Abstract

Abstract: This study is attempled to investigate about how improve the speaking ability through Role Play in Anak Bangsa Kindergarten Ciomas Bogor. Hypothesis tested are : there is different between the beginning assessment and the end assessment This study is conducted in TK Anak Bangsa,Ciomas Bogor on March until May  in the second semester 2009/2010. this study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model of action research which consist of the four stage, those are : a) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, 4) reflection . the process of collecting the data is using the techigue of interview, observation, and portofolio. the data is analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of the research shoe that, the learning analysis in the first cycle to the second cycle indicated that, the learning analysis in the first cycle to the second cycle indicated that, significantly theres is increasing oof the speaking ability of student which sight out by the positive respon to speaking ability performen. the quantitave data of student outcome learning is score of speaking performance with rating scale. the student more done their speakin performence ability  with higt result. The research result also concluded that 1) The Role Play can impove speaking ability for kindergarden student, 2) managing and organization the condusive class can improve the speaking ability for kindergarten student, 3) portofolio assessment system improve the speaking ability for kindergarten student, and the other result of this research is Role Play can improve the learning activity and the student outcome learning. Keyword: kindergarten, speaking ability, assessment

Abstract

Plant pathogens constrain the development of black rice farming. One of these pathogens is Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), causing a bacterial leaf blight disease. The disease disrupts crop growth and reducing yields. Cempo ireng is a local pigmented rice cultivar from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, which is reported for its high resistance to Xoo. One of the rice resistance mechanisms to Xoo infection is a molecular defense employing plant resistance genes such as WRKY45. Comparing the expression of resistance-related genes of the resistant cultivar to the susceptible ones is needed to elucidate the resistance mechanism of the black rice to Xoo. For this purpose, the expression of WRKY45 gene at the level of mRNA can be performed using qRT-PCR. The success of qPCR analysis is greatly influenced by the accuracy of the annealing primer temperature of the corresponding gene. This study aimed to optimize the primer's annealing temperature for WRKY45 gene. The optimization was done by a temperature gradient PCR. Determination of the optimal annealing temperature was selected based on the profile of the amplification curve, melt curve, melt temperature and the Ct value obtained. The annealing temperature gradient used in this study was ranging from 52°C to 60°C. The results showed that the best annealing temperature for WRKY45 gene primers is 58.3°C based on the amplification curve, melt curve, melt peak and Ct value of 29.21.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of children's creativity through the media educative playing tools in Pembina Bandar Lampung Kindergarten. This research was conducted in August until October 2015. This study used action research (action research) models Kemmis and Mc. Taggard in the form of a spiral cycle consists of four stages: a) planning, b) measures, c) observations and d) reflection. The process of data collection is done through interviews, observation, and portfolios. The quantitative data of student outcome learning is a score of creativity performance with a rating scale. The results of the data analysis of the percentage increase in the initial assessment to cycle one are  27%. The first cycle to cycle two is 35%, from the initial assessment to the second cycle of 72%. The study concluded by using media educative playing tools ability increases children's creativity well.

Abstract

Character development is a crucial aspect to instill in children amidst the rapid advancement of technology. The importance of shaping character with digital technology is a significant preventive step to keep children away from the possibility of a character value crisis that can arise due to the influence of technology that continues to grow. The use of digital technology can be directed positively to support children's character building. This article aims to identify and explore strategies that can be implemented to build children's character through the use of digital technology. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach. The literature sources involved books, journals and scientific articles as the main focus of the research. This approach provides a strong theoretical foundation to formulate effective strategies in the context of character education and digital technology. The analysis of this study found digital technology-based character education strategies used by teachers, schools and parents. The findings in this article provide a comprehensive strategy on the implementation of character education through digital technology that involves the important roles of teachers, schools and parents.
