Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which promotion, transfer and demotion affect employee performance at Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan and to compare the theory that the author has learned with practice in the field. The author examines by collecting various data using library research, structured questionnaires as an instrument to obtain quantitative data with a Likert scale system distributed to 100 respondents. Then the data is processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques (Multiple Regression) through validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. From the results of the study, it is known that promotion, transfer and demotion simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan. For the variables of promotion issues, transfer issues and demotion issues, there is a partial influence on employee performance, so it is concluded that demotion dominantly affects employee performance in the Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai lingkungan kerja dan motivasi merupakan penelitian yang banyak menyumbang ilmu pemgetahuan di bidang manajemen,  penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana hubungan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai . penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian 36 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi  berpengaruh secara parsial . seacara simultan  kedua variabel berpengaruh sebesar  53.7 %.  lingkungan kerja yang baik serta adanya motivasi karyawan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik yang hasil akhirnya akan mendapatkan nilai tambah di perusahaan.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi membuat hampir semua pelaku usaha membuka mata dengan memperhatikan perkembangan teknologi informasi agar mampu bersaing secara kompetitif, efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pelaku usaha di Desa Pematang Serai Kecamatan Tanjung Pura Kabupaten Langkat. Model dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 57 responden yang meliputi: usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Desa Pematang Serai dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa penentuan variabel independen kompetensi dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap variabel dependen produktivitas kerja sebesar 22%, sedangkan nilai sisanya sebesar 78% yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lainnya. variabel

Abstract

This study examines whether accounting information variables and leadership variables can affect the success rate of a business. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, data normality test, heterochedasticity test, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), test and determination test. The results of the study stated that the variables of accounting and leadership information had a significant effect on the business success rate of young MSMEs in Kota Pari Pantai Cermin. The results showed that accounting and leadership information simultaneously had a significant effect on business success with a calculated F value of 1026,250 > a table F value of 3.24. Partial tests also showed that accounting and leadership information respectively had a positive and significant effect on the success of the business, where the value of t count the calculated variable of the accounting information is 2.623 and the t count of the leadership variable is 45.304 where each is greater than the value of t of the table of 2.02. The Adjusted R Square value obtained from the test results of the Coefficient of Determinants (R2) on business success of 0.981 explained that 98.1% of business success can be explained by accounting and leadership information as independent variables. While the remaining 1.9% was explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The Research Approach built with the Qualitative Descriptive method. This study uses primary data sources, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and additions from several community leaders in the Village environment. Then the data obtained and analyzed using descriptive research in obtaining the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of each Indicator so as to produce a Strategy for Successful Implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES). The results of the study identified that the SISKEUDES success strategy in Pematang Serai Village included among others 1) Improving the Quality of Village Vision, Mission and Goals that prioritize national/regional development issues in accordance with the availability of available resources 2) Improving the Quality of the Village Work Program in the RJPMD and RKP which have been analyzed by looking at the potential for income growth and the potential for village spending efficiency 3) Improving the quality of human resources in producing SISKEUDES information through continuous assistance from BPKP 4) Increasing the Development of Quality Human Resources through Cooperation Programs with educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN. Employee job satisfaction has an important role in achieving optimal performance and company success. Quantitative data analysis method used in this study. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT PLN. The variables studied include leadership style, work environment, work motivation, and employee job satisfaction. Statistical techniques, such as regression, are used to analyze the relationship between these variables. The results of this study indicate that participative leadership style, a supportive work environment, and high work motivation have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Medan Utara

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of compensation, leadership, and co-workers on the job satisfaction of honorer employees of the Langkat District Cooperative Office. The population of this study is all honorer employees of the Langkat District Cooperative Office, totaling 65 employees. The number of samples taken was 65 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This study was conducted in 2022. This study uses quantitative data that is processed with SPSS 24.0 using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study show that compensation, leadership, and co-workers have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of honorer employees of the Langkat District Cooperative Office, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the t test (partial) show that compensation has a regression value of 0.554, tcount value = 5.309 and significant = 0.000. Leadership has a regression value of 0.335, tcount value = 3.140 and significant = 0.003. Co-workers have a regression value of 0.269, tcount value = 2.648 and significant = 0.010. The results of the F test (simultaneously) show Fcount = 300.948 and significant = 0.000. Compensation becomes the most dominant variable influencing job satisfaction with the largest tcount value, which is 5.309. 93.4% of job satisfaction can be explained and obtained from compensation, leadership, and co-workers, while the remaining by other factors. Job satisfaction has a very strong relationship with compensation, leadership, and co-workers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas PKPP Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 pegawai dari instansi tersebut sebagai objek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa uji t pada variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional(X1) menghasilkan nilai thitung -2,647 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,011, yang mana menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (-2,647 < 2,00) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis pertama diterima, yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas PKPP Kabupaten Simalungun. Pada variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2), uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung 2,757 dengan signifikansi 0,008, yang menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (2,757 > 2,00) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian, hipotesis kedua juga diterima, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan untuk variabel Disiplin Kerja (X3), uji t menghasilkan nilai t hitung 4,331 yang lebih besar dari t tabel (4,331 > 2,00) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, hipotesis ketiga diterima, yang mengindikasikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas PKPP Kabupaten Simalungun.
