Abstract

Students who have high learning interest and motivation are usually marked by good academic grades, have structured learning habits, and have a good understanding of each reading. This study will look for the effect of audio-visual media on the learning interest of early childhood students at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Nurul Huda, Surakarta City. This study is a collaborative classroom action research (CAR) carried out in three cycles, where each cycle consists of four main stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 60 class B students at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Nurul Huda, Surakarta City. Data analysis in this study used a quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. Quantitative data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that measured students' learning interest, while qualitative data were obtained through observation of student activities during learning. The results showed a significant increase in students' learning interest during the three observation cycles. In cycle I, out of 60 students who were still classified as less interested in learning, there were 39 students (65%) while only 21 students (35%) showed interest. However, in cycle II, there had been a significant increase. The number of students who were less interested decreased to 27 students (45%), while students who were interested increased to 33 students (55%). This increase continued drastically in cycle III, where only 6 students (10%) were still less interested, while those who showed high interest were 54 students (90%). Effective learning does not only depend on the material presented, but also on the media used and the method of delivery that can attract attention so that it can motivate students to be more active in participating in learning activities.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional yang diperlukan dalam membangun bangsa dan Negara Republik Indonesia. Akan tetapi pengertian dan cara mengukur mutu pendidikan yang tepat dan dapat dipercayai, masih menjadi bahan perbincangan yang belum berkesudahan. Mutu pendidikan secara nasional pada hakikatnya merupakan cerminan dari hasil belajar masing-masing siswa. Oleh karena itu berbagai metode pembelajaran dan bentuk penilaian dibuat untuk memperoleh hasil belajar siswa yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan serta benar-benar dapat menggambarkan kemampuan siswa secara utuh yang berimbas pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan . Tulisan ini membahas tentang penerapan metode discovery learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. metode penelitian ini menggunakan melalui pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). penelitian kepustakaan merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat dan mengolah bahan penelitian. melalui penelitian kepustakaan, peneliti berusaha untuk memaparkan pengaruh metode discovery learning terhadap perbaikan kualitas belajar siswa sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah.

This paper aim For explain about development religiosity apparatus State Civil through Assembly Taklim Nurul Iman in the district The most important essay related with create and develop attitude ASN religiosity . Study This generate (1) Condition Religiosity Apparatus State Civil in the District Karanganyar , in general, shows that the social picture of the people of Karanganyar Regency is a plural society, socially, economically and politically very stable . And conditions bureaucracy themselves in general in the district Karanganyar show harmony between superiors and subordinates in the environment office district government So is the Regent in a manner routine give briefing to employee from class on to the very bottom that is done a month once. Besides that, reason Regent fostering religiosity the namely, the Regent want to invite For more fear to Almighty God. (2) Development Religiosity for apparatus State Civil through Assembly Taklim Nurul Iman in the District karanayar followed by all civil servants walk with fine and smooth . Proved with increase faith and piety civil servants in the neighborhood work and society , so matter This impact on the concession socio-cultural public towards. Spirit from religiosity development by praying appropriate time and community is for more civil servants discipline.
