Abstract

In Aceh Province, the users of the IUD IUD are 12,659 (3.5%). From a report by the Aceh Besar Health Office, in 2019 the number of IUD contraceptive users was 3158 (129.11%). The low interest of users of IUD KB due to complaints of pain (pain), vaginal discharge and bleeding is one of the most important medical reasons an IUD acceptor decides to stop using it and it occurs 4-15% per year. The purpose of this study was to determine the Correlation between Complaints of Fertile Age Couples (PUS) and the Length of Intra-Uterine Device (IUD) KB for Active IUD Acceptors in Lamceu Village Kuta Baro Aceh Besar in 2020. This research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population and sample in this study were 90 people. The study was conducted in 27 Juni s/d 01 July 2020. Data were processed univariate and bivariate he results showed there is a relationship between changes in menstrual cycles (P value = 0.04), complaints of abdominal pain (P value = 0.005), vaginal discharge (0.04) and sexual relationship disorders (P value = 0.001) with the duration of KB intra-uterine device (IUD) On IUD Active Acceptors in Lamceu Village Kuta Baro Aceh Besar in 2020. It was expected that officers will establish a sustainable reproductive health education program, bearing in mind that there are still IUD acceptors who do not know clearly about complaints that might occur due to the use of an IUD. Health workers in this case serving family planning are expected to always provide education and information to prospective acceptors and acceptors of family planning IUDs about types of IUD contraception especially their advantages and disadvantages. Abstract

Under the red line is one illustration of malnutrition in toddlers. This can be prevented by strengthening health promotion as one of the prevention efforts. This study aims to determine the relationship between health promotion strategies and the prevention of under-fives under the red line. This type of research is descriptive -analytic with a survey design. The population in this study was 136 people with a sample of 58 mothers under five who were drawn using the accidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been designed by the researcher. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test with 95% confidence intervals. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between advocacy (p value = 0.001), atmosphere building (p value = 0,03) and community empowerment (p value = 0.001) and prevention of under-fives under the red line. It is suggested to the Aceh Besar District Health Office to increase health promotion efforts in preventing under the red line by conducting training for cadres of service post integrated on a regular basis so that health promotion activities can be carried out optimally, besides that it is necessary to establish a under the red line budgeting policy for prevention of 10% of the village goverment funds. Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Efektivitas kerja petugas KIA sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk motivasi kerja dan pengalaman pelatihan yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan pelatihan dengan efektivitas kerja petugas KIA di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan populasi seluruh petugas KIA yang berjumlah 41 orang dan dijadikan sampel secara total. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan pelatihan, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah efektivitas kerja petugas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan observasi langsung, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 51,2% responden memiliki motivasi kerja rendah, dan 56,1% belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara motivasi (p=0,019) dan pelatihan (p=0,004) dengan efektivitas kerja petugas KIA. Disarankan agar dilakukan pelatihan teknis secara berkala yang relevan dengan tugas KIA, serta penguatan strategi peningkatan motivasi kerja melalui supervisi, penghargaan, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi kasus penyakit menular seksual di Aceh pada laki-laki mencapai 79% dan Aceh Besar mencapai 28%. Tingginya kasus penyakit menular seksual disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan sikap negatif masyarakat terhadap tindakan pencegahan penyakit.Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa dalam pencegahan penyakit menular seksual di Prodi Kesehatan Gigi Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ialah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Kesehatan Gigi tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 320 orang, sampel penelitian sebanyak 76 orang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil Penelitian: dari hasil penelitian bahwa variabel pengetahuan (p value =0,000) dan sikap (p value =0,000) yang menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara edukasi dengan media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit menular seksual di Prodi Kesehatan Gigi Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh.Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh antara edukasi dengan media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit menular seksual. Agar mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan berbagai sumber edukasi yang tersedia seperti mengikuti seminar kesehatan di kampus, mengakses modul pembelajaran online tentang PMS, dan aktif dalam kegiatan peer education (pendidikan sebaya) sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengubah sikap ke arah positif yang mendukung terbentuknya perilaku kesehatan
