Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about istihadhoh. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about istihadhoh in Muslim history No. 501. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of the hadith is hasan quality, which is the same as the sahih hadith, which can be used as hujjah. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Muslim No. 501 is relevant to be used as a means of knowledge about menstruation and istihadhoh.

Abstract

Shahih Muslim's Syarah is a book that explains, comments on, and elaborates on the original book, Sahih Muslim. Syahrah Sahih Muslim is a very famous (popular) hadith syarah among Muslims. This article only attempts to complement existing studies, namely by comprehensively explaining the Shariah of Sahih Muslim. By including the data that has been examined by the author and the explanation. This study uses a bibliometric approach by using mapping analysis keywords using bibliometrics. This study presents data findings using the keyword Syarah Saheeh Muslim, as reflected in the research that has been described. This study investigates the categories of research, the development of publications, the researchers who play an active role, and the dominating places of publication. The results of the research show that the Syahih Muslim Syarah is still developing and being researched by many people. The research category Syarah Saheeh Muslim is dominantly researched in the fields of philosophy and the study of religions. The development of Syarah Shahih Muslim research publications tends to increase every year with the highest number of publications occurring in 2018. In the Syarah Saheeh Muslim research, the researcher who is dominant and plays an active role in publishing Syaih Muslim articles, namely Benny Afwadzi, has published 6 articles. Place of publication of Syarah Shahih Muslim's research is dominated by the field of Diroyah Journal of Hadith Studies by publishing 18 articles.

Abstract

The problem of justice regarding human rights in Indonesia has always been a very hot issue to be studied. This study aims to discuss verses about human rights. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method in searching for interpretations and discussion, this study also uses the maudhu’i interpretation method in searching for verses that are relevant to human rights. The formal object of this research is the science of the Qur’an and interpretation, while the material objects are verses about human rights in (Q.S. al-A’raf: 24), (Q.S. asy-Syu'ara: 183), (Q.S. an-Nisa: 58), (Q.S. al-Maidah: 32). The results and research show that human rights have existed since ancient times and the verses we found are very relevant to existing problems, especially on human rights issues. This study concludes that (Q.S. al-A’raf: 24), (Q.S. asy-Syu'ara: 183), (Q.S. an-Nisa: 58), (Q.S. al-Maidah: 32) is relevant as a reference that a person must have fairness, especially in upholding human rights.

Abstract

This study discusses the development and characteristics of philosophical interpretation in the Islamic intellectual tradition by tracing its historical dynamics from the golden age of Islam to the emergence of ishari interpretation. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical method based on a literature review of classical and contemporary literature. The results of the study show that philosophical interpretation emerged as a response to the interaction between rational-philosophical thought and religious understanding in the context of medieval Islamic intellectualism. During the Abbasid period, the integration of Greek philosophy with Islamic thought gave birth to a style of rational interpretation represented by figures such as Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, and Ibnu Rusyd. However, this study also found that the emergence of ishari interpretation became a spiritual transition from philosophical rationality to a Sufi intuitive approach in understanding the text of the Qur'an. Theoretically, this research contributes to mapping the evolution of the epistemology of interpretation, while practically it can be an academic reference for studies of interpretation based on philosophy and Islamic spirituality.
