Abstract

Kesuksesan dari seorang wirausaha selalu tidak terpisahkan dari kreativitas dan inovasi. Inovasi tercipta kaarena adanya daya kreativitas yang tinggi. Kreativitas adalah kemampuan untuk membawa sesuatu yang baru ke dalam kehidupan, karena lingkungan cepat sekali berubah. Sementara itu salah satu faktor yang menentukan suksesnya perusahaan adalah kemampuannya mengelola asset utamanya. Asset utama tersebut daapat berupa posisi pasar, orang-orang yang berkualitas, sistem distribusi, kemampuan teknis (hak paten), merk, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengupas mengenai pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis multikulturalisme. Kajian ini menemukan sejumlah prinsip-prinsip di balik model pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis multikulturalisme. Ciri pendidikan agama Islam yang berbasis multikulturalisme adalah belajar hidup dalam perbedaan, membangun rasa saling percaya, saling memahami dan menjaga rasa saling menghormati, konflik dan rekonsiliasi tanpa kekerasan. Pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis multikulturalisme dapat dilakukan melalui materi al-Qur’an, fiqih, akhlak, dan sejarah Islam. Dalam pengembangan tersebut, kurikulum perlu disusun dengan prinsip materi yang terintegrasi, proses konstruksi pengetahuan, kesetaraan pendidikan, dan prejudice reduction. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Multikultural

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural memiliki empat makna, yakni pengajaran tentang keragaman budaya sebuah pendekatan asimilasi kultural, pengajaran tentang berbagai pendekatan dalam tata hubungan sosial, pengajaran untuk memajukan pluralisme tanpa membedakan strata sosial dalam masyarakat, dan pengajaran tentang refleksi keragaman untuk meningkatkan pluralisme dan kesamaan. Masyarakat Indonesia masih terpecah menjadi lima lapisan, yaitu lapisan masyarakat ultramodern yang tinggal di kota-kota besar, lapisan masyarakat modern di kota-kota, lapisan masyarakat urban yang jumlahnya terbesar, lapisan masyarakat tradisional di desa-desa, dan lapisan masyarakat terbelakang yang hidup di zaman batu. lembaga pendidikan formal sebagai wadah resmi pembinaan generasi muda diharapkan dapat meningkatkan peranannya dalam pembentukan kepribadian peserta didik melalui peningkatan intensitas dan kualitas pendidikan karakter. Abstract

This paper describes the role of leadership in decision-making and team-building at SMP Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, in which the data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, presenting the data and concluding it. The study results indicate that the leader's role in making decisions at the institution is as an entrepreneur, as a deterrent to distractions, as a resource divider, as a negotiator. At the same time, the role of leadership in building teamwork is showing his side, building an atmosphere or climate of mutual trust, respecting the ideas proposed by subordinates, prioritizing the comfort of his subordinates, taking into account the job satisfaction factors of subordinates, acknowledging the status of members of the organization appropriately and professionally, trying to sticking to commitments, views that teamwork is the best effort.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the meaning of classroom management for Islamic Religious Education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Ihyaul Ulum. Researchers use a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview, and documentation. Research results show that; Class management is understood as a form of the central role and duties of an Islamic religious teacher, which must be carried out thoughtfully and responsibly. Second, the implementation of class management in Islamic Religious Education learning is motivated by the teacher's desire to achieve his learning goals in Madrasahs. Third, implementing class management in learning Islamic Religious Education aims to improve the quality of learning. Fourth, creating a comfortable learning atmosphere for learning Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Religion is a source of religious values ​​and has a very close connection to enter a person's soul. To form people who are religious and have religious values ​​within themselves, targeted education is needed. In this way, teachers in general and Islamic religious education teachers in particular strive to create a religious culture and increase religious potential in order to shape students' personalities into people who are faithful, devout and have morals. The question and aim of this research is to determine the process of implementing Islamic religious education in building religious values ​​in the UPT SMP Negeri 32 Gresik school environment and intracurricular learning. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used were selected purposively and were snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that: The implementation of Islamic religious education in building religious values ​​in the UPT SMP Negeri 32 Gresik environment was carried out well and effectively. Then related to programs in a special curriculum regarding religion, also memorizing selected letters in the Koran, then the example and discipline provided by all school members. Abstract

In Indonesia, character education must take center stage in all spheres of education, including formal, non-formal, and informal learning. The ability of the instructor's aqidah morality, parenting style, and counseling teacher performance are only a few of the variables that influence how children grow their character. With the performance of counseling teachers as a moderating variable in MA Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan Ujungpangkah Gresik, this study aims to determine the effect of parenting style, particularly the type of authoritative parenting style, and the competence of PAI teachers on the holistic character of students. This study employs an affiliation or associative method and is quantitative in nature. All MA Ihyaul Ulum students from three classes totaling 75 people made up the population of this study. By calculating the number of samples using the Michael and Issac method with a 5% error rate, the sample in this study was chosen using a straightforward random sampling technique. This study was carried out in Gresik at MA Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan. This study's instrument was a closed questionnaire that was completed online using a Google form. The Likert scale was used to create the questionnaire (questionnaire). Technical data analysis employing the moderation regression test, t test, and F test.

Abstract

Hadith, which is the second source of law after the Quran, plays an important role in elucidating the verses of the Quran. To understand hadith-based law, it is important to evaluate the authenticity of the hadith. This study is a review of the literature and falls under the category of qualitative research. The purpose of this study is to analyze the authenticity of hadith, which can be classified into three groups: Sahih, Hasan, and Daif. The authenticity of hadith varies, with sahih hadith being the strongest, followed by hasan hadith, and the weakest being daif hadith.

Abstract

School principal strategies can enhance the performance of educators in the learning process. In his role as a leader, the principal implements various strategies to increase student achievement as a benchmark for the success of school management. As a leader, the principal plays the role of educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, inspirer, innovator, and motivator. This research aims to explore the strategies implemented by the Head of Madrasah in improving student academic achievement at MTs Al Hidayah Wedoro Glagah Lamongan, as well as identify supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing these strategies. The madrasah principal plays a central role as a leader who is responsible for directing and managing various aspects of education, including his role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, inspirer, innovator, and motivator. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing field research methods. We collected data through semi-structured interviews with madrasa heads, teachers, and support staff, as well as through participant observation and the collection of related documents. The data analysis process involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with data validity tested using triangulation techniques to ensure the accuracy of the results. Research findings reveal that madrasah principals have implemented various strategies to improve students' academic achievement. These strategies include adjusting the curriculum for better relevance, developing teacher competency through training and workshops, improving learning facilities and resources, as well as collaborating with external tutors and other educational institutions. Madrasah heads also implement continuous evaluation and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of the strategies implemented and to identify areas that need improvement. The focus of teacher competency development is on enhancing pedagogical skills and utilizing educational technology effectively. Improvements to facilities include the provision of computer laboratories, better libraries, and access to digital resources to support a more modern learning process.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, everything is easy just by using a gadget, from accessing various information, public viewing to social transactions. However, excessive and inappropriate use of gadgets will have an impact on students' personalities. The personality of students should be of special and important attention to become the main mainstream of education in Indonesia, both in the formal, non-formal and informal realms. There are several factors that influence children's character development, including the teacher's example and the use of gadgets. This research aims to determine the influence of teacher example and the use of gadgets on the personality of students at MTs Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan Ujungpangkah Gresik. This research is quantitative research using an associative or affiliate strategy. The population in this study were all MTs Ihyaul Ulum students consisting of 3 classes with a total of 99 students. The sample in this study will be determined using a simple random sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Michael and Issac formula with an error rate of 5%. Internal resources of madrasa teachers and all MTs Ihyaul Ulum students were involved in this research. This research will be conducted at MTs Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan Ujungpangkah Gresik. The instrument that will be used in this research is an online questionnaire or closed questionnaire via Google Form. The questionnaire will be prepared based on a Likert scale. Technical data analysis will be carried out using hypothesis testing, t test, and F test.
