Abstract

Penelitian mengenai lingkungan kerja dan motivasi merupakan penelitian yang banyak menyumbang ilmu pemgetahuan di bidang manajemen,  penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana hubungan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai . penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian 36 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi  berpengaruh secara parsial . seacara simultan  kedua variabel berpengaruh sebesar  53.7 %.  lingkungan kerja yang baik serta adanya motivasi karyawan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik yang hasil akhirnya akan mendapatkan nilai tambah di perusahaan.

Abstract

Al-Amin Science And Industrial Park (Living Lab) area is located in Glugur Rimbun, Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This land area is approximately 20 hectares and is owned by the Panca Budi Development University Foundation. Initially, this area is in the form of an Oil Palm plantation, it will be developed into an Industrial Estate oriented to Science and Nature Laboratories. The methods used are qualitative methods of literature studies and field studies. There is a considerable market opportunity in the development of the area so that it can provide benefits and profit benefits for stakeholders and the community in Kutalimbaru District, that is, the most popular product is the development of the Agricultural Area by 28%, followed by the Livestock Area by 22%. As for each of them, 9% of the public interest is in the development of Nature Tourism Areas, Educational Tourism, and Open Learning Spaces (Nature Schools). The remaining 7% of people are interested in the Selfie Area. The Tarekat Museum area and Restaurants and Cafes are in demand by only 6% and for the Development of Edutech Tourism Areas are in demand by 4%.

Abstract

Exponential Smoothing is a procedure for continuous improvement in the forecasting of the latest observed objects. In this study, Exponential Smoothing is used to predict the income level of Etawa Peranakan (PE) Goats in the Al-Amin Science and Industrial Park Area which plans to create an area with a Life Cycling System. Where every field or sector in the area is connected, environmentally friendly, minimizes waste in each sector, and can even become a place for learning and traveling (Edutourism). The income of the Etawa Peranakan Goat business comes from the sale of male PE goats with an age of more than 1 year, the sale of fresh pure milk, and the sale of goat manure. Sales of Goat Urine. By using the Exponential Smoothing Method in the 5th year, the amount of income received after expenses for feed and vitamins was Rp. 2,564,443,875 with a total of 4 adult male PE goats and 874 female PE goats. With an alpha value of 0.87 and an error rate in this calculation of 30%.

Abstract

Absensi merupakan rutinitas yang dilakukan seorang karyawan dan staf pengajar di SMK Negeri 9 Medan untuk membuktikan hadir atau tidak dalam suatu kegiatan baik pekerjaan atau hal lainnya. Absensi online dapat memudahkan karyawan dan staf pengajar di SMK Negeri 9 Medan membuktikan kehadirannya dalam suatu kegiatan menggunakan perangkat komputer ataupun smartphone. Saat ini metode absensi yang dilakukan masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual pada lembar kehadiran karyawan dan staf pengajar. Dimana setiap pegawai dan staf pengajar yang hadir harus mengisi dan menandatangani sebagai bukti kehadiran. Absensi online berbasis website ini tidak dapat dilakukan oleh karyawan dan staf pengajar jika tidak berada di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi absensi online berbasis website yang dapat digunakan pegawai dan staf pengajar untuk membuktikan kehadirannya tanpa harus menulis dan menandatangani sebagai bukti hadir dan petugas dapat melakukan ekspor data kehadiran sebagai pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Abstract

This study was conducted to predict the planning of PE goat livestock production in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Area, Glugur Rimbun, Sampecita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used to predict livestock production planning using Sensitivity Analysis with the Goal Programming Method. The data used is data from Tharaya Farm which has the same management concept as PE goat livestock in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Area, Glugur Rimbun, Sampecita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency later. In this study, the research variables are processed products from goat livestock in the form of goat milk and goat meat. Product A (Goat Milk) requires 30 hours of processing time and product B (Goat Meat) for 20 hours with profits of Rp 400,000 and Rp 800,000, respectively. The results of the study indicate that the profit target can be increased by goat farmers by Rp 1,400,000, - by maximizing the production of at least 2 products for each variable.

Abstract

Macrame craft microbusiness is one of the creative economic sectors that has high potential in increasing community income. However, limited production resources such as the number of threads, working time, and availability of accessories often cause business actors to experience difficulties in determining the right production composition to obtain maximum profits. This study aims to analyze and formulate a Linear Programming model as a decision-making tool in maximizing the profits of macrame craft microbusinesses. The research method used is a quantitative approach by identifying decision variables, objective functions, and production constraints based on data on raw material capacity, processing duration, and profits for each type of product. The mathematical model solution is carried out using the Simplex method to obtain the optimal combination of product quantities. The results show that Type 1: Macrame Keychain is produced in a total of 40 Units, Type 2: Macrame Small Wall Hanging is produced in a total of 30 Units and Type 3: Macrame Plant Hanger is not produced. The goal of minimizing the total thread encourages production as much as possible from the product with the smallest (Type 1), up to the production/demand limit . After is met, take the product with the next smallest (Type 2). Since other constraints (nodes, clock, S) do not preclude this choice in this example, the greedy solution is optimal.
