Abstract

Nutritional problem is one of the causes of increasing stunting incidence in an area which has a long term impact for children. Stunting in children is characterized by a child's height that is below average or also known as failure to thrive. Stunting in children can cause developmental delays in the brain so that long-term effects can cause mental retardation, low learning ability and the risk of chronic disease. Innovation in food sector by making biscuits with nuts and vegetable composition is very important to increase children's interest for consuming vegetables that are rich in nutrients for prevent stunting. This community service activity aims to prevent stunting in the people of North Mongiilo Village by providing information processing of biscuits with many nutrient. This service is carried out by providing information through video tutorials on making biscuits and explaining directly to the public about the benefits and nutritional content of the ingredients used in making biscuits. Providing information on how to make biscuits to the community received a good response because most people did not know about innovations in making biscuits made from nuts and vegetables that children could like. This service provides great benefits for the village community in order to gain knowledge about the benefits and important nutritional content of vegetables and improve the community's economy with innovations in production of biscuits made from nuts and vegetables.

Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya usia seseorang akan terjadi proses penuaan, dengan terjadi proses penuaan tersebut orang yang telah lanjut usia akan mengalami kemunduran fungsi fisologis yang akan menimbulkan berbagai keluhan salah satunya yaitu gangguan pada kualitas tidur. sleep hygiene merupakan identifikasi dan modifikasi perilaku dan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua lansia yang berada di Griya Lansia Jannati sebanyak 30 lansia dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan Teknik Total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji spearman dengan instrument kuisoner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa responden yang memiliki sleep hygiene baik 6 responden (20%), sleep hygiene sedang 4 responden (13,3%), dan sleep hygiene kurang 20 responden (66,7%), sedangkan kualitas tidur baik 10 responden (33,3%), dan kualitas tidur kurang 20 responden (66,7%). Diperoleh nilai p-value = 0.000, sehingga terdapat Hubungan sleep hygiene dengan Kualitas Tidur pada Lansia Di Griya lansia Janati. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan sleep hygiene dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia di Griya Lansia “JANNATI”. Penelitian ini diharapkan bagi pengurus panti dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi lansia khususnya masalah pada sleep hygiene dan kualitas tidur pada lansia Kata Kunci : Lansia, Lansia, Sleep Hygiene, Kualitas Tidur
