Abstract

The saturation level is a very deep pressure that has reached the saturation point. Online learning is a method of learning or distance learning using sophisticated information and communication technology in the digital era. This type of research is a descriptive study using a cross-sectional analytic study design. The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship between the level of saturation and the online teaching and learning process of SMK KesehatanNapsiah students in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period 2021. In this study, the sampling technique used was The sample was carried out using a total sampling technique of 36 people. The results of hypothesis testing to see the relationship between variable X and variable Y are with a significant level (α) = 5% (0.05) and df = 1, the results are p.value = 0.000 at df = 1 where sig < (0.000< 0.05) then H0 is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of saturation and the online teaching and learning process for SMK KesehatanNapsiah students in during the Covid-19 Pandemic. pay more attention to the online learning process whether it is good or not to be applied.

Abstract

Baby massage is a relaxation technique given to babies that provides many benefits to children. This relaxation is given by using a gentle touch to the baby. This type of research used in this study is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional study approach to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of mothers to baby massage in BPM Wulansari kecamatan Binjai Timur Kotamadya Binjai in 2019. The sample used in this study was a total sampling of 35 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge of baby massage in BPM Wulansari kecamatan Binjai Timur Kotamadya Binjai Regency obtained by the calculation of the chi square statistical test that the value of p.value = 0.020 < 0.05 and there was a relationship between maternal attitudes towards baby massage in BPM Wulansari kecamatan Binjai Timur Kotamadya Binjai Regency obtained by statistical test calculations that the value of p.value = 0.032 < 0.05. It is expected that health workers will provide information on infant massage during counseling or other events such as posyandu so that the community can add insight into baby massage.

Abstract

The conscious technique is very easy to do, but many women, especially teenagers, do not know this method and there are still many teenagers who do not care about and are sensitive to abnormal symptoms in their breasts. At the age of 20 a woman is recommended to do a breast self-examination every month or every three months to be able to detect early if there are abnormalities and immediately get the right treatment. One group that has reached that age is female students. The type of research used in this study was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional study approach to the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of female students with awareness in efforts to detect early breast cancer in the undergraduate nursing program at Putra Abadi Langkat University in 2022. The sample used in this study was a total sampling of 45 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between female students' knowledge and awareness in efforts to detect early breast cancer in the Bachelor of Nursing study program at Putra Abadi Langkat University in 2022 obtained by calculating the chi square statistical test that p.value = 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between female students' attitudes and awareness in efforts to detect early breast cancer in the Bachelor of Nursing study program at Putra Abadi Langkat University in 2022 obtained by calculating the chi square statistical test that p.value = 0.000 <0.05. It is expected that female students will do awareness which is useful for knowing and seeing abnormal masses in the breast, this is very important for early detection and so that female students can avoid breast cancer. Abstract

Longitudinal health data analysis helps diagnose and treat disease. Traditional deterministic models fail to represent longitudinal data's unpredictability and uncertainty, limiting their forecast accuracy and decision-making capacities. This research improves Longitudinal Health Data Analysis by adding stochastic models for disease trajectories and therapy optimization. The research begins with a stochastic model that accounts for the complicated dynamics of illness progression and therapy responses. This model captures individual variability and probability outcomes using patient-specific factors, features, and treatment information. Numerical examples demonstrate the model's practicality. The numerical example shows that the stochastic model may forecast illness trajectories and optimize treatment choices. The model predicts illness development probabilistically, helping understand disease dynamics and identify high-risk patients. Simulating and probabilistically estimating therapeutic interventions optimizes treatment options. Personalized therapy decision-making improves patient outcomes. Longitudinal Health Data Analysis should use stochastic models, the study suggests. These models improve disease prediction, therapy optimization, and personalized healthcare decision-making by capturing variability and uncertainty. Advanced modeling methodologies and real-world data validation are next. The research could change illness management and clinical care

Abstract

Infectious diseases continue to pose a major threat to global public health and require early detection and effective response strategies. Despite advances in information technology and data analysis, the full potential of health data in identifying disease patterns and trends remains underutilised. This study aims to propose a comprehensive new mathematical model (new method) that utilises health data to identify infectious disease patterns and trends by exploring the potential of data-driven care approaches in addressing public health challenges associated with infectious diseases. The research methods used are exploratory data collection and analytical model development. The research results obtained mathematical models and algorithms that consider data of period, time, patterns, and trends of dangerous diseases, statistical analysis, and recommendations. Data visualisation and in-depth analysis were conducted in the research to improve the ability to respond to infectious disease threats and provide better decision-making solutions in improving outbreak response, as well as improving preparedness in addressing public health challenges. This research contributes to health practitioners and decision-makers.

Abstract

This research investigates the state of maternal and infant health in Tigalingga, Dairi Regency, emphasizing the significance of reducing mortality rates among mothers and infants in this underserved community. Employing a mixed-method approach, the study combines quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to understand the multifaceted landscape of healthcare challenges. Utilizing regional health records, interviews, and community engagement, the study unveils critical disparities, cultural influences, and barriers to healthcare access. The findings showcase higher-than-desired maternal and infant mortality rates, underscoring the urgency for targeted interventions. The Health Assistance Program, a focal point of the research, demonstrates promising outcomes in reducing mortality rates. The program's success is attributed to improved healthcare access, culturally sensitive interventions, and community engagement. Recommendations derived from the study advocate for sustained efforts in healthcare infrastructure development, enhanced community involvement, and cultural adaptation in healthcare initiatives. The implications of the research extend to public health policy, emphasizing the importance of equitable healthcare access, culturally competent interventions, and community-driven strategies. The research underscores the critical need for tailored healthcare interventions, respecting cultural practices and addressing healthcare disparities, to improve the health outcomes of mothers and infants in Tigalingga. The findings serve as a foundation for informed decision-making and the development of targeted interventions not only within the region but also for similar vulnerable communities globally
