Abstract

Background: Massive publications on deep learning research for aspect-based sentiment analysis are challenging for interested researchers who want to research this area. Purpose: to provide an overview and comprehensive analysis on the research trend, which include the growth of publications, the most used keywords, the most popular publication sources to publish and find literature, the most cited publication, the most productive researcher, the most productive institution and country affiliation. Method: This study used a bibliometric method to analyze Scopus's indexed publications from 2014 (the year when the first publication was first indexed) to 2020. A total of 222 publications were analyzed and visualized using the VosViewer software. Result: In general, there is an increase in the number of publications from year to year. Keyword visualization shows keywords related to text-based processing, deep learning architectures, the research object and media, and the application of the method. The most popular sources to publish and to find literature are the “Lecture Notes in Computer Science” and the “Expert Systems with Applications''. The most cited publication is “Deep Learning for Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis: A Comparative Review”, written by Do, Prasad (cited 81 times). The most productive researcher is Zhang Y from China. The most productive institution is Nanyang Technological University (6 publications), and China has the highest number of publications (76 documents). Conclusion: The bibliometric method can provide a conclusive and comprehensive preliminary overview of research trends for interested researchers who want to start research about deep learning for aspect-based sentiment analysis. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the users’ profile of the reference collections in PDII-LIPI Library based on age, gender, education, knowledge, users’ experience; types and subjects of the reference collection which had been used by users; how to get the collection; and users’ purpose using the reference collections; (2) evaluate the utilization aspects of the reference collection that are reviewed based on ease of obtaining the reference collection; completeness of the reference collection; updated the reference collection; physical condition and arrangement of the reference collection; and the attitudes of officers in providing reference services to users. Data used in this study were quantitative, sourced from the questionnaire that were distributed to 100 respondents. Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 23 software. The validity of the data was tested using Pearson Product Moment correlation and the reliability was tested using Alpha Cronbanch technique. Data that had been processed and tested then presented descriptively on graphs. From the distribution of questionnaires, only 51 respondents who filled out and returned the questionnaire to researchers, and these numbers were considered as valid and reliable. Results of the evaluation indicates that most of the reference collection users in PDII-LIPI Library are: (1) 20-25 years old, female, and from undergraduate background, use the reference collections by coming to the library or ordering via-email (through information searching services); (2) use journal collections for preparing their final project or research, such as undergraduate theses, graduate theses or doctoral dissertation; and (3) feel that the reference collections are very easy, complete, up to date, in a good physical condition and arrangement, and the attitude of the reference officers on serving to the users are good.

Abstract

PDII had a unit in Puspiptek Serpong called UPJ PDII Serpong in charge of providing access to scientific information. To improve its service quality, it was necessary to evaluate user’s perception on provided services and compared it to the other library services in Puspiptek area. Evaluation was done on user’s satisfaction in the aspects of content, personnel, facilities, and price. Data were collected using questionnaires in the form of Google Form. Questionnaires were distributed to researchers in Puspiptek Serpong area, which were from LIPI, BATAN, and BPPT. Data obtained were analyzed using statistic descriptive method. Performance aspects were analyzed using Shannon Entropy to get the weight and the rank performances. The Performance of UPJ PDII Serpong compared tothe similar institutions using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Result showed that the customer satisfaction consist of content availability, servicespeed, price, librarian’s attitude, facilities, suitability of the content had an index of satisfaction with the value of B (Good). The librarian’s attitude had the highest performance, followed by the availability and suitability of content, service speed, facilities, and price. The performance of UPJ PDII Serpong superior in all aspects compared to BPPT and BATAN library performance.

Abstract

A study of trend analysis of the field of instrumentation research during the period 2006-2016 was conducted. The study aims to determine: (1) the development of the number of international publications in the field of instrumentation on the Scopus database from 2006-2016; (2) core journals in international publications in the field of instrumentation; (3) productivity of instrumentation researcher; (4) number of documents based on agency collaboration in international publications in the field of instrumentation; (5) the development of international publications of field research instrumentation by subject; (6) maps of international publications development of research in the field of instrumentation by keyword (co-word) and based on the author (co-author). Data collection by searching through scopus with keyword instrumentation, instrumens, measurements, medical instrumentation, virtual instrumentation and instrumentation system with category article title, abstract, keywords in the period 2006-2016. Data in the form of number of publications per year, journals containing articles of instrumentation, author, author and subject are analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010. As for the development trend of international publications in the field of instrumentation is analyzed using VosViewer software. The results showed that the development of the field of instrumentation sciences during the period 2006-2016 which was scanned in the highest scopus occurred in 2014 which reached 310 documents (14,90%). The international publication of the field of instrumentation is mostly published in the journal Spine. Universidade de São Paulo - USP is the most widely published institution in the field of instrumentation science and the United States is the largest contributor. Yazici, M., Zhang, H.Q., and Aubin, C.E. is a prolific writer in the field of instrumentation with the most subjects in medicine and engineering. The map of instrumentation development based on the coword grouped into 5 clusters and the co-authors clustered into 7 clusters.
