Abstract

Tutoring provides a process of learning assistance to children to overcome learning difficulties. Currently, there are many tutoring or tutoring institutions that have special programs for preparation for entering state universities. Along with the emergence of Bimbel, it makes parents or students experience difficulties in making choices. To choose the right Bimbel institution, you need to know one by one the profile and services provided by that institution. This will take a long time to make a choice. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine tutoring institutions so that parents or prospective students can make the right choices and according to their needs. The WP method can obtain the best alternative based on multiplication between attributes and each attribute is first raised to the power of its weight. Based on the case studies conducted, the highest preference score was obtained for Ganesha Operation (A2) with a value of 0.259, followed by Latis Supercamp (A4) with a value of 0.251, Nurul Fikri (A3) with a value of 0.247 and Brain Academy with a value of 0.244. The results of the DSS which are built with the results of manual calculations get the same value. Besides that, in testing using Black-Box Testing, all functionality can run as it should.

Abstract

A person's personality affects their performance, with appropriate placement of talents and potential to increase work productivity. Employees who stand alone are organizational organizations in the framework of competition. Competition in organizations is usually in the form of new ideas, fast service, and accurate decisions. To support this, adequate Human Resources (HR) and satisfying services are needed. To support these services, employees who have a personality and motivation that reflect attitudes are needed. The company in carrying out its activities is supported by human resources, namely employees who excel with a constructive attitude and character, have high responsiveness and are creative. Such as those who run Subekhi and Mohammad (2012: 16), namely in large organizations, large capital, sophisticated technology, natural resources that are impossible to use without adequate human resources, have the ability and competence to utilize environmental resources. Likewise, in the field of work personality, it contributes to work. This is related to personality factors which also determine the suitability of a person's job. There are several types of work according to the type of personality.

Abstract

Melalui perkembangan teknologi, berdampak pada dunia pendidikan dengan hadirnya pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan secara online. Tidak terkecuali pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, yang banyak memunculkan lembaga belajar atau kursus yang membuka kelasnya secara online melalui platform atau aplikasi yang mereka kembangkan. Dalam menentukan plaform kursus bahasa inggiris online pengguna harus mengetahui satu per satu profil dan program yang ditawarkan. Cara ini tentunya akan dibutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menetapkan pilihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan pendekatan Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) untuk menentukan platform kursus Bahasa Inggris yang mudah dan cepat. Metode WASPAS dapat digunakan untuk penetapan prioritas pada pilihan alternatif yang memiliki relevansi dengan bobot yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan studi kasus yang diselesaikan dengan pendekatan WASPAS mendapatkan hasil alternatif terbaik yaitu English Academy (A5) dengan nilai 0,7629. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun telah mendapatkan nilai yang valid, hal ini karena hasilnya tidak berbeda dengan perhitungan manual. Untuk pengujian melalui usability testing memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 86% dan masuk pada kategori baik.Through technological developments, it has had an impact on the world of education with the presence of learning that can be done online. Learning English is no exception, as many learning institutions or courses open their classes online through the platforms or applications they develop. In determining the online English course platform, the user must know one by one the profiles and programmes offered. This method, of course, will take a long time to make a choice. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) approach to determine an easy and fast English course platform. The WASPAS method can be used for setting priorities for alternative choices that have relevance to the weights applied. Based on case studies that were completed using the WASPAS approach, the best alternative result was English Academy (A5) with a score of 0.7629. The decision support system built has obtained a valid value because the results are no different from manual calculations. For testing through usability testing, it obtains an average value of 86% and is included in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini menyelidiki dampak dari metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan penguasaan konten terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah atas di Jawa Barat. Sampel sebanyak 250 siswa dari berbagai latar belakang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penguasaan konten, dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang kuat antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penguasaan konten, dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan penguasaan konten secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi secara independen. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan pendidikan yang seimbang yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dengan dasar yang kuat dalam pengetahuan mata pelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini meluas kepada para pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang ingin meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif di lingkungan sekolah menengah, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan yang dinamis di Jawa Barat.
