energy demand has increased in 2018 to 22.945 GWh with a total of 10.011.388 customers. Continuous use of electricity, both directly and indirectly, will also affect economic needs and people's welfare. It is estimated that electricity sales will continue to increase in line with the growth of customers who will also continue to increase. In predicting the need for electrical energy, various forecasting methods are commonly used to predict the need for electrical energy, such as the Regression Method, Time Series Method, Causal Method, Neural Network Method, and Dynamic System Analysis Method. In predicting the need for electrical energy there are advantages and disadvantages of the forecasting method. Based on the availability of data, this research analyzes forecasting the demand for electrical energy in Banjarnegara district using the regression and time series method which is applied using LEAP software. The results show that the total demand for electrical energy using the regression method in 2030 will reach 50.616 GWh while the LEAP software in 2030 will be 59.677 GWh.
