Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence price, and promotion on the decision of students to choose to study at Kampus Bisnis Umar Usman, this research method is a quantitative research method, the population in this study is Umar Usman Business campus students in 2021/2022, The sample used in this study is 48 students with an accidental sampling approach (accidental sampling). The results of the preliminary analysis carried out show that the indicators used are valid for measuring existing variables. The results of the next analysis found that of the three variables used in this study, from the results of testing the hypothesis between Prices (X1) affecting the decision (Y) of students to restore college. The results obtained were 8.5% followed by the promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 15.6%, concluding, that price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision of students to choose to study at the Umar Usman Business campus was 16.8% Keywords: Promotion, price, decision to choose

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi digital marketing dan rebranding kemasan dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM Sayuran Hidroponik 28 Farm di Pasir Jambu. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM meliputi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan pemasaran digital, belum adanya identitas visual usaha, serta rendahnya jangkauan pemasaran yang masih bersifat konvensional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kegiatan Project Based Learning (PBL) yang meliputi tahap identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.Implementasi strategi dilakukan melalui pembuatan akun media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana promosi digital, serta penguatan branding melalui perancangan logo sebagai identitas usaha. Selain itu, dilakukan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM terkait pengelolaan pemasaran digital dan komunikasi dengan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi digital marketing dan rebranding memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan eksistensi usaha serta daya saing produk. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan penjualan dari Rp1.800.000 menjadi Rp3.600.000 dalam periode pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta meningkatnya visibilitas produk di media digital.Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi digital marketing dan rebranding kemasan terbukti efektif dalam membantu UMKM meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas jangkauan pasar di era digital.

Abstract

Hybrid work has become a widely adopted flexible work arrangement; however, its impact on job satisfaction through work life balance remains inconsistent, particularly in non profit organizations. This study aims to examine the effect of hybrid work on job satisfaction and the mediating role of work life balance at Dompet Dhuafa.This study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Data were collected from 110 employees through purposive sampling. The results show that hybrid work has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work life balance. However, work life balance does not significantly affect job satisfaction and does not mediate the relationship. These findings highlight the context dependent role of work life balance and provide practical insights for designing effective hybrid work systems.

Abstract

Financial empowerment, digital financial literacy, and family support in transforming migrant remittances into productive business capital Previous studies have rarely integrated financial empowerment, digital financial literacy, and family support in explaining productive remittance transformation among migrant households. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial empowerment, migrant digital financial literacy, and family support on the transformation of remittances into productive business capital among Indonesian migrant worker households. The study also examines the mediating role of family support in encouraging business-oriented remittance allocation and sustainable economic activities. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS software. Data were collected from 111 Indonesian migrant worker households using purposive sampling techniques. The findings reveal that financial empowerment significantly affects both family support and productive remittance transformation. Family support also demonstrates a positive influence on entrepreneurial investment and productive economic activities. Meanwhile, migrant digital financial literacy shows weak and insignificant effects on both family support and productive remittance transformation. The study confirms that financial empowerment and family support are the dominant factors encouraging productive financial behavior among migrant households. Furthermore, family support partially mediates the relationship between financial empowerment and productive remittance transformation. These findings imply that financial empowerment programs and family-based financial education should be strengthened to support sustainable entrepreneurship and household economic resilience.
