Abstract

The title of this research is the Political Decision Model of the Technocrat Regime in Indonesia (Study During the Period of President B.J Habibie). The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the decision model of the technocrat regime in Indonesia (Presidential B.J Habibie Period Study) and what are the factors behind the technocratic regime's political decision model in Indonesia (Presidential B.J Habibie Period Study) literature as a reference. President B.J Habibie was sworn in on May 21, 1998, the first policy of President BJ. Habibie immediately announced and inaugurated a new cabinet called the Development Reform Cabinet on 22 May 1998. There were 36 ministers, consisting of 20 ministers for department heads, 12 ministers for state and 4 coordinating ministers. The Cabinet reflects all elements of the nation's strength, including the United Development Party, the Indonesian Democratic Party, the Working Group, ABRI, regional elements, scholars, and non-governmental organizations. Embracing all the political and social potential is the early democracy to demand reform. The basis of B.J Habibie's decision model comes from his proximity to Suharto as President of the Republic of Indonesia, young B.J Habibie Nationalism, B.J Habibie as an Expert in Science and Technology, introduction of B.J Habibie with Islamic figures, political situation and conditions of the New Order in 1990-1998. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Nadiem Makarim's Political Strategy in Producing Education". Discusses the changes in education during the Nadiem Makarim era which had a political strategy as an action used by leaders to realize their political goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy carried out by Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in developing education in Indonesia. The theory used in this study is strategy theory according to Geoff Mulgan (2009) this strategy is useful as a system that can manage existing power and resources through government which aims for the public interest which is a tool of government power to create ideas and ideas in overcoming problems, complexities and government complex. This study uses data collection techniques through library research. The results of this study indicate that Nadiem Makarim uses an Offensive Strategy, namely a market expansion strategy in implementing new regulations, to carry out the program he has designed by determining what objectives Nadiem Makarim wants, what factors influence Nadiem Makarim in making programs, what directions Nadiem Makarim did, and what actions did Nadiem Makarim take to carry out his program to develop education in Indonesia Keywords : Strategy, Nadiem Makarim, Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pendampingan Legalitas Guru dan Unit Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran/Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Quran Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (TPA/TKA BKPRMI) Kabupaten Ogan Ilir (Studi pada TPA/TKA Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat dan Pemulutan Selatan). Metode yang dipakai adalah metode CBR (Community Based Research) karena melibatkan stakeholders terkait. Tahapan proses penelitian dengan metode CBR ini ada 4 tahapan. Pada kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan langsung dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Sebelumnya mereka pernah mendaftar secara manual tetapi ternyata belum terdata dalam aplikasi sehingga mereka perlu input ulang tetapi dengan persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah lengkap yang mereka miliki serta telah membawa perangkat seperti laptop dan Handphone untuk mendaftar. Dalam proses pendampingan pendaftaran pada SIPDAR-PQ, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi TPA, mulai dari yang telah daftar sebelumnya lupa password, lupa email, dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga kebermanfaatan program ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi guru dan unit sehingga lebih mudah untuk mendaftar ke SIPDAR.

Abstract

The process of digitizing teacher legality through the Emis website still does not fully cover all teachers so that they are registered in the official data of the Ministry of Religion. This article aims to analyze BKPRMI's contribution to the process of legalizing Al-Quran Teachers and Education Park Units/Al-Quran Kindergartens in Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method applied was qualitative with a case study approach, involving the Ministry of Religion of Ogan Ilir Regency, the BKPRMI DPK management, and three TPA/TKA institutions. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model which included three steps: data condensing, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research findings indicate that BKPRMI has several functions, such as providing outreach to TPA/TKA regarding the application for IJOP (Operational Permit) and BOP (Educational Operational Assistance) to the Ministry of Religion, as well as organizing training and standardization for TKA-TPA teachers has not been optimal in the legal process for teachers and TKA units. -TPA. Regular and continuous outreach is needed to the sub-districts so that TPA/TKA in Ogan Ilir Regency. BKPRMI's role has been outlined in the work program they carry out. However, with limited facilities, time and resources, the roles they carry out have not been fully carried out effectively.

Abstract

This research discusses "The Dynamics of Agrarian Conflicts: Political Perspectives of Land Rights (Case Study of the Conflict Between PT. Swarna Cinde Raya with residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency)''. It aims to find out the causes and development of the dynamics of agrarian conflicts between the residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village and PT Swarna Cinde Raya. The research method used was qualitative. With primary data, namely residents of Pangkalan Benteng village, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that first. The agrarian conflict between the residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village and PT Swarna Cinde Raya occurred due to overlapping land claims, land evictions by the company, and the slow response of the government and law enforcement. The main causes are ownership disputes, human rights violations, and lack of transparency in the resolution of cases by the authorities. Second, the agrarian conflict between the residents of Pangkalan Benteng Village and PT Swarna Cinde Raya (PT SCR) has been going on since 2009. PT SCR claims that the 200 hectares of land managed by residents for generations has now been reduced to 80 hectares. The company put up prohibition signs based on the Agrarian Cases Law, causing intimidation and uncertainty for residents. Residents feel that their rights have been deprived, suffered losses due to evictions, and have received a slow response from the government and law enforcement. South Sumatra's Ministry of Law and Human Rights recommends a settlement through legal channels, but the slow and lack of transparency creates public distrust and risks escalating conflicts. This conflict reflects structural problems of agrarian management in Indonesia, such as power imbalances, overlapping regulations, and weak protection of indigenous peoples' rights. A just settlement must prioritize transparency, community participation, and respect for human rights so that conflicts do not spread.
