Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of social science subject teachers in instilling character values ​​in students through the process of teaching and learning activities. This study used a quantitative approach with a case study type conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah Indramayu. The results of the study show that teachers of the Social Sciences subject at SMP Muhammadiyah Indramayu have tried their best to carry out their duties, especially in instilling historical awareness as well as values ​​of nationalism, identity and character in their students. This is proven when the writer observes while teaching in class being able to use strategies, various methods and modes so that the classroom atmosphere is lively and full of enthusiasm and is able to develop students to think historically analytically with various assignments. Besides that, teachers outside the classroom always monitor the character and attitudes of students to measure the extent to which what has been taught has an effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the transformational leadership of school principals fosters an inclusive school climate, how strategic learning management enhances teachers’ capacity to respond to student diversity, and how the integration of both contributes to the development of a sustainable inclusive ecosystem. The study employed a systematic literature review method following the PRISMA guidelines. A total of 42 articles were selected from 847 search results retrieved from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar published between 2015 and 2024. The data were analyzed using thematic synthesis through systematic coding, categorization, and cross-study comparison to identify patterns of leadership practices, learning management strategies, and the construction of inclusive school culture. The findings reveal a consistent and substantial positive relationship between transformational leadership practices and inclusive learning management. Leadership interventions were found to function as strategic mediators in strengthening teachers’ adaptive capacity toward student diversity and in shaping an inclusive school culture. Furthermore, the synthesis highlights that effective collaboration between leadership and learning management practices supports the sustainability of inclusive education ecosystems. Based on these findings, this study proposes a comprehensive inclusive synergy model that extends Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of habitus and social capital within the context of inclusive schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan fasilitasi pemberdayaan mengenai topologi jaringan komputer merupakan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah menengah kejuruan topologi jaringan komputer membutuhkan waktu yang lebih banyak untuk mempelajarinya. penelitian ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Aset Based Community Development) atau memberdayakan sesuatu yang sudah tersedia agar bisa digunakan lebih baik. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini bertujuan agar penggunaan Topologi jaringan di sekolah bisa lebih baik dan maksimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pada saat ini pembelajaran topologi jaringan memang sangat penting untuk di laksanakan pada pendidikan vokasi. Karena perkembangan informasi dan teknologi yang semakin canggih saat ini, maka mata pelajaran topologi jaringan computer perlu ditingkatkan dan dirancang melalui pembelajaran yang menggunakan web agar bisa diakses dan dipelajari setiap waktu dan setiap saat. Computer Based Instruction (CBI) merupakan suatu model pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada siswa agar lebih memperbanyak praktik daripada teori, dengan demikian waktu untuk mempelajari pelajaran tersebut bisa lebih banyak dan menarik. Agar pebelajaran lebih menarik diperlukan suatu media yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran yang konvensional menjadi proses pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Saat ini, pembelajaran berbasis computer sering kita dengar dengan istilah E-learning yang merupakan suatu cara pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet.. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internalization of democratic education values in education, more specifically regarding democratic values in education and the models used in instilling democratic education values. This research uses a systematic literature review method conducted by searching through reputable international journals related to democratic education values. This learning method provides the widest possible opportunity for students to express their opinions regarding the material presented by the teacher. Teachers teach students to be democratic, so that students are able to apply democratic values in their daily lives. The results show that the democratic values that are always successfully implemented are the values of tolerance, mutual respect and responsibility which are carried out through a process of habituation and instilling values. In future research, we link the values of democratic education in habits and understanding of values, so that the results of the research can be useful for the world of science.
