Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tinjauan Strategi Pemasaran Segmenting Targeting Dan Positioning Dari PT Trakindo utama Dalam Memasarkan Produknya serta mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi kelebihan dan kelemahan PT Trakindo Utama dalam memasarkan produknya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelititan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi kasus, dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan adalah semua metode analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur Sistem Manajemen pemasaran pada PT. Trakindo Utama pada umumnya telah dilakukan dengan baik, dengan melibatkan berbagai fungsi dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing serta telah dilengkapi dengan dokumen yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Prosedur yang di gunakan di antaranya Memahami Prilaku Konsumen,Tepat Dalam Menerapkan Strategi Segmentasi (Segmenting),Penargetan (Targeting) Dan Memposisikan atas Produknya,Tepat Dalam Memasarkan merek yang hebat sebagai produk caterpillar yang handal (Positioning). Berdasarkan dari kelemahan yang ada, saran yang di sampaikan yaitu mengevaluasi pelayanan kontrak servis. System pembelian part lebih di permudah dan selalu menganalisis ancaman kompetitor produk yang sejenis dari merk lain.

Abstract

Dunia industri sepatu saat ini sedang berkembang pesat. Namun untuk sekarang masyarakat tidak perlu mengeluarkan uang yang banyak dan membeli sepatu baru, karena ada sepatu bekas yang dapat membuat penampilan tidak kalah menarik. Salah satunya adalah sepatu second Loyal Tweede yang menjual produknya di toko langsung maupun secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap aspek-aspek bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu second di Loyal Tweede. Untuk tujuan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dan lokasi penelitian adalah Loyal Tweede store di Jalan. Solontongan No.10, Turangga, Kecamatan. Lengkong, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Unit analisis yang peneliti ambil adalah dari pemilik dan pembeli Sepatu Second Loyal Tweede. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada berbagai aspek di setiap faktor pemasaran yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepatu second Loyal Tweede, antara lain kualitas produk, ketepatan harga, kreativitas promosi, dan aksesibilitas tempat. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi, wawasan serta masukan kepada perusahaan sepatu second Loyal Tweede untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasarannya, sehingga dapat mencukupi keperluan dan keinginan konsumen serta meningkatkan penjualan produk.

Abstract

Dynamic changes in the business world mean that business people, both beginners and those who have been in business for a long time, do not dampen their desire to continue to expand, open or increase income from their businesses.One business opportunity that is simple, practical and does not require too much infrastructure to start is online trading or futures trading. Apart from providing profit growth on capital, trading opens up opportunities for anyone to earn income without being tied to the company where they work and can be done independently, thereby creating new jobs for the Indonesian people. The aim of this research is to analyze how capital develops using a regular futures trading account at PT. Agrodana Futures Bandung. The method used by the author is qualitative by conducting interviews with trading players, especially those who have been doing it for more than 3 years, how they manage and develop their trading business so that their initial capital continues to grow significantly in a short period of time. The conclusion of this research is that online trading is one of the best alternatives for anyone who is a business actor in growing capital, developing a business or other business goals and its progress continues to increase from time to time. The author feels that this research will have a positive impact on anyone who wants to continuously increase their economic income through online trading

Abstract

Challenges faced by businesses in the era of open competition in Industry 4.0 must be anticipated accurately. Entrepreneurs are required to be creative, adaptive, and astute in addressing this phenomenon. They must be able to withstand shocks and grow stronger. The author chose the title "Innovation in Marketing Mix at CV Bonee Engineering." This research aims to analyze how the implementation of the marketing mix at CV Bonee Engineering forms its competitive advantage, making the company more competitive. It also aims to analyze the impact of innovation on business development at CV Bonee Engineering and assess whether the strategies implemented are suitable for the company. The research method used involves SWOT analysis and descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The author needs to understand the situation, conditions, and factual circumstances at CV Bonee Engineering, as well as internal and external factors influencing marketing strategies. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, reference books, and journals. The collected data is carefully analyzed using SWOT analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the appropriate strategy for CV Bonee Engineering is the SO strategy (Strength-Opportunities), utilizing internal strengths to seize external opportunities. Customers can place orders according to their needs with a guarantee of faster processing time while maintaining quality. The WO strategy (Weaknesses-Opportunities) is also applied to minimize weaknesses by utilizing opportunities. The company promotes its services using technology and participates in various online marketplaces, remaining active on all social media platforms. The company continues to provide services, handle orders, negotiate prices, and collaborate on specific cases. Innovation positively impacts customer satisfaction and business development. Tactical steps for CV Bonee Engineering's innovation include building the right team, acting swiftly, and listening to customers.

Abstract

In the electricity industry, the products produced will always coexist with the services provided. Various service patterns, strategies and innovations will continue to be developed. PT PLN (Persero) is a company that provides electricity with a lifetime guarantee. When a customer's electricity supply stops, the customer will try to find a communication channel to inform them of the electricity disruption they are experiencing in the hope that it can be restored as soon as possible. However, handling customer reports is considered ineffective because it involves a lot of staging and is still manual. The Bangka Command Center was formed to carry out the task of serving disturbance reports throughout the PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bangka work area spread across five Customer Service Units (ULP). Bangka Command Center is a form of Customer Focused innovation created to increase the effectiveness of handling customer reports and is expected to meet customer expectations for excellent service from year to year

Abstract

With the development of the community's economy and changing patterns of life, especially in urban areas where community mobility is quite high, parents' time in guiding and educating their children in terms of education is of course decreasing. This of course makes English tutoring an alternative choice for parents to prepare and improve their children's ability to speak English. The phenomenon mentioned above indicates that the prospects for establishing English language tutoring services are quite large. English is big business. English language skills are important for one's competitiveness. With good English skills, good competitiveness, which is useful for our country too. However, that doesn't mean we have to forget Indonesian, which has become our national language.With these considerations in mind, the author plans to establish a non-formal educational institution in the form of a business, namely in the form of a service company engaged in the field of English language tutoring (tutoring) institutions with the name "Mother Hajar's English Language Tutoring", with an address at Jalan Margaluyu Rt 009, Rw 09, Margasari Village, Buah Batu District, Bandung City, West Java. This non-formal educational institution positions its business as a conversational English center or specializes in English conversation. Based on the analysis of business feasibility studies, this research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with research objects of business feasibility studies from legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, human resource aspects, and financial aspects. With observational data collection techniques by means of literature study. The vision is: "To become a reliable and trustworthy English language education institution that can reach all levels of society"

Abstract

In addition, the majority of Indonesian people are coffee fans. Abstract

There are many business or business opportunities in Indonesia that are actually attractive, promising and have legality from the government and have legal force based on the law, but many do not know about these business opportunities. One of them is Business in the Field of Trading / Futures Trading or Trading on the Exchange. This business can be an alternative choice for small entrepreneurs. Trading / Futures Trading is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Apart from offering huge profits, technological developments are also very supportive of the booming world of trading. Business people can transact anywhere and anytime. on the condition that it is not too complicated and the capital is not too large. All of that is an extraordinary magnet for anyone who wants to enter the world of trading. Behind all the conveniences and the lure of very attractive profits, lies a very large risk as well. The risk is that the capital can run out in a short time in the Trading Market. This is not caused by ignorance, but is often caused by not wanting to know the risk. Business people focus on thinking about the benefits they get. Another reason for working in this field, business people are obsessed with returning the capital that has been taken by the market. Abstract

Pencantuman logo halal pada PT Indo Frozen Sentosa menumbuhkan sebuah kepercayaan yang cukup besar konsumen terhadap produk dimsum dari PT Indo Frozen Sentosa sehingga konsumen atau pelanggan tidak beralih pada produsen dan restoran yang lain dan dapat dijual hingga ke luar daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan label halal pada produk dimsum dari PT Indo Frozen Sentosa dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan mempengaruhi pendapatan PT Indo Frozen Sentosa. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh PT Indo Frozen Sentosa sebelum menggunakan label halal hanya 2P yaitu product dan price. Namun, setelah menggunkan label halal menggunakan variabel 4P yaitu product, price, place dan promotion dan penggunaan logo halal mempengaruhi arus kas pemasaran PT Indo Frozen Sentosa.

Abstract

Abstract There is no doubt to emulate the Prophet Muhammad SAW in living various aspects of life, including in terms of leadership. This study aims to analyze and reveal the efforts of the head of the madrasah in improving the quality of education at the Abdurrahman Private Elementary Madrasah (MIS), Bandung City, by emulating the principles of the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The leadership of the Prophet Muhammad, known for his trustworthy, honest, fair, sincere in sacrifice, full of love and affection, hayyin, layyin, qorib, sahl, and the ability to motivate and foster the people, is the main inspiration in the implementation of management in this educational institution. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the head of the madrasah has succeeded in implementing the leadership values ​​of the Prophet Muhammad in the governance of the madrasah, which has a positive impact on improving the quality of education. The application of these values ​​includes better curriculum management, improving teacher performance, creating a conducive learning environment for students, and establishing harmonious relationships with parents of students and the surrounding community. By focusing on the Islamic leadership approach, this research is expected to contribute to the development of leadership models in other Islamic educational institutions in an effort to improve the quality of education. Abstrak Tidak ada keraguan untuk meneladani Rasulullah SAW dalam menjalani berbagai hal kehidupan, termasuk dalam hal kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengungkap upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Abdurrahman, Kota Bandung, dengan meneladani prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW. Kepemimpinan Rasulullah yang dikenal dengan sifat amanah, jujur, adil, ikhlas berkorban, penuh cinta kasih sayang, hayyin, layyin, qorib, sahl, serta kemampuan memotivasi dan membina umat menjadi inspirasi utama dalam penerapan manajemen di lembaga pendidikan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah telah berhasil menerapkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Rasulullah dalam tata kelola madrasah, yang berdampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut mencakup pengelolaan kurikulum yang lebih baik, peningkatan kinerja guru, terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi siswa serta terjalinnya hubungan yang harmonis dengan orang tua siswa dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Dengan berfokus pada pendekatan kepemimpinan Islami, studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
