Abstract

One of the problems that occur in the Indonesian education sector is the degradation of the character of students. The results of research conducted by the Indonesian Islamic Education Study Institute (LaPPI) in 2009 were truly surprising, as many as 57.8% of students in Jabodetabek became pregnant out of wedlock and found other delinquents. Therefore, to address this problem requires benchmarks in the form of the Al-Qu'an and Hadith. In this case, by taking a study of the meaning of Rahmatan Lil Alamin in the contemporary interpretation of Shihab's work. This research obtained results by revealing that Islam plays a very big role in all cultures, especially in the education of generations of Muslim scholars so that they can prepare cadres of successors to religions and nations who have the soul problem solver, become an active contributor, and understand the contemporary Islamic world. This research uses the library research method. The data source used is the Koran and its interpretations which are used as the main data source, as well as using various literature on the book of turots and other research studies as supporting sources.

Abstract

The problem of Generation Z who do not like to read texts prefer learning with audio-visual means compared to narrative texts is one of the problems that requires innovative solutions to develop a learning strategy in teaching and learning activities, including Pancasila learning in elementary schools after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the learning strategy with a combination of digital methods with a hybrid learning approach to develop a pleasant learning atmosphere in Pancasila learning in elementary school. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The collected Data were checked for validity by triangulation, negative case analysis, and member-check techniques before being analyzed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana analysis models, namely: data presentation, data condensation, and verification and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of combining digital methods with hybrid learning approaches to develop a pleasant learning atmosphere in Pancasila subjects at the elementary school level can be done by allocating time between 30% for online and 50% for offline, in this innovation of combining digital methods with hybrid learning approaches, students are more enthusiastic in following learning because the activities are not only monotonous in the use of methods and media used. It is hoped that the combination of these approaches can continue to be applied by the next generation.

Abstract

This research aims to explore Nashih Ulwan's exemplary role model theory and Albert Bandura's social cognitive learning theory. The research method used is qualitative research, and the type of research is library research. The method used in this research is the hermeneutic method. The results of this research show that according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, exemplary role modeling is the most effective way to prepare a child's character, shape their social soul and feelings. On the other hand, according to Bandura's social cognitive theory, a person can learn by observing and imitating the behavior of others around them. The similarity between these two theories lies in the fact that learning is a process of observation and attention, where a person learns from their environment, in terms of models, examples or exemplary role models. The difference lies in Nashih Ulwan's emphasis on following the exemplary role model of Prophet Muhammad, while Bandura's theory focuses on children observing the behavior of adults towards an object (doll), and the different factors that are not imitated or followed from the observed model.
