<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisi putusan arbitrase No.42085/XII/ARB BANI/2019 dalam menyelesaikan sengketa hukum investasi di Indoensia dan Untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis akibat hukum apa yang timbul dalam putusan arbitrase tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis putusan arbitrase Nomor 42085/XII/ARB-BANI/2019 dalam menyelesaikan sengketa hukum investasi di indonesia bahwa putusan tersebut dianggap belum memberikan kepastian dan keadilan hukum dalam menyelesaikan sengketa diantara para pihak dan akibat hukum yang timbul dari putusan ini ialah lahirnya atau berubahnya suatu keadaan dan hubungan tertentu antara para pihak. akibat hukum tersebut merupakan putusan pengadilan negeri nomor 556/Pst.Sus-Arbt/2021/Pn.Jkt.Sel. This research objective to analyze the arbitration award No.42085/XII/ARB BANI/2019 in resolving investment law disputes in Indonesia and to find out and analyze what legal consequences arise in the arbitral award. This study uses a type of normative legal research. The results of the study show that the analysis of the arbitration decision Number 42085/XII/ARB-BANI/2019 in resolving investment law disputes in Indonesia is that the decision is deemed not to provide certainty and legal justice in resolving disputes between the parties and the legal consequences arising from this decision are the birth or changes in certain conditions and relationships between the parties. the legal consequence is a district court decision number 556/Pst.Sus-Arbt/2021/Pn.Jkt.Sel.]]>
