ABSTRAK : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra experiment dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 309 orang, sampel 51 orang. Dengan variable penelitian yaitu Hubungan Pengelolaan Kelas sebagai variable bebas dan Keaktifan Siswa Dalam Proses Pembelajaran sebagai variable terikat. Selanjutnya data disimpulkan dengan menggunakan metode angket.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti yang dilakukan peneliti dapat disampaikan bahwa Hubungan Pengelolaan kelas terhadap keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Kec. Pallangga, Kab.Gowa dapat dikatakan sangatlah berperan dan saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain artinya bahwa pengelolaan kelas sangat berpengaruh dengan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia ini terbukti hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi = 0,64 lebih besar dari atau 5,831 ≥ 2,021, Maka Ho ditolak artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengelolaan Kelas terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa, Ha di terima.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas sangat berpengaruh artinya bahwa pengelolaan kelas sangat membantu terhadap peningkatan keaktifan siswa . hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya keaktifan belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang sangat baik di SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga, Kec. Pallangga, Kab. Gowa. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan kelas dan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the art of breathing Satria Nusantara at the pre-basic level in reducing symptoms of depression. The method used in this research is an experiment with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design approach, namely by dividing into 2 groups as the experimental group and the control group. Both groups received pre and post tests. The results showed that the results of the data analysis that had been carried out, especially the comparison between the experimental group and the control group on the pre-test post-test difference, that the pre-basic level training in the art of breathing Satria Nusantara had a significant effect on decreasing depression symptoms.

This research aims to study and analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty at Naem 555 Laundry. This type of research is quantitative descriptive by using a sample of 103 people. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous variables of satisfaction, emotional bonding, trust, choice reduction and habit and history with company simultaneously have a significant effect to customer loyalty. Partially, satisfaction, trust, and choice reduction and habit variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty while the partial variables of emotional bonding and history with company are not significant to customer loyalty. The variable that has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty is the satisfaction variable.

Waste when used properly or appropriately, it can have a good or positive impact, even provide economic benefits for every individual and society. Knowledge in waste management is to know the accumulation or collection, transfer or also transportation, and or proper processing and separation of waste. Knowledge of sorting household waste is to know the sorting of waste in accordance with its type in order to provide economic ecological value in the family such as material gains, handicraft objects in the form of bags, wallets, tissue boxes and others made from waste. This study is titled Waste and Urban Communities Study on Waste Management in The Handsome District of Pekanbaru City, Riau Provinces. The results of this study showed and explained that with Waste Bank in the community has a good impact such as increasing understanding of waste management, sorting household waste and even the perceived advantage is that the community has an economic advantage by saving waste and can have handicrafts from waste materials for sale or use alone and can also utilize waste from food waste to become compost crops. However, not all citizens participate or participate and are also less active in this Waste Bank activity programm.

This research aims to optimize the introduction of the MDIN application as one of the sharia banking services offered by Bank Muamalat Indonesia to its customers in Parepare. The MDIN application is designed to provide convenience in digital banking transactions while maintaining sharia principles. The service methods used include outreach, training and assistance to customers. The results of the service show that the introduction of this application increases customers' understanding of digital sharia banking features and increases their interest in using the MDIN application in daily transactions.

P is a company engaged in logistics which is located at km 13 in the city of Balikpapan. PT. P focuses on the automotive, mining, oil and gas, materials and knowledge industries, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), electronics and technology, food and beverages, and e- commerce. In the PT. P department productivity is often not achieved due to the many problems that occur that hinder the company's target standards. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can affect work productivity at PT. P department. There are several factors that can affect work productivity, including organizational culture, work ability and employee turnover. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The method used is a quantitative method.The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between organizational culture on work productivity, there was a significant positive effect between work ability on work productivity, and there was a significant positive effect between employee turnover on work productivity. The results of the F and regression tests found that there was an influence of 37.1% organizational culture, work ability and employee turnover together on work productivity and the remaining 62.9% was influenced by other variables.

Interest is a feeling of liking or attraction to something or an activity without anyone asking or telling. This interest in learning can be influenced by many factors, including the student himself, family, and school. A student needs to have a good interest in learning (interest in learning) so that through the stage of interest in learning students can improve learning outcomes. Mathematics learning is a teaching and learning process built by teachers to develop students' creative thinking, and can improve the ability to construct new knowledge as an effort to improve good mastery of mathematics material. Mathematics is one of the most important subjects and is studied from elementary school, junior high school, high school to college. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were homeroom teachers for grade IV. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of teachers and teacher strategies in increasing interest in learning are as follows: (1) The role of teachers is very influential in increasing students' interest in learning. The role of teachers includes being class managers, class supervisors, and student motivators. These three things are interrelated in managing the class. Teachers can pay attention to students, facilitate deeper discussions, and provide learning strategies that are appropriate to students' needs. (2) Teacher strategies are very influential in increasing students' interest in learning. At SDN Burum, grade IV teachers use learning strategies including using cooperative learning, using learning media, and class discussion learning strategies.
