Abstract

The development of information technology has developed rapidly and affects almost all aspects of life, one of the information media is the internet. The internet is a medium of information that is very easy to access through various communication media, computers, mobile phones and smartphones. The number of media to access the internet is in line with the number of internet users. PO. Haryanto is a company engaged in the field of bus transportation services in which the presentation of ticket reservations, departure schedule information, and payment transactions is still manual which is one of the problems. In order to facilitate prospective passengers to get these services, it is necessary to have an online WEB-based bus ticket booking application. In this study, to build the application using object-oriented design methods using UML (Unfied Modeling Language). The application consists of two parts namely, Admin and users (users). This bus booking system was created using the Zachman Framework method with the PHP Programming Language with Framework, CodeIgniter and PHP Myadmin as a database server. Test results using Black-Box testing and Beta Testing show that the system can function according to user needs. In addition, based on the results of tests that have been done, the application is declared to be running well in accordance with the testing criteria.

Abstract

Moodle adalah salah satu platform berbasis web yang sering digunakan sebagai Learning Management System (LMS) sumber terbuka untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar, termasuk pengelolaan ujian berbasis komputer (CBT). Keunggulan Moodle terletak pada fleksibilitasnya dalam mendukung berbagai kebutuhan pendidikan tanpa memerlukan biaya lisensi. Namun, penerapannya di Sekolah XYZ menghadapi berbagai tantangan, baik dari sisi teknis maupun non-teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi kendala yang terjadi, termasuk jenis kendala teknis dan non-teknis selama pelaksanaan ujian. Menilai efektivitas Moodle dalam mendukung pelaksanaan CBT secara efisien dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan teknis dan operasional. Menyusun rekomendasi praktis berbasis data untuk mengatasi kendala yang ditemukan. Melalui survei primer berbasis observasi, penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi dan pelaksanaan ujian berbasis Moodle di Sekolah XYZ. Pada aspek teknis, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa stabilitas jaringan menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi kelancaran CBT. Pada aspek operasional, sebagian besar siswa (80%) berhasil login tanpa kendala, sementara 15% menghadapi kesulitan akibat salah memasukkan kredensial, dan 5% mengalami keterlambatan karena masalah teknis pada perangkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Moodle cukup andal sebagai platform CBT, dengan tingkat keberhasilan login siswa yang tinggi dan respons sistem yang stabil untuk sebagian besar soal. Namun, kendala teknis seperti jaringan dan perangkat siswa memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan ujian di masa depan.
