Abstract

Pengaturan motor induksi pompa air biasanya menggunakan saklar tekanandengan histerisis. Kekurangan dari transduser ini adalah lebar histerisis yangterbatas dan penggunaan saklar mekanik untuk pengaturannya sehingga cepat ausdan berisik. Untuk mengatasinya dengan mengganti saklar mekanik dengan saklarelektrik triac dan penggunaan sistem mikrokontroler untuk mengatur waktu on/offtriac dan memanipulasi karakteristik saklar mekanik. Sistem terdiri dari saklarelektrik triac yang dikontrol sistem mikrokontroler dengan penyalaan sudut phasa.Besarnya sudut penyalaan ditentukan berdasarkan waktu on/off saklar tekananyang ditentukan oleh debit air yang keluar. Dengan mengatur sudut penyalaan,waktu histerisis on/off dapat diatur untuk debit air yang berbeda. Sistem KendaliOn/Off dapat digunakan untuk memanipulasi dan mengubah karakteristik saklartekanan dari 0.75s – 12s menjadi 6.2s – 10.1s untuk debit air 2 – 11 LPM danwaktu rata-rata on, ton_off = 7.4s dibanding ton_kon = 2.94s, sehingga sistempompa air kurang berisik suaranya

Abstract

ABSTRAK Osiloskop analog adalah salah satu alat ukur analog yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis sinyal listrik secara visual dengan satu kekurangan yaitu harganya cukup mahal. Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan pengolah sinyal berbasis PC. Kemajuan teknologi pengolah sinyal berbasis PC sangat pesat yang berdampak besar pada hampir seluruh disiplin ilmu. Penggunaannya yang banyak dan diproduksi secara masal menyebabkan harga pengolah data berbasis PC menjadi murah dibanding alat ukur sistem analog. Pada makalah ini akan dibahas tentang penggunaan PC Souncard dan PC sebagai osiloskop berbasis PC yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur alternatif pengganti oscilloscope analog. Untuk merealisasikan osiloskop berbasis PC, digunakan laptop dan modul soundcard. Untuk interfacing dengan pengguna digunakan perangkat lunak Soundcard Scope. Dari hasil pengukuran didapat bahwa soundcard dengan impedansi input 31.7 kΩ, dapat digunakan untuk pengukuran frekuensi < 20 kHz dengan respon frequensi yang cukup rata. Penggunaan PC souncard dan perangkat lunak non-freeware Sound Scope dapat digunakan sebagai osiloskop berbasis PC untuk keperluan demo di kelas atau praktikum dasar. ABSTRACT Analog oscilloscope is one of analog measuring devices that can be used to analyze the electrical signals visually with the shortcomings that are quite expensive. This problem can be overcome by using a PC-based signal processing. Technology in PC-based signal processing grows up very rapidly, that has a major impact on almost disciplines. Use a lot and mass production causes the price of PC-based data processing becomes cheaper than measuring instrument analog system. This research discussed the use of PC Soundcard and computer as a PC-based oscilloscope which can be used as a measuring tool alternative to analog oscilloscope. To realize the PC-based oscilloscope, I was used a laptop and soundcard module. For interfacing with a user, it was used a Soundcard Scope software. From the measurement results, it was obtained that the soundcard with the input impedance of 31.7 kΩ could be used for frequency measurements < 20 kHz with frequency response was fairly flat. The PC soundcard and non-freeware Sound Scope software could be used as a PC-based oscilloscope for demo purposes in a classroom or in basic laboratory.   Keywords : PC Based Oscilloscope, Soundcard Scope, USB Oscilloscope, loading effect.

Abstract

The third mission of a university is a community service. Based on this mission, this paper presents the activity of community service. The activity was training for senior high school students and teachers. The subjects of the training are actuators, IoT, and IP address. These components or subsystems are very important basic industrial instrumentation for further automation. These subsystems are very correlated with each other. Some actuators are electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic types. There are many applications of IoT and IP addresses, such as smart grids and communications.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam makalah ini, kami menyajikan strategi kontrol feedforward baru disajikan untuk kontrol getaran induksi aliran dari silinder tabung yang ditopang balok kantilever elastis yang dipasang melintang. Strategi kontrol bertujuan untuk membatasi gerakan dari silinder tabung yang ditopang balok kantilever elastik, untuk mencegah getaran optimal yang akan menghasilkan nonlinear sistem. Sistem control feedforward menggunakan gabungan antara multiresolution wavelet dengan Filtered-x least mean square (FxLMS) control algorithm. Untuk memverifikasi kelayakan algoritme kontrol yang diusulkan, upaya numerik dengan menggunakan persamaan Van der Pol dan hasil penerapan dalam eksperimental dilakukan untuk memperlihatkan respon getaran yang terjadi terhadap waktu. Diperoleh bahwa keefektifan algoritme wavelet-FxLMS sebagai strategi kontrol getaran aktif nonlinear telah berhasil didemonstrasikan baik secara eksperimental maupun teoritis di bawah osilator bangun Van der Pol.Kata kunci: kontrol adaptif, teori kontrol, sistem kontrol, kontrol getaran, sistem kontrol non-linier. ABSTRACTIn this paper, we present a novel feedforward control strategy presented for the control of flow-induced vibration of a tube cylinder supported by a transversely mounted elastic cantilever beam. The control strategy aims to limit the movement of the tube cylinder which is supported by elastic cantilever beams, to prevent optimal vibration which will result in a nonlinear system. The feedforward control system uses a combination of multiresolution wavelets and the Filtered-x least mean square (FxLMS) control algorithm. To verify the control feasibility of the proposed algorithm, a numerical effort using Van der Pol equation and the results of implementing it in the experiment was carried out to reveal the response vibrations that occur over time. It was found that the effectiveness of the wavelet-FxLMS algorithm as a nonlinear active vibration control strategy has been successfully demonstrated both experimentally and theoretically under a Van der Pol wake oscillator.Keywords: adaptive control, control theory, control systems, vibration control, nonlinear control systems.
