Abstract

Sistem informasi pendaftaran peserta didik baru berbasis web pada Kalyana Learning Center adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dirancang guna memudahkan peserta didik agar dapat mendaftar dan bergabung pada Kalyana Learning Center. Mengingat bahwa Kalyana Learning Center yang belum mempunyai sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang hal tersebut. Dengan sistem informasi ini diharapkan, kualitas dan produktifitas dari Kalyana Learning Center naik khususnya dalam bagian pendaftaran peserta didik baru. Sistem informasi dibangun menggunakan teknologi PHP Laravel sebagai pengembangannya, dan MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan data dengan pendekatan analisis berbasis data dan metode penelitian kualitatif. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dari sistem perlu dilakukan pengujian, Pengujian menggunakan pengujian black-box.

Abstract

This research aimed to deeply discover how the service staff work systematic in Coblong District Bandung Office.The method that been used in this research is with conducting observation in the place that used for research, doing interviews and conducting literature review. Currently, work system in Coblong District Bandung Office only partially computerized. Conventional method are still used especially for recording E-KTP (Identity Card) and Kartu Keluarga (Family Card) applicant, and also for archiving Legalisir (Document Certifying), Pindah Datang (Coming Civilian) and Pindah Keluar (Departure Civilian). Therefore, a new Information System needed for supporting all the service staff so they can work effectively and efficient. The information system design concept that been used are object oriented approach with UML (Unified Modelling Language) Modelling and implemented with the web application that created with Laravel Framework above the PHP programming language architecture. Whilst, the software development method that been used is waterfall and using MySQL Database.The given by suggestions: 1) Improving the service quality like upgrading the facility and utilize the computerization method so they can giving a better value for society. 2). Needs a system development which are expected to deal with the problems in Coblong District Bandung Office.

Abstract

This research aims to build information systems of booking bus tickets at PO. Sari Harum, find the problem and find solutions to these problem. Currently booking tickets at PO. Sari Harum still use manual systems. The unavailability of a database for storing the data the customer tickets can be causes the loss of the archives. The research method used is to do research into the place of observation, interview and review of the literature. The concept of the design of this information system is to use object-oriented modeling approach with UML (Unified Modelling Language) and implemented by web applications as well as the PHP programming language. While software development method that is used is the Waterfall and using MySQL database. The application of bus ticket booking information system is so important to help the operational service of the customer in particular on ticket booking.

Abstract

Abstract At this time, where the development of technology and information developed quickly. This has an impact on the ease in various field of work, including the field of grant verification. The use of computer technology makes the grant verification process more effective and efficient. The bureau of basic sosial service in the religious section is one of the institution in the local government system, occupying an important and strategic sequence in relation to the implementation of regional development, especially in the field of religion. In the grant verification system that runs, there are still some obstacles both in the data recording that is still using Microsoft Excel and also Microsoft Word and its data storage, so it is possible mistakes happen in recording and searching data. Based on this background of the problem, the author are encourage to create a grant verification program that is expected to help the process of grant verification become more effective and efficient. The grant verification program is created using PHP and with MySql database. The use of a grant verification program to be the right solution to simplify the process of input institutions data and input verification agencies data, easy in searching data and reports produced will be more accurate. Abstract

As contemporary organizations go through computerized change, the job of a practical methodology turns out to be vital for any organization. There are different significant perspectives to zero in on while fostering a computerized business system: specifically, expanding the extent of business tasks as well as carrying out the most recent IT answers for make this procedure a long haul "improvement" plan expected to keep up with the feasibility of the organization, execution and add to the accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The reason for this article is to examine the improvement of effective business techniques in the computerized time. The technique utilized in this examination is a subjective illustrative strategy. Abstract

This study aims to design an information system for target results reports using PHP and My SQL at PT. Daese Garmin Bandung. The data collection method used in this study uses the direct observation method and a literature review related to the subject matter and software development methods used. used is by using a prototyping model for solving the problem. From the research conducted, there are factors that hinder the target results reporting system, which still uses manual or regular recording in a number of agenda books, which are felt to be less effective and efficient for target results reports. For the creation of an information system design for this report, the authors used an object-oriented approach using the UML (Unified Modeling Language), and implemented it using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as a DBMS (Database Management System). With the information system Report, this letter is expected to be a solution for improving the performance of report data. The suggestions given are: 1) providing training for the tasks that will run this information system; and 2) maintaining and developing a new information system for the future.

Abstract

This study intends to explain the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Prima Cipta Certifia. Respondents as many as 55 employees were taken as samples for data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong and significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, namely 55.9% of the employee performance variance is influenced by work motivation, and the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di era digital bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang berada di wilayah Maleer, Kecamatan Batununggal, Kota Bandung. Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, UMKM menghadapi tantangan baru dalam mengelola SDM secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk itu, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali para pelaku UMKM dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan SDM, termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital, pemanfaatan alat manajemen SDM, dan strategi pengembangan karyawan. Metode pelatihan meliputi sesi teori, praktik langsung, dan diskusi kasus yang relevan dengan konteks UMKM. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi dasar-dasar pengelolaan SDM, penerapan teknologi digital dalam manajemen SDM, penggunaan perangkat lunak HRIS (Human Resource Information System), dan strategi pengembangan SDM yang efektif. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta setelah pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk manajemen SDM. Sebagian besar peserta merasa lebih siap untuk mengimplementasikan alat manajemen digital dan strategi pengembangan SDM dalam usaha mereka. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan SDM di UMKM, mendukung pertumbuhan usaha, dan mendorong adaptasi yang lebih baik terhadap tuntutan era digital. Dengan keberhasilan pelatihan ini, diharapkan UMKM di wilayah Maleer dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing mereka, serta menjadi contoh bagi UMKM lainnya dalam penerapan manajemen SDM yang modern dan efektif.

Abstract

The training on bookkeeping and digital accounting records is a form of community empowerment aimed at improving financial literacy and managerial skills, particularly among the youth of Karang Taruna in Maleer Village, Bandung City. This program seeks to introduce digital accounting technology as a practical and efficient solution for managing the finances of their organizations or small businesses. The training covers the fundamentals of accounting, the use of digital accounting applications, and practical exercises in recording transactions systematically and accurately. The results of the training showed an improvement in the participants' understanding and skills in managing digital bookkeeping, which had a positive impact on the financial management of their organizations. Furthermore, this training provided insights into the importance of good financial recordkeeping to support transparency and better decision-making. It is hoped that this program will contribute to the capacity building of Karang Taruna and promote economic self-reliance within the local community

Abstract

Abstract Face detection is one of the most researched topics in the field of computer vision and digital image processing. The Haar Cascade method is one method that is often used to detect faces in an image or video. This method uses Haar features to identify faces by comparing them with existing faces in the database. This research aims to implement the Haar Cascade method to detect faces using the OpenCV library. The stages include image acquisition, image processing, face detection using Haar Cascade, and evaluation of detection results. The results show that the Haar Cascade method can detect faces quite well in various lighting conditions and viewing angles. Keywords: Face Detection; Haar Cascade; OpenCV
