Providing health care to patients, hospitals greatly relies on the presence of a nurse. This makes the nurse as a reliable resource as the spearhead of hospital services to patients. Each activity hospitals, nurses also always had an important role. The nurses performance is one indicator of performance hospital as a service industry that always rests on the human resources of competence. Purpose of this research to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the nurses of performance at the Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta. The research method of multiple linear regression with simple random sampling technique. The population is a nurse in the Emergency Ward, Mawar Ward I, II and Melati Ward I, II , III, at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta as many as 100 people. There was effect motivation, organizational culture and commitment organizational to the nurses of performance at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta with P-value of 0.001 and r of 0.52.

The number of sufferers of Human Immunoficiency Virus (HIV) / AIDS continues to increase every year. One of the causes of new sufferers is the risky sexual behavior of people with HIV / AIDS that has been detected. The purposed of this study is to describe the sexual behavior of people with HIV / AIDS in Arifin Achmad Public Hospital as a prevention of HIV / AIDS transmission. The research method used descriptive analytic techniques to describe the sexual behavior of HIV / AIDS. The study was conducted from January 27, 2020 to February 27, 2020 in Arifin Achmad Public Hospital. The results showed that of 120 respondents, 71 (60%) respondents had risky sexual behavior and 49 (40%) respondents had healthy sexual behavior. Analyze with statistics showed there are not correlation between sex (p value = 0.2) and education (p value = 0.6) level with sexual behavior HIV AIDS patient. These results encourage care giver to be more active in providing health education. Keywords: Sexual behavior; HIV/ AIDS Patient;

The high mortality rate in Indonesia is influenced by the presence of comorbidities that are positive for the coronavirus, vulnerable age, and inadequate health facilities. Coupled with government policies such as physical distancing and PSBB to deal with COVID-19, for some people it has negative impacts such as anxiety, depression, and stress. The purpose of this study was to determine patient satisfaction with nursing services during the pandemic at the Umban Sari Health Center Pekanbaru. This study used a quantitative method, where the quantitative method used was non-experimental, with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study was 230 respondents. The sample in this study were 65 respondents. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on the criteria of the researcher. The results of the study were obtained between patient satisfaction with nursing services for the sake of good health as many as 27 respondents (54.0%). The results of statistical tests using chi-square showed that there was patient satisfaction with pandemic nursing services at the Umban Sari Public Health Center Pekanbaru (p = 0.001). It is hoped that the Umban Sari Pekanbaru Public Health Center will maintain the quality of nursing services during the pandemic.

Kondisi pandemi menimbulkan banyak dampak seperti: masalah fisik, psikologis, kesenjangan ekonomi, kesenjangan sosial dan gangguan mental. Penularan SARS-CoV-2 terjadi dari manusia ke manusia melalui transmisi aerosol di lingkungan yang relatif tertutup karena membuat virus berkonsentrasi untuk bertahan pada waktu yang lama. Sehubungan dengan karakteristik penularan covid 19 yang mudah sehingga penyebarannya akan terus berlanjut dan jumlah kasus yang terus meningkat dapat mempengaruhi tingkat perekonomian serta kehidupan sosial sehingga penelitian masih perlu terus berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran karakteristik pasien yang dirawat di rumah sakit Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru. Rancangan penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data pada rekam medis pasien yang didiagnosis sebagai penderita covid 19. Populasi penelitian adalah semua penderita yang didiagnosis covid 19 yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru sebanyak 65 pasien dari periode 01 April 2021-30 Juni 2021. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 56 Sampel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa mayoritas responden berumur 56-75 Tahun (lansia akhir) 41 responden (73,2%), responden berpendidikan SMP-SMA 19 responden (33,9%), responden bekerja swasta sebanyak 26 responden (46,4%), dan mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 35 responden (62,5%). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi salah satu referensi dalam menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan khususnya mengenai karakteristik pasien covid 19 di masa awal pandemi.

Hipertensi pada lansia didefinisikan dengan tekanan sistolik di atas 160 mmHg dan tekanan diastolik diatas 90 mmHg.Penatalaksanaan hipertensi pada lansia selain dengan farmakologi dapat pula dilakukan dengan non farmakologi seperti senam hipertensi.Senam hipertensi merupakan olah raga yang salah satunya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aliran darah dan pasokan oksigen ke dalam otot-otot dan rangka yang aktif khususnya otot jantung sehingga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam hipertensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah tinggi pada lansia. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan metode quasy eksperiment dengan rancangan “pre test and post test design with control group”. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposivesampling dengan jumlah sampel 16 untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 16 untuk kelompok kontrol. Analisa yang digunakan uji Dependent dan Independent Sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberian senam hipertensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah tinggi dengan hasil pre test dan post test sistolpada hari pertama ρ value= 0,000 dan diastolpre test dan post test diastolρ value= 0,001. Pada hari kedua pre test dan post test sistol ρ value= 0,003 dan pre test dan post test diastol ρ value= 0,003. Hari ketiga pre test dan post test sistol ρ value= 0,000 dan pre test dan post test diastol p value= 0,000. Berdasarkan data tersebut didapatakanρ value< α 0,05. Disarankan kepada lansia untuk dapat menjadikan senam hipertensi sebagai pengobatan tekanan darah tinggi.

Senam yoga salah satu olah tubuh dan peregangan yang dikombinasikan dengan nafas dalam dan meditasi. Bermanfaat bagi penderita hipertensi karena dapat menghasilkan rasa rileks dan memperlancar peredaran darah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam yoga terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia penderita hipertensi di PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain kuasi eskperimental dengan one group pre dan post design pada kelompok intervensi lansia di PSTW Khsunul Khotimah Pekanbaru dengan 15 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh senam yoga terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia penderita hipertensi di PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru (p=0,000). Diharapkan bagi pihak PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru agar tetap mempertahankan senam yoga menjadi kegiatan rutinitas.

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Puskesmas adalah penerapan fungsi manajemen oleh kepala Puskesmas. Unsur-unsur yang terdapat pada fungsi manajemen saling berkesinambungan dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja sebuah organisasi. Apabila penerapan fungsi manajemen suatu organisasi baik, maka kinerja organisasi juga akan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen oleh kepala Puskesmas dengan kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Pangkalan Kuras 1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi planning (p=0,000) dengan kinerja pegawai. Tidak ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi organizing (p=0,222) dengan kinerja pegawai. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi actuating (p=0,010) dengan kinerja pegawai. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen controlling (p=0,020) dengan kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan kepada kepala Puskesmas penelitian ini untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam peningkatan kinerja.

Exclusive breastfeeding can reduce child mortality globally by 10% every year. Exclusive breastfeeding promotion is an effective intervention effort to reduce mortality. lack of knowledgeone the factors that influence of succes of exlusive breatfeeding. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of maternal knowledge with the success of exclusive breastfeeding in the Working Area of Puskesmas Umban sari Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses Quantitative with cross sectional design, with a population of 70 mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months and a sample of 60 respondents. Accidental sampling techniques with research instruments use questionnaires, and statistical tests using chi square test. The results of the study were obtained, mothers with less knowledge 14 respondents (23.3%), enough knowledge 20 respondents (33.3%), and good knowledge 26 respondents (43.3%), the success of exclusive breastfeeding 33 infants (55.0%), as well as the unsuccessful exclusive breastfeeding 27 (45.0%). Chi Square test results showed signification p= 0.002 ≤ α (0.05), meaning H1 was accepted, so there is a relationship between knowledge and the success of exclusive breastfeeding. It is expected to increase health education activities by Counseling to the community
