The background of this research is that the youth mosque is an organization under the auspices of the mosque whose scope of work is to youth who support work programs related to mosques. Mosque youth can provide support and participate in the success of various mosque activity programs which are the responsibility of mosque administrators. However, there are still some mosque youths who have not participated in mosque youth activities and youth activities are still minimal to do such as there are mosque youths who have not prayed in congregation at the mosque, and do not attend mosque youth activities so that the mosque youth activities are reduced. This type of research is qualitative research. The location of this research is the Nurul Iman mosque, Jorong Pandam Gadang Ranggomalai, Kanagarian Gadut, Tilatang Kamang sub-district, Agam district. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the efforts of the youth of the Nurul Iman mosque in activating the activities of mosque youth in Kanagarian Gadut, Tilatang Kamang district, as follows provide training, guidance and regeneration of the people, bring in famous outside ustadz, provide interesting book review activities in the area. among mosque youth, holding special mentoring for an-nisa, cooking/tataboga activities for mosque youth, holding training and coaching for the organization of corpses and marasanji for mosque youth. The background of this study was to determine the memorization of the Qur'an by the students of Baitul Makmur TPA Jorong Jambak, Luhak Nan Duo District, West Pasaman Regency. Memorizing the Qur'an is one of the subjects at Baitul Makmur TPA. Which at Baitul Makmur TPA has a program before students graduate from Baitul Makmur TPA must memorize juz 'amma first. In this case, of course, it does not always run smoothly, there will be obstacles to be faced. Considering that each student's ability to memorize the Qur'an is different, some are fast, some are slow, some have memorized it but for a few weeks forget to memorize it. The problem in this thesis is: there are students who do not survive their memorization. The purpose of the author's research is to find out what causes the memorization of juz 'amma in TPA Baitul Makmur students does not persist, the supporting and inhibiting factors for memorizing juz 'amma in TPA Baitul Makmur students in Jorong Jambak, Luhak Nan Duo District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is a field research research, with a qualitative descriptive approach, in this study the author describes the problems that exist in the field according to the facts that the authors find in the field while the data collection techniques in this study are interviews and documentation. The author uses key informants and supporters to obtain data. The data analysis used in this research is data reduction, display and verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that students whose memorization does not last long, this happens because there are students who are less aware of the importance of memorizing, memorizing because it is not often repeated at home, memorizing only at the TPA, playing mobile phones more often, memorizing limited to memorization wants to go home quickly because those who memorize it can go home quickly. And also the conditions and atmosphere of children's learning that affect the memorization of the Baitul Makmur TPA students, namely the atmosphere is not conducive and there are children who do not focus on memorizing because there is noise that interferes with the focus of students in memorizing. The background of this research is that during the learning process, there are still students who show an unhappy face, some students are less interested in learning PAI, and also the lack of concentration of some students on PAI subjects. It can be seen from some students who do things other than teaching and learning activities. Besides that, there are also some students who have not been able to understand the material presented by the teacher in class, there are still students who are less active in the learning process, and some students are also affected by the surrounding environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research is located at SMAN 1 Palupuh. The key informants in this study were 10 students of class X IPS 3 and the supporting informants were PAI teachers and homeroom teachers of class X IPS 3 students. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews, observations, and documentation. After the data has been collected, the authors analyze the data. Furthermore, to ensure the validity of the data, the authors triangulate the data. Based on the results of the study, the authors can draw conclusions, that in the interest in learning PAI students in class X IPS 3, there are several causes for the low interest of students in learning PAI, as follows: Internal factors. Namely, the physical aspect, the psychological aspect which includes: lack of attention, poor student responses, the ability of students to learn PAI, and lack of student motivation in learning PAI. And external factors. First, the family environment: lack of support from parents, lack of parental attention to the student's learning process, and a home atmosphere that does not support students to study well. The second is the school environment: the way the teacher teaches, the condition of the classroom is not conducive, and the methods used by the teacher. The third, the community environment: the influence of friends, the influence of gadgets, unfavorable environmental conditions, and busy with activities in the community. The background of this research is that students in SMK Class XI have a good habit of greeting when entering class, for example if the teacher greets Muslim students to non-Muslim students, the teacher says good morning, this is true for both teachers and students. In addition, before starting the lesson, students always pray together with their beliefs according to their respective beliefs. In SMK, students are able to apply an attitude of religious tolerance in interacting at school, for example they do not make groups in school based on race, ethnicity and religion. With these differences, students can respect each other and students can also respect each other between friends of different religions. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, namely research that is not interested in testing certain hypotheses, but only describes what a variable is. The key informants in this study were PAI teachers at Harapan Bangsa Panti Vocational School, while the supporting informants were students of class XI. Data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. Based on the findings of data analysis, several conclusions can be drawn, namely the PAI teacher method in increasing the tolerance character of students in class XI Vocational Schools, the hope of the nation in the Pasaman District is quite good, it can be seen from the way students speak politely to teachers and peers, respect and respect each other. other. In addition, students are able to apply an attitude of religious tolerance in interacting at school. They do not make groups in school based on race, ethnicity and religion, for example in play groups, they can hang out with friends who are not of the same religion, such as Christian students can hang out with friends who are Muslim and they try to relate to each other without discriminating against religion, tribes and others. This research is motivated by the phenomenon that mothers often work outside the home, automatically the time to socialize and educate the child's personality will decrease, even though a mother in educating the child's personality is very important and is a full responsibility, but in reality there are still some mothers in the field. who tries to educate his child's personality on the sidelines of his time like he comes home from work he immediately takes the time to hang out, be close, joke and laugh as well as educate the child's personality in the moral, intellectual, social, and emotional aspects of his child. in the sense that it is not far from educating the child's personality, all that is done by the mother so that her child can get the first education from a good mother figure. Even when they are working their children are entrusted to their husbands or parents, but after coming home from work they take the time to embrace or approach their children to fill the time that their mother has left since she worked in the morning until the afternoon. To discuss the research results, this research method is used which is field research, (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the tips of career women in educating the personality of early childhood in RW 02, Pulau Karomah Village, Pekanbaru City, are good but not optimal. Even though it is not maximal, career women are still trying to educate their children's personality, including by doing general tips and special tips, general tips such as educating children's aqidah, children's worship and children's morals.
