Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profit growth moderating environmental costs on ISR, Good Corporate Governance (audit committee, Board of Directors and Sharia Supervisory Board) and Leverage on Islamic Social Reporting moderated by Environmental Costs and to compare these variables between Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks. Data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports of Islamic banks and conventional banks listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The number of banks during the study period was 11 Islamic Banks and 10 Conventional Banks with a total of 103 samples. The analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis model. The findings from the research results show that the Sharia Supervisory Board variable has no effect on Islamic Social Reporting.

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in reducing unemployment in Indonesia. This article uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach, data is collected from various sources to analyze the contribution of MSMEs to employment and economic growth. Results show that MSMEs supply more than 60% of employment, but face challenges such as limited skills and infrastructure. Government support, including digitization policies and training, is crucial to improve MSME competitiveness. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that digitalization and strengthening business networks are key to strengthening the position of MSMEs, which in turn can have a positive impact on the economy and community welfare.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Rambayan perlu menyampaikan informasi tentang Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKPDesa) kepada masyarakat, namun cara penyampaian yang digunakan saat ini melalui rapat atau pengumuman di papan informasi desa. Cara tersebut masih konversional karna mengingat perkembangan teknologi yang sudah berkembang pada saat ini. Dengan adanya motion graphic, informasi ini bisa dibuat jadi lebih menarik dan ringkas, sehingga masyarakat lebih mudah memahami poin apa saja yang disampaikan secara singkat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah video motion graphic dengan metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) sebagai media informasi Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa Rambayan  melalui penerapan ilmu multimedia agar dapat membantu Desa Rambayan untuk menyampaikan informasi melalui video Motion Graphic yang lebih singkat dan efektif dengan hasil penilaian dari ahli materi menunjukkan kelayakan sebesar 83% .

Abstract

This study discusses the utilization of digitalization in developing rafting tourism in Buluh Duri Village as an effort to strengthen the Islamic creative economy. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that digitalization plays a vital role in tourism promotion through social media, websites, and online reservations, as well as improving services through the integration of sharia-based payment systems. Moreover, digitalization supports the empowerment of local MSMEs in halal culinary, handicrafts, and sharia-compliant homestays. Despite challenges such as limited digital literacy, inadequate internet infrastructure, and the absence of consistent marketing strategies, the application of digitalization has proven effective in expanding market reach, strengthening Islamic identity, and creating a competitive tourism ecosystem. With the right strategy, Buluh Duri Village has the potential to grow as a leading Islamic tourism destination that contributes to the development of a sustainable creative economy.
