Abstract

Secara umum jaringan nirkabel merupakan akses komunikasi data yang dapat memperoleh informasi bermanfaat baik secara text, gambar, audio dan video. Wireless fidelity salah satu perangkat yang tersedia saat ini untuk dapat mendukung informasi yang diakses. Kemudahan dalam memperoleh perangkat WIFI dari penyedia perangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan dari pemerintah dalam memajukan sistem komunikasi di seluruh tanah air. Kelurahan untuk lampaseh kota kecamatan Kutaraja kotamadya Banda Aceh sudah banyak menyedia tempat- tempat untuk akses internet secara umum. Dengan perangkat akses handphone atau laptop sudah bisa memperoleh informasi yang bermafaat. Pengaturan dari Service Set Identifier (SSID) pada perangkat handphone atau laptop yang dikoneksi ke perangkat WIFI baik melalui secara outomatis dengan hanya menulis kata sandia tau dengan menginput IP dari Wifi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan interaksi antara pemateri dengan audiensi yang hadir. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah sebuah wawasan yang baru dalam memahami jaringan nirkabel.

Abstract

Digital transformation in vocational education demands innovative learning media capable of enhancing interactivity and students' self-directed learning motivation. This research developed an interactive learning media based on Augmented Reality for basic multimedia materials using the ADDIE model with Android platform, Unity, and Vuforia SDK. Research subjects involved media experts, material experts, and fifteen students of grade XI Graphic Design at SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires with Likert scale, systematic observation, and semi-structured interviews. Validation results indicated very high feasibility percentages from media experts at 91.3%, material experts reaching 95%, and end-user evaluation showing 97.6% satisfaction. The developed learning media provided interactive features including three-dimensional object manipulation, multi-perspectival exploration, and contextual information access facilitating independent learning. Mobile-based Augmented Reality implementation offered learning flexibility unrestricted by space and time, enabling students to explore materials autonomously. Findings confirmed substantial potential of Augmented Reality technology in enhancing learning interactivity and self-directed learning motivation for basic multimedia materials in Indonesian vocational education context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermula dari tingginya kemungkinan terjadinya gempa bumi di Indonesia serta rendahnya tingkat kesiapan siswa saat menghadapi keadaan darurat, yang disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang lebih teoritis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pelatihan simulasi gempa bumi dan untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman serta kesiapsiagaan siswa. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental yang melibatkan satu kelompok dengan pretest dan posttest. Peserta penelitian adalah siswa dari SMP Negeri 4 Kutacane. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan media VR berbasis video simulasi dari YouTube, dibantu dengan smartphone dan VRBox. Data diperoleh melalui pretest dan posttest yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam pemahaman dan kesiapsiagaan siswa setelah mengikuti pelatihan simulasi berbasis VR, yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata nilai posttest dibandingkan pretest. Selain itu, siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan media VR yang bersifat interaktif dan imersif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan Virtual Reality terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan siswa terhadap bencana gempa bumi.

Abstract

Digital transformation in governance is driving the urgent need for a more modern and structured archive management system. The Aceh National Road Implementation Center (BPJN), especially the PPK 2.5 Subfield, still relies on conventional methods based on physical documents in managing project report archives, causing various problems such as difficulty tracing documents, risk of damage, and operational inefficiencies. Different from previous e-archive research which is generally applied to academic environments or general public services, this study presents the integration of the RAD method with the design of interfaces based on the needs of multi-role users in the context of managing technical reports of infrastructure projects in government agencies, a context that has not been widely studied in previous studies. This research aims to design an effective web-based e-archive information system equipped with an interactive user interface to increase the productivity of internal employees. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is built using the CodeIgniter framework with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. Data collection was carried out through field observation and structured interviews, while system validation used the black-box testing method. All 15 functional test scenarios were declared successful. A Likert scale user satisfaction evaluation involving three internal respondents showed a satisfaction rate of 86.7%, which falls into the excellent category.  The evaluation includes five aspects, namely ease of navigation, clarity of view, system response, design consistency, and general satisfaction, which are the basis for calculating the percentage. Given the limited number of respondents, further research is recommended to expand the number of samples and apply standard usability instruments such as the System Usability Scale (SUS) to strengthen the validity of the evaluation results. In addition, this study has not included comparative quantitative data before and after the implementation of the system, such as the measurement of document search time or the rate of archive loss in the manual mechanism compared to the new system, so the amount of efficiency improvement cannot be measured verified. System functionality validation also includes black-box testing, without additional testing such as stress testing, performance testing, or security testing, so the strength of the evidence for efficiency improvement claims is still limited and indicative. The developed system contains the features of uploading documents, searching archives, downloading reports, and managing user access rights. Although initial results show positive indications of system functionality and user satisfaction, the strength of the evidence for claims of improved archive management efficiency is still limited given the lack of comparative quantitative data before and after implementation and the new testing scope including black-box testing. The developed system still shows initial feasibility to be implemented gradually within BPJN Aceh, with a more comprehensive follow-up evaluation.
