Abstract

Salah satu pekerjaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual di PT. Yushiro Indonesia adalah penuangan bahan baku berupa cairan kimia pada saat proses pencampuran bahan. Pada saat penuangan cairan kimia tersebut, operator banyak melakukan aktivitas manual material handling yang tidak tepat dan tidak alami, sehingga timbul beberapa keluhan muskuloskeletal, seperti sakit pinggang, sakit punggung, sakit leher, dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai RWL dan LI yang terjadi dalam proses penuangan cairan kimia selama ini secara berturut-turut adalah 9,7 dan 1,7 yang berarti bahwa pekerjaa yang dilakukan mengandung resiko terjadinya keluhan. Untuk mengatasi hal itu, selanjutnya dilakukan modifikasi pada alat bantu, yang sebelumnya menggunakan trolley diganti dengan table lifter yang dapat disetel ketinggiannya. Selain itu juga dengan mengubah jarak beban ke pusat tubuh. Hasil modifikasi menunjukkan nilai RWL dan LI berturut-turut sebesar 13,1 dan 0,96. Dengan demikian, modifikasi ini berhasil menurunkan resiko terjadinya muskuloskeletal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya kondisi yang tidak sesuai antara psikologis penjas yang dilandasi dengan perkembangan psikologi Islam. Pendidikan selama ini banyak mendasarkan teori dan konsepnya pada psikologi barat. Sebut saja sebagai contoh Psikoanalisa dan Behaviorisme, yang mana kedua aliran tersebut dalam memandang manusia berbeda dengan Islam.dengan menggunakan metode literature review yang merupakan pengkajian hasil penelitian terdahulu yang diambil dari mesin pencari Google Schoolar dari rentang waktu 2017 sampai dengan 2023. Sehingga dapat dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini bahwa psikologi, pendidikan jasmani dan islam memiliki hubungan yang erat karena Psikologi pendidikan mempelajari tingkah laku dan pengalaman manusia dalam berolahraga, memberikan kontribusi dalam pengajaran dan latihan olahraga, memperhatikan potensi anak dalam konteks pendidikan jasmani, dan menerapkan pendekatan psikologis-fisiologis dalam pembelajaran jasmani.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between school open space facilities and student sports participation on student physical education achievement. The sustainability of student physical education achievement is influenced by facilities and sports participation. A quantitative descriptive research methodology was used in this study. Correlation tests were used in data processing to determine how the variables are related to one another. The Sport Development Index (SDI) was used as a research tool. Students from Madrasah Tsanawiah (MTs) throughout West Java were the population of this study. A total of 260 people were sampled, and data were collected using questionnaires. There were 131 female respondents and 129 male respondents. Based on the results of the explanation between variables, a value was obtained that could indicate the correlation between Open Space Facilities and Physical Education Achievement, with a correlation coefficient value (p>0.05), namely (p=0.528), but it was not significant because the Sig value (p<0.05) was (p=0.179). The analysis of the relationship between Physical Education Achievement and Sports Participation yielded a correlation coefficient (p>0.05) of (p = 0.704), which is significant because the Sig value (p<0.05) is (p = 0.051). Adequate open space facilities, such as sports fields and play areas, contribute positively to students' interest and motivation to participate in sports activities, which ultimately impacts physical education achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the optimization of employee performance in the Bina Marga field at the Sumedang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, obstacles in optimizing employee performance, and efforts to improve performance optimization. The method used in preparing this research report is descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 3 research informants: Head of Division, Functional Officer, and General Functional. Data collection techniques through literature studies and field studies. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclution drawing/verification, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the optimization of work in the Highways Division is quite good as seen from the optimal 4 dimensions that have found the results, namely, work quality, ability, initiative, and communication but there is one dimension that is less than optimal, namely accuracy of work. The results show that in the dimension of work accuracy in improving the optimization of employee performance, several indicators of research findings are not optimal, namely the timeliness of work is not optimal, the accuracy of completing tasks is not optimal, and working hours are over time where work in one day is not completed properly so that overtime is needed. The obstacles in optimizing performance based on the results of the study include in terms of individual factors, namely the high workload of employees. Organizational factors are the removal of sections in the organizational structure in the Bina Marga field. Environmental factors that hinder are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the use of technology that is not optimal. The efforts made are by planning starting from employee development, providing training to employees to improve performance. provide motivation, clarify the objectives of the work given. facilitate communication within the organization and individually with employees such as optimizing communication tools that support work.
