Abstract

This study aims to find out the socialization strategy of JKN BPJS (state run healthcare security agency) Bengkulu in Malabero. Using qualitative research approach, the data were collected from in-depth interviews. The results shows that BPJS Health Bengkulu has done some steps of socialization strategy. It includes determining the focus of socialization, paying attention to segmentation of target audience, formation method, and selection of socialization channel. Direct socialization has been seen in the implementation of seminars, discussions, group communication, and services carried out by BPJS Health officials. In addition to seminars, discussions, presentations and two-way communication were also seen at both the BPJS Health office and at the BPJS Center in the hospital, communication via satellite and so on. There is also indirect socialization conducted by using mass media, such as advertisement in Bengkulu People's newspaper, Bengkulu Express newspaper, RRI radio, PRO 2 FM radio, TV Bengkulu, ESA TV, and BE TV. They also spread the information through media banners, posters, pamphlets, leaflets, and banners. Key Words: Strategy, socialization, BPJS, target audience, media, social security system

Abstract

The development of learning materials for Indonesian courses uses a qualitative and quantitative approach to research and development (R D). This study aims to produce teaching materials for Indonesian language courses based on CLIL that follow the learning needs of college students in Bengkulu City. The research subjects were all students who took Indonesian language courses consisting of Bengkulu University, Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University, and Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu State Islamic University. The effectiveness test of the development of teaching materials for Indonesian language courses based on CLIL in universities obtained a significant value. The average value of the results before the use of CLIL-based Indonesian language teaching materials in Bengkulu City universities which was developed was 68.50, and a standard deviation of 13,489 and after using CLIL-based Indonesian teaching materials in universities Bengkulu City which has been developed is 80.19 with a standard deviation of 11,546. Uji efektivitas pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah bahasa Indonesia berbasis CLIL di perguruan tinggi memperoleh nilai yang signifikan. Nilai rata-rata hasil sebelum penggunaan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia berbasis CLIL di perguruan tinggi Kota Bengkulu yang dikembangkan adalah 68,50, dan standar deviasi 13.489 dan setelah menggunakan bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia berbasis CLIL di perguruan tinggi Kota Bengkulu yang telah dikembangkan adalah 80,19 dengan standar deviasi 11.546. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah bahasa Indonesia berbasis CLIL di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bengkulu.Kata kunci: ajar, bahasa Indonesia, CLIL

Abstract

Profesi jurnalis media online menuntut profesionalisme sebagaimana tertuang dalam kode etik jurnalistik 2011, UU Pers No 40 Tahun 1999 dan Pedoman Pemberitaan Media Siber 2012. Peneliti mengamati berita sebagai karya jurnalistik sekaligus sebagai bukti untuk menggambarkan kinerja profesional jurnalis dengan menerapkan teori deontologis sebagai pisau analisis penelitian. Metode dalam penelitian ini terfokus pada aspek semantik dan sintaktik terhadap 1149 berita asli dari tiga situs media online masing-masing, 362 berita Detik.com, 458 berita Kompas.com, 329 berita Republika.co.id sepanjang Juni 2014 hingga Mei 2017. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahasa dimodifikasi untuk mengelabui pembaca dan untuk memenuhi kepentingan pemilik, ekonomi dan politik. Selain itu, jurnalis “menghilangkan” hak klarifikasi pihak-pihak yang terkait fenomena yang menjadi pemberitaan di media online. Secara statistik, 262 berita Detik.com, 264 berita Kompas.com dan 163 berita Republik. co.id tidak objektif dalam melaporkan peristiwa. Selain itu, terbukti media online selalu melakukan kesalahan kaidah bahasa dengan intensitas 4-6 kali untuk 150-250 kata dalam satu berita. Online media journalist profession demands professionalism as stated in the 2011 Journalist Code of Ethics, Press Law No. 40/1999 and the 2012 Cyber Media Guidelines. The researcher observed news as a journalistic work as well as evidence to illustrate the professional performance of journalists by applying the deontological theory as an analytical tool. The method in this study focused on the semantic and syntactic aspects of 1149 original news stories produced by three online media sites, 362 items from detik.com, 458 from kompas.com and 329 from republika.co.id from June 2014 to May 2017. The study shows that language is modified to trick the audience and satisfy the owner, political and economic interests. Besides, online media journalists “deprive” the parties named in the news reports of their right to clarify. Statistically, 262 news items from detik.com, 264 from kompas.com and 163 from republika.co.id are not objective. In addition, online media always commit linguistic mistakeswith intensity of 4-6 times in every 150-250 words of a single news item.
