Abstract

Peran penting dimiliki oleh notaris dalam setiap hubungan hukum kehidupan masyarakat, karena dalam melakukan hubungan hukum tersebut dibutuhkan adanya pembuktian tertulis berupa akta otentik. Rumusan masalah adalah: 1 Bagaimana implementasi ketentuan Pasal 83 Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Kongres Luar Biasa sehubungan dengan pelantikan Notaris Papan Nama di Denpasar? 2. Apa tanggung jawab Notaris atas pelanggaran kode etik papan nama Notaris? Permasalahan di atas dipelajari dan dianalisis dengan teori-teori hukum seperti teori efektivitas hukum, teori tanggung jawab hukum dengan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan beberapa permasalahan mengenai pelanggaran ukuran papan nama Notaris yang terpasang, hal tersebut bertentangan dengan yang diatur dalam aturan Kode Etik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal protection of copyright for works published in e-media and the implications of these regulations. This type of research is a literature study. Literature studies involve not only collecting sources but also critical analysis of these sources, to understand the contribution made by previous studies in the context of the research being conducted. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of copyright among creators of works in e-media is still very low, where around 60% of respondents are not familiar with the applicable copyright regulations. This lack of understanding, which is caused by limited information and ambiguity regarding protected rights, causes many creators to be unaware that their works can be used without permission, thus increasing copyright infringement, such as plagiarism. Previous studies also emphasize the importance of education and increasing public awareness of copyright, given that weak law enforcement and complicated complaint procedures make creators reluctant to claim their rights. Therefore, this study recommends effective education programs, cooperation between the government, e-media platforms, and creative communities, and simplification of the complaint process, to strengthen copyright protection and support the development of the creative ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought various conveniences to daily life; however, it has also led to an increasing potential for cybercrime. Students, as active users of digital technology, are among the groups most vulnerable to various forms of cybercrime. This community service activity aims to enhance the awareness and understanding of student organizations regarding cybercrime and its preventive measures. The methods used include counseling, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The results of the activity show an improvement in participants’ understanding of the types of cybercrime, their impacts, and the preventive steps that can be taken. Thus, this activity is expected to foster more responsible and secure digital behavior among students.

Abstract

Pengadilan Agama (PA) memegang peranan penting dalam sistem peradilan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam menyelesaikan sengketa yang melibatkan pasangan suami istri. Sebagai lembaga peradilan yang khusus menangani masalah-masalah keluarga, Pengadilan Agama berfungsi untuk memberikan solusi hukum dalam berbagai kasus yang berhubungan dengan pernikahan, perceraian, hak asuh anak, dan harta bersama. Artikel ini akan mengulas eksistensi dan peran penting Pengadilan Agama dalam menyelesaikan sengketa pasangan suami istri. Dengan kewenangan yang jelas dan prosedur yang terstruktur, Pengadilan Agama membantu menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan keluarga sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Meskipun ada tantangan, eksistensi dan fungsi Pengadilan Agama tetap penting dalam memastikan keadilan dan penyelesaian sengketa secara efektif. Pengadilan Agama memiliki kewenangan khusus untuk menangani perkara-perkara Pernikahan, Perceraian, Hak Asuh Anak, Harta Bersama dan Warisan
