Abstract

Untuk menampung dan menyalurkan partisipasi masyarakat, komite sekolah sebagai perwakilan dari masyarakat dan orang tua siswa memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab mengawasi jalannya sekolah. Adapun tujuan dibentuknya Komite Sekolah antara lain meliputi: pertama, mewadahi dan menyalurkan aspirasi serta prakarsa masyarakat dalam melahirkan kebijakan dan program pendidikan. Kedua, meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan peran aktif seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam peyelenggraan pendidikan. Ketiga, menciptakan suasana dan kondisi yang transparan, akuntabel dan demokratis dalam penyelenggaraan dan pelayanan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: manajemen, komite dan sekolah

Abstract

In analyzing an issue, Islamic philosophy of education consistently emerges to provide insights into education and the Islamic process, with the aim and objective of achieving an ideal condition. In reality, Islamic philosophy of education moves in two directions: firstly, towards the expansion of philosophical concepts in Islamic education that automatically generates new theories in the education of Islamic sciences, and secondly, towards improvement and innovation in the practices of implementing Islamic education. This research takes the form of a literature review. The primary data used by the researcher includes journals and books on Islamic Philosophy of Education and Islamic Education. The researcher employs the Content Analysis technique by recording factual information and providing detailed and accurate descriptions of various dimensions related to all aspects under investigation. The results of this research indicate that the philosophy of education, especially in the Islamic context, is not only analytical but also provides direction, norms, criticism, and theoretical foundations for educational practices. Islamic philosophy of education, in particular, plays a crucial role in directing education in accordance with the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

In Indonesia, character education must take center stage in all spheres of education, including formal, non-formal, and informal learning. The ability of the instructor's aqidah morality, parenting style, and counseling teacher performance are only a few of the variables that influence how children grow their character. With the performance of counseling teachers as a moderating variable in MA Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan Ujungpangkah Gresik, this study aims to determine the effect of parenting style, particularly the type of authoritative parenting style, and the competence of PAI teachers on the holistic character of students. This study employs an affiliation or associative method and is quantitative in nature. All MA Ihyaul Ulum students from three classes totaling 75 people made up the population of this study. By calculating the number of samples using the Michael and Issac method with a 5% error rate, the sample in this study was chosen using a straightforward random sampling technique. This study was carried out in Gresik at MA Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan. This study's instrument was a closed questionnaire that was completed online using a Google form. The Likert scale was used to create the questionnaire (questionnaire). Technical data analysis employing the moderation regression test, t test, and F test.
