Abstract

Nande-nande perengge-rengge adalah perempuan Karo yang bekerja sebagai pedagang eceran sayur-mayur di Pasar Raya Medan Metropolitan Trade Centre (MMTC) di Kota Medan. Sebagai perempuan Karo, Nande-Nande Perengge-rengge secara kultural seperti mata uang yang memiliki dua sisi, yakni secara kultural berada dibawah laki-laki, dipandang negatif atau mengalami subordinasi perempuan. Disisi lain, secara ekonomi perempuan Karo memegang peranan penting dalam pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga. Tujaun penelitian ini untuk menguraikan kontribusi Nande-nande Perengge-rengge dalam sektor perekonomian keluarga ditengah budaya patriarki dan mengungkapkan peranannya sebagai role model di ruang publik. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif deskriftif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis etnografi (analisis Spradley). Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari studi literatur, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kontribusi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga berada di tangan perempuan Karo Nande-nande Perengge-rengge, mereka menjadi tulang punggung atau sumber pendapatan keluarga (pencari nafkah). Melalui bekerja Nande-nande Perengge-rengge membuktikan posisi perempuan setara dengan laki-laki (bahkan lebih tinggi), mereka dapat memposisikan kembali kedudukannya dalam budaya yang patriarki. Sosok pedagang perempuan Karo yang berdikari sendiri dalam pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga, bisa membuka lowongan kerja bagi perempuan lain, sosok good girls yang sukses, pekerja keras, sederhana dan cerdas di ruang publik inilah yang bisa menjadi role model bagi perempuan lain. Nande-nande perengge-rengge is a Karo woman who works as a vegetable retailer at Pasar Raya Medan Metropolitan Trade Center (MMTC) in Medan City. As a Karo woman, Nande-Nande Perengge-rengge culturally is like a coin that has two sides, namely being culturally under men, viewed negatively or experiencing women's subordination. On the other hand, economically Karo women play an important role in fulfilling the family economy. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of Nande-nande Perengge-rengge in the family economy sector in the midst of a patriarchal culture and to reveal its role as a role model in the public sphere. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative using ethnographic analysis techniques (Spradley analysis). The stages of this research consist of literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Contributions in fulfilling the family's economic needs are in the hands of Karo Nande-nande Perengge-rengge-rengge women, they are the backbone or source of family income and breadwinners. Through the work of Nande-nande Perengge-rengge to prove the position of women as equal to men (even higher), they can reposition their position in a patriarchal culture. The figure of a Karo woman trader who is independent in fulfilling the family economy, can open job vacancies for other women, the figure of good girls who are successful, hardworking, simple and intelligent in the public sphere can be a role model for other women.

Abstract

Health and fitness play a crucial role in improving the quality of life. This study aims to develop a web-based health calculator system capable of automatically, in real time, calculating health indicators such as ideal body weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), basic and daily calorie needs, and body fat levels. This system was built using the Waterfall method with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript technologies. To assess accuracy, testing was conducted on five user datasets by comparing the system's calculations with manual calculations using standard formulas. The difference between the two was calculated as the average relative deviation for each indicator: 0.13% (BMI), 0.84% (ideal body weight), 0.27% (basic calories), 0.27% (daily calories), and 0.73% (body fat levels). Since all deviations were <1%, the system's overall accuracy was estimated to exceed 99%. The test results can be further visualized graphically to clarify the comparison of values. The system also demonstrated ease of use and responsive performance. In conclusion, this system can be used as an accurate and practical educational tool to support self-monitoring of health.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan data karyawan yang efektif menuntut sistem yang mampu mengatur siklus hidup data secara otomatis, aman, dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi karyawan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) otomatis menggunakan scheduler dan event-based trigger. Sistem dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta diperkuat dengan mekanisme Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) untuk pembatasan hak akses dan Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) berbasis OTP email guna meningkatkan keamanan data. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing pada sembilan fitur utama, termasuk pengelolaan pengguna, absensi, dan retensi data otomatis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai rancangan tanpa kesalahan fungsional, sementara proses retensi berhasil mengeksekusi penghapusan dan pengarsipan data secara terjadwal. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi antara DLM otomatis, RBAC, dan 2FA dalam satu platform yang saling terhubung, menjadikannya model implementasi yang dapat direplikasi untuk sistem informasi organisasi modern. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keamanan, efisiensi, dan kepatuhan dalam pengelolaan data karyawan di era digital.Kata kunci : Data Lifecycle Management; Sistem Informasi Karyawan; Role-Based Access Control; Two-Factor Authentication; Laravel; Abstract - Effective employee data management requires a system capable of managing the data lifecycle automatically, securely, and efficiently. This study aims to design and implement a web-based employee information system that integrates automated Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) using a scheduler and event-based triggers. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, strengthened by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage user permissions and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via email-based OTP to enhance data security. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method across nine main features, including user management, attendance tracking, and automated data retention. The results show that all features performed as expected without functional errors, and the retention process successfully executed automatic data archiving and deletion according to schedule. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of automated DLM, RBAC, and 2FA within a unified platform, providing a practical and replicable model for modern organizational information systems. Abstract

The availability and quality of clean water in household storage tanks are essential yet often overlooked until problems such as depletion or contamination occur. Manual monitoring methods that rely on physical inspection tend to be inefficient, prone to delay, and unable to support predictive decision-making. This study proposes an automated monitoring solution by integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology with Machine Learning-based analysis. The system is developed using an ESP32 microcontroller that continuously collects real-time data from an ultrasonic sensor to measure water level and a turbidity sensor to assess water clarity. The time-series data obtained is then analyzed using two algorithmic approaches. Linear Regression is employed to model the water depletion rate and generate predictions regarding the estimated remaining duration before the tank reaches an empty state. In parallel, Random Forest is applied as a comparative model to validate prediction accuracy under non-linear consumption patterns. Experimental results demonstrate that the combined IoT–Machine Learning framework provides accurate, timely, and informative insights for users. The proposed system improves water usage efficiency and strengthens early warning capabilities, making it a practical solution for supporting effective household water management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi return harian saham perbankan Indonesia melalui penerapan metode seleksi fitur berbasis metaheuristik QIMA (Quantum-Inspired Multi-Objective Algorithm) pada model LightGBM. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat meliputi tingginya multikolinearitas antar-fitur teknikal, rendahnya validitas prediksi model baseline, serta mahalnya biaya komputasi saat menggunakan fitur penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan 38 indikator teknikal yang kemudian direduksi menggunakan QIMA untuk memperoleh subset fitur optimal yang memaksimalkan akurasi sekaligus meminimalkan kompleksitas model. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model baseline mengalami overfitting dengan nilai R² negatif pada sebagian besar saham. Penerapan QIMA berhasil memperbaiki kinerja model menjadi positif pada BBCA (0,0006) dan BBNI (0,0173), serta menstabilkan performa BBRI dan BMRI. Selain itu, jumlah fitur berhasil direduksi sebesar 68,42% dengan waktu pelatihan yang lebih cepat hingga 6–7 kali lipat. Analisis fitur terpilih mengungkap bahwa volatilitas jangka pendek, return berbasis momentum, serta lag harga dan volume merupakan indikator yang paling relevan dalam memengaruhi pergerakan harga saham jangka pendek. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini membuktikan bahwa QIMA mampu meningkatkan validitas prediksi, efisiensi komputasi, dan interpretabilitas model dalam konteks pasar saham Indonesia.
