Abstract

In the digital era, the pattern for doing digital marketing is experiencing a shift. As competitors increase, it goes hand in hand with consumer interest. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of advertisement and financial capability on consumer’s purchase intention. This research is important as advertisement and financial capability can influence variations of consumer’s consideration in purchasing decision. The type of study is quantitative research with statistical inference approach. Primary data is taken from the results of questionnaires given to consumers as respondents with a total sample of 50 people. Data analysis technique used are ANOVA F-test, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient determination (R square). Processing data tool used is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The result of F-test and t-test shows that advertisement (X1) and financial capability (X2) simultaneously and partially have significant influence on consumer’s purchase intention (Y). The result of coefficient determination (R square) shows that 46.2% of factors affecting the consumers intention to purchase at La Royba Mart can be explained by advertisement factor and consumers’ financial capability factor, while the rest 53.8% factors are explained by other factors that are not studied by the author here. Keywords: Advertisement, Financial Capability, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate and analyze the Ottoman cash waqf system as a distinct economic model from capitalism, concentrating on its principles, operational mechanisms, and social impact. This study employed a literature review methodology and compared the Ottoman currency waqf system to the western capitalist system. This study reveals that the Ottoman cash waqf system was founded on the principles of social justice, solidarity, and equitable distribution, as opposed to the capitalist principles of prioritizing individual gain. This system provides solutions to problems of social and economic inequality and safeguards the most vulnerable members of society. In spite of its positive potential, the Ottoman cash waqf system confronts a number of obstacles, such as lack of effective management, proper regulation, and public awareness. This article explores the potential of the Ottoman cash waqf system as a different response to social and economic challenges that are viewed as an attractive alternative to the western capitalist system, despite the fact that the western capitalist system can have negative systemic effects.

Abstract

Halal certification and cosmetic notification are two essential regulatory regimes within Indonesia's product supervision system. However, overlapping authority between the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) and the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs has led to regulatory disharmony, resulting in inefficient licensing procedures and legal uncertainty. This study examines the implications of regulatory fragmentation on consumer protection and the right to public health. Using a normative juridical approach and supported by the theories of legal certainty, health law, and consumer protection, the findings indicate that the dualism of the licensing system leads to high transaction costs, delays in product distribution, and a decline in consumer trust in the safety and halal status of products. From the perspective of health law, this disharmony contradicts the principle of the right to health as stipulated in Law No. 17 of 2023. This study proposes a digital-based integrated licensing model for halal certification and cosmetic notification through a single-window system, which may enhance regulatory oversight, improve bureaucratic efficiency, and strengthen consumer protection by ensuring both product safety and the fulfillment of religious values.

Abstract

This study examines how ecosufism functions as an interpretive horizon for environmental awareness that develops through repeated engagement in ecoenzyme practice within the Clean and Sustainable Environment (BESTARI) community in Palembang City. Using a qualitative instrumental case study design, with practice theory as its analytical lens, the study treats ecoenzyme production within BESTARI as a bounded case for examining how ecological and religious meaning develop within community-based ecological practice. The findings indicate that environmental awareness within the BESTARI community is not formed as a normative prerequisite for action but instead develops through repeated engagement in organic waste management practices: initially pragmatic domestic ecoenzyme practices gradually shape ecological dispositions through repetition, material engagement, and social interaction. For a minority of participants (2 of 10), these dispositions were subsequently articulated through Islamic vocabularies, including stewardship (khalifah) and moderation (zuhud), while the majority described the same practice in purely practical or social terms. Ecosufism, therefore, does not always function as the initial foundation of ecological action but can instead emerge, for some, as an outcome of practical experience in social life. On this basis, the study proposes, as a provisional analytical framework bounded by this single case, a Practice-Generated Ecosufism Framework: ecological awareness may form through a dialectical relationship between material practice, dispositional formation, and, for some participants, the articulation of religious values.
