Abstract

Perpustakaan adalah sebuah Lembaga yang memberikan atau menyediakan aspek layanan informasi yang utama bagi para pengguna/user. Perpustakaan tidak akan bisa berdiri sendiri tanpa adanya sebuah jaringan kerjasama yang dianut perpustakaan tersebut. Perpustakaan sebagai Lembaga informasi. Perpustakaan tidak mungkin ada perpustakaan yang lengkap dengan memiliki jutaan bahan Pustaka karena pada hakikatnya tidak ada satupun perpustakaan yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan informasi para penggunanya tanpa terjalin kerjasama antar perpustakaan. Arti kerjasama dalam perpustakaan adalah kerjasama yang dijalin antar perpustakaan dengan bertujuan untuk menambah kualitas system perpustakaan yang disajikan dan menyediakan materi atau bahan Pustaka yang memadai untuk para pengguna perpustakaan. Dalam jalinan kerjasama perpustakaan dan informasi, konsep jaringan perpustakaan adalah hal yang tak boleh terlupakan. Jaringan perpustakaan adalah sebuah system yang menjalin hubungan antar perpustakaan yang disusun dengan sedemikian berdasarkan persjutuan yang memfokuskan komunikasi yang berlangsung untuk sumber daya informasi.

Abstract

P is a company engaged in logistics which is located at km 13 in the city of Balikpapan. PT. P focuses on the automotive, mining, oil and gas, materials and knowledge industries, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), electronics and technology, food and beverages, and e- commerce. In the PT. P department productivity is often not achieved due to the many problems that occur that hinder the company's target standards. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can affect work productivity at PT. P department. There are several factors that can affect work productivity, including organizational culture, work ability and employee turnover. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The method used is a quantitative method.The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between organizational culture on work productivity, there was a significant positive effect between work ability on work productivity, and there was a significant positive effect between employee turnover on work productivity. The results of the F and regression tests found that there was an influence of 37.1% organizational culture, work ability and employee turnover together on work productivity and the remaining 62.9% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a tropical country, faces a high risk from ultraviolet (UV) radiation that can damage skin and health. This study aims to evaluate the knowledge and behavior regarding sunscreen use among students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. The method used is a survey with questionnaires distributed to respondents. Results indicate that although students are aware of the importance of using sunscreen, the usage rate remains low, and many do not choose safe products. These findings highlight the need for increased knowledge about proper sunscreen selection and the dangers of UV exposure. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of further education on correct sunscreen use, as well as the necessity for outreach activities to raise awareness about skin protection from sun exposure. Thus, it is hoped that adolescents can better maintain their skin health and reduce the risk of diseases caused by excessive UV exposure.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) evaluate the efforts made by the North Sumatra Regional Police Hinai State Police School Library in the information literacy program, (2) assess the results achieved by students from the information literacy program, and (3) identify inhibiting factors in the implementation of the information literacy program in the library of the North Sumatra Police Hinai State Police School. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, using interview techniques, and research subjects were selected through purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the information literacy program in the North Sumatra Regional Police Hinai State Police School library has produced various activity programs, such as a 15 minute reading program every two weeks and reading awards. SPN Hinai North Sumatra Regional Police students are able to understand and utilize information from the library for DIKTUBA (Non-Commissioned Officer Education) POLRI assignments. Obstacles in implementing the program include a lack of media and human resources skilled in information literacy as well as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure.
