Abstract

Dalam era bisnis modern, perencanaan dan evaluasi menjadi penting dalam memulai proses bisnis, sementara keuangan menjadi aspek krusial yang menentukan perkembangan bisnis. Tren bisnis saat ini adalah platform marketplace yang memberikan kemudahan akses bagi penjual dan pembeli. Namun, pasar digital juga menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai perspektif Islam terkait sah atau tidaknya transaksi tanpa tatap muka. Meskipun demikian, pelaku UMKM dapat mengubah model bisnis mereka menjadi lebih modern dengan aman. Persaingan di pasar digital dipengaruhi oleh visual yang menarik dan harga yang transparan di layar, serta faktor lain seperti tagline, kejelasan kondisi produk, layanan, dan ulasan dari konsumen sebelumnya. Pandemi pada tahun 2020 mengakibatkan banyak toko fisik tutup, menurunkan daya tahan ekonomi pelaku usaha, dan menghambat perputaran normal dalam perekonomian. Strategi pemasaran online dapat membantu mempertahankan perekonomian dan mendukung penjualan produk dan jasa, meskipun tantangan utamanya adalah jangkauan pasar yang terbatas. Dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman dan dampak pandemi, inovasi diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja ekonomi pelaku usaha. Model bisnis modern tidak hanya mengandalkan promosi melalui internet, tetapi juga memanfaatkan teknologi terbaru untuk transaksi, database produk dan supplier, pemesanan online, dan distribusi online. UMKM, seperti Tonight Sablon, dapat mengembangkan industri konveksi dengan menggabungkan teknologi dan memanfaatkan situs web serta media sosial. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi tentang teknologi dapat membantu membuka peluang pengembangan bisnis.

Abstract

MSMEs are starting to move to the digitization system, which was originally a conventional system, but what is still not focused on is the convection sector. There have been many digitalization systems, but they are only focused on digital marketing, not on internal systems that can have an external impact, such as on customers. UMKM Tonight Sablon has many root causes where digital marketing rarely runs, it is still strong in word of mouth with a semi-online system, using only the communication part using Whatsapp. The purpose of this study is to look at the readiness of convection SMEs, especially Tonight Screen Printing, to change the system to digitalization based on the root causes and consumer responses which are through quantitative and qualitative methods. Interview techniques and distributing questionnaires in data collection and there is a statistical classic test to see the validity of the data obtained. The results obtained are consumers asking for changes to the digitization system to make it easier to order and transact and MSMEs can store data using internet of things technology. Websites, mobile applications, Point of Sales (POS), as well as technology on websites such as live chat, cost estimates, and uploading designs can be applied easily, this is the system needed by consumers and business owners of Tonight Sablon.

Abstract

The increase in consumption of bottled drinking water (AMDK) reached 54.11% from 2018 to 2020, which has a negative impact on the environment. SiHatin Waste Bank is a community formed to manage the waste. Waste Bank officers face the risk of injury and infection, especially to the hands, due to the lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the processing of plastic glass AMDK waste. This condition creates new problems for Waste Bank officers, the purpose of this activity is to implement education on the use of finger protection in sorting and cutting plastic glass AMDK. The method of implementation of the activity involves observation, preparation of educational materials, direct training at the Waste Bank location, and evaluation of the impact through monitoring changes in officer behavior. The implementation of education on the use of PPE succeeded in increasing staff understanding by 41%, which is expected to reduce the incidence of injury and infection in the process of cutting plastic bottled water. It also contributed positively to the overall operations of the Waste Bank. In the next stage, there is a need for comprehensive monitoring by involving stakeholders to support the implementation of education holistically in an effort to manage sustainable waste.

Abstract

This study addresses the need for affordable visual inspection support in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in screen-printing production. Although machine vision and deep learning have been widely applied in manufacturing quality control, many existing systems are designed for relatively controlled industrial settings and require stable cameras, lighting, computing resources, and technical expertise. This condition limits direct adoption by small MSMEs, where image acquisition is often performed with operator-level devices under variable lighting and background conditions. This study designed and evaluated an initial low-resource visual inspection pipeline consisting of low-cost image acquisition, five-class defect labeling, MobileNetV3-based transfer learning, performance evaluation, and TensorFlow Lite conversion. The dataset consisted of 160 screen-printing images grouped into five classes: good, misalignment, bleeding, pinholes, and ghosting. The preliminary evaluation yielded 24.38% multiclass accuracy and a loss of 2.5635, indicating that the model could not yet reliably distinguish detailed defect categories. The converted TensorFlow Lite model was 5.43 MB, indicating that the technical conversion path was feasible. A binary quality-control interpretation produced 75.63% accuracy, but 27 defective images were still predicted as pass QC. Therefore, the pipeline cannot be treated as a final quality-control decision system. The main contribution of this study is empirical evidence that image-acquisition quality, dataset sufficiency, class separability, and training configuration are critical bottlenecks in developing lightweight deep-learning-based inspection for low-resource MSME environments.

Abstract

This study examined whether wall color conditions were associated with differences in repetitive assembly performance during a controlled simulated task. A quasi-experimental between-subjects design was applied involving 116 student participants aged 18–22 years. Participants were allocated through stratified randomization based on age and sex into four identical rooms with matte-painted red, white, blue, or green walls, with 29 participants in each condition, consisting of 15 male and 14 female participants. Environmental and procedural factors, including lighting at 550 lux, temperature at 24 °C, ambient noise at 75 dBA, equipment, instructions, task model, and 30-minute session duration, were standardized. All groups were tested concurrently to minimize temporal variation. After an initial practice opportunity, participants completed the same 10-component toy truck assembly task. Performance was assessed using completion time, accuracy, and productivity. Because the data did not fully satisfy parametric assumptions, Kruskal-Wallis tests were used, followed by Holm-adjusted Mann-Whitney comparisons. The results showed significant differences across wall color conditions for completion time, accuracy, and productivity. Green produced the strongest observed performance profile, with a mean completion time of 3.38 minutes, accuracy of 92.24%, and productivity of 6.30 correct assemblies per minute, followed by blue. These findings suggest that wall color may function as a supplementary environmental ergonomics factor in repetitive manual assembly settings. However, the results should be interpreted as evidence for controlled pilot evaluation rather than as a definitive industrial color standard. Keywords: Workspace Color; Environmental Ergonomics; Repetitive Assembly; Productivity; Accuracy

Abstract

Pendekatan pelaku usaha terhadap pelanggan menjadi aspek krusial dalam menghadapi kebutuhan dan keinginan yang terus berubah secara dinamis. Salah satu strategi yang dianggap efektif adalah penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM), khususnya dalam bentuk elektronik atau e-CRM melalui situs web. Dengan e-CRM, pelaku usaha dapat memanfaatkan data histori interaksi pelanggan untuk memahami preferensi, kebutuhan, serta ekspektasi pelanggan secara lebih akurat. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah dalam menjaga hubungan jangka panjang yang saling menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja layanan pelanggan UMKM konveksi Tonight Sablon sebelum dan sesudah implementasi e-CRM berbasis website. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model waterfall, dan evaluasi usability sistem dilakukan dengan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 69,375, yang mengindikasikan tingkat usability pada kategori acceptable. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi e-CRM pada UMKM sebagai strategi peningkatan loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, penguatan e-CRM melalui optimalisasi situs web dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi ergonomi lingkungan kerja pada UMKM Tonight Sablon dengan fokus pada tiga parameter utama, yaitu suhu, tingkat kebisingan, dan intensitas pencahayaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik observasi langsung dan pengukuran empiris menggunakan alat termometer digital, pengukur tingkat suara, dan lux meter. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa suhu dan kelembaban pada beberapa ruang produksi berada di luar ambang batas yang direkomendasikan yaitu suhu diatas 28 derajat celcius dan kelembaban diatas 60%, yang berpotensi menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dan stres panas pada pekerja. Tingkat kebisingan di ruang sablon melebihi nilai ambang batas 85 dB, sehingga berisiko terhadap kesehatan pendengaran dan menurunkan produktivitas. Selain itu, pencahayaan di seluruh area kerja juga tidak memenuhi standar minimum 500 lux untuk pekerjaan agak halus, yang dapat mempengaruhi ketelitian kerja dan kesehatan mata. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan prinsip ergonomi dan K3 dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman, dan produktif. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi peningkatan sistem ventilasi, penggunaan alat pelindung diri, serta optimalisasi pencahayaan buatan.
