Abstract

Islam is a religion that puts the principle of justice and truth to each of its adherents, Islam in the dynamics of economics, education, social, and culture in Indonesia is highly developed. But there are, challenges that occurred such as, movements at that time, occurred in various regions in Indonesia. This makes Islamic leaders in Indonesia play a role in spreading Islamic da'wah so that Islamic principles can develop. This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic parties during the period of Indonesian independence. This study uses a literature review, which produces data that; (1) Social dynamics through inter-island trade routes so that it has a major effect on Chinese, Islam and European culture as well as in terms of culture still using local customs due to cultural acculturation at the spice trade center. (2) The post-independence government system that imitated the Medina Charter at that time, (3) the existence of Indonesian Islamic political parties such as Masyumi, Tarbiyah Islamiyah Association, Indonesian Islamic Syarikat Party, and Nahdlatul Ulama. (4) Islamic da'wah strategies that develop through trade, education and arts. (5) Challenges faced by the movement of DI/TII and Islamic patterns that are not so strong in national and state life. (6) Figures who influence such as K.H Hasyim Asyari, K.H Abdul Wahid Hasyim, and Teungku Fakinah after independence in Indonesia. This study has an implication of increasing the historical literature of Indonesian Islamic civilization so as to increase the treasury of Islamic knowledge in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of early childhood curiosity through experiential learning within the framework of constructivism philosophy. A qualitative approach with a literature review design is used to explore in-depth data from various sources, such as scientific journals, reference books, and reliable articles relevant to the concept of constructivism, early childhood development, and learning strategies. Data analysis techniques followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of constructivism philosophy can be done through project-based learning methods, playing while learning, guided discussions, and the use of props. Direct experience has an important role in stimulating children's curiosity, improving cognitive abilities, and developing social skills. A learning environment that supports exploration, freedom to experiment and collaboration between students is a key factor in the success of this approach. Learning media such as pictures, videos and props are also effective in enriching children's learning experience. Reflection on the learning experience helps children connect new knowledge with existing ones, creating a strong representation in memory. This research makes a social contribution by emphasizing the importance of positive interactions between children, parents and teachers in creating an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. Such collaboration not only stimulates children's curiosity but also hones their communication, empathy and cooperation skills, which ultimately support their development as active and adaptive individuals in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan etika dalam penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) melalui perspektif filsafat Islam dengan fokus pada prinsip-prinsip 'adl, taklif, dan karamah insaniyyah. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan mengembangkan kerangka etis berbasis maqasid al-shari'ah yang menekankan perlindungan lima aspek fundamental: agama (din), jiwa (nafs), akal (aql), keturunan (nasl), dan harta (mal). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur kritis, yang menggabungkan analisis teks-teks filsafat Islam klasik dan kontemporer dengan diskursus etika teknologi mutakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan maqasid al-shari'ah efektif dalam menjawab tantangan kontemporer seperti dehumanisasi, bias algoritmik, dan akuntabilitas AI. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Islam tidak hanya relevan tetapi juga mampu memberikan solusi holistik yang memadukan kemajuan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai spiritual. Studi ini juga berhasil merumuskan model pengembangan AI yang berlandaskan keadilan sosial dan keseimbangan antara inovasi teknologi dengan perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pendekatan filsafat Islam menawarkan paradigma alternatif yang mampu menyeimbangkan kemajuan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai ketuhanan dan kemanusiaan, sekaligus memberikan solusi etis yang komprehensif bagi pengembangan AI yang bertanggung jawab.
