Abstract

Kegelisahan peneliti terhadap merosotnya akhlal generasi muda yang mendapat pendidikan di lingkungan Madrasah maupun di tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter diharapkan mampu membentuk generasi yang bermoral dan berakhlak islami. Dengan pendidikan karakter juga dapat memberikan jalan keluar untuk membentuk peserta didik menjadi manusia yang baik di muka bumi melalui lingkungan Madrasah maupun di luar Madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter melalui Mata Pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dengan mengambil lokasi di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Samawa Desa Labuhan Sumbawa Kecamatan Labuhan Badas Kabupaten Sumbawa provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mengetahui bentuk implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui Pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak, kendala dan solusi dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter. Adapun analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif melalui tiga alur kegiatan, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak sebagai berikut: melalui pengajaran yang di lakukan oleh pendidik Aqidah Akhlak melalui Implementasi pendidikan karakter pada Mata Pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak pendidik menggunakan 3 cara: penjelasan, prilaku dan sikap. Faktor pendukung adalah Fasilitas, Silabus, RPP, Program Pemerintah, Susunan Visi dan Misi serta Guru Agama yang lain. Yang menjadi kendala adalah kurangnya inovasi pembelajaran kreatif. Adapun solusinya adalah pendidik harus menentukan topic dan media ajar yang yang selektif.

Abstract

The results of the researcher's observations with the class teacher who teaches Islamic Religious Education for class XII showed that Islamic Religious Education learning at the vocational school had not met the expected KKM. Also, many students felt bored with the learning model applied by the Islamic Religious Education subject teacher. In this study, the researcher used a project-based learning model. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the project-based learning model on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students. This research was conducted at SMK Islam Farmasi Sumbawa. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students of SMK Islam Farmasi Sumbawa and the sample of this study was 38 students in class XII. This study used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires.

Abstract

This study explores the critical perspective of Islamic Kalam (theology) on scientific secularism, a worldview that separates religion from scientific inquiry and public life. Using a qualitative literature review method, the research analyzes both classical and contemporary Kalam texts alongside modern critiques of secularism. The findings reveal that Kalam theology fundamentally rejects the dichotomy between religious knowledge and scientific knowledge, emphasizing the complementary relationship between divine revelation and human reason. Kalam scholars argue that secularism undermines the moral and spiritual values essential for holistic knowledge and societal well-being. This paper concludes that Kalam offers a robust epistemological framework to counter the challenges posed by secularism, promoting an integrated approach that harmonizes faith and reason in addressing modern scientific and social issues.

Abstract

The phenomenon of instant hijrah has become a trend among young Muslim generations, particularly in the era of social media. Hijrah, which is essentially a deep spiritual process, is now often understood superficially as a change in outward appearance or participation in religious communities without a strong foundation in creed (ʿaqīdah). This shift is largely influenced by environmental factors, public figures, and social pressures that turn hijrah into a symbol of instant religious status. This context, the so-called popular creed lifestyle has also emerged, referring to the practice and understanding of Islamic values framed within pop culture trends and the commodification of religion. Islamic preaching through digital media, the use of branded modest fashion, and the viral spread of Islamic jargon without deeper meaning are all part of this dynamic. While this lifestyle influences how individuals express their religiosity, it often becomes trapped in symbolism rather than genuine spiritual transformation. This study aims to critically analyze how instant hijrah and the popular creed lifestyle influence the religious patterns of urban Muslim communities. Using sociological and theological approaches, the findings reveal that although these phenomena have the potential to positively spread Islamic values, there is a pressing need to reinforce a deeper understanding of ʿaqīdah to prevent religion from becoming mere external identity. A critical awareness in undergoing hijrah and practicing faith is essential to preserve the sincerity of intention and spiritual quality in living a truly religious life.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a conceptual approach to Qur'anic exegesis grounded in the epistemological framework of Ulumul Qur’an. Employing a qualitative method through literature review and conceptual-hermeneutic analysis, the research examines classical and contemporary Ulumul Qur’an texts alongside major tafsir works to evaluate the potential integration between Ulumul Qur’an disciplines and interpretative methodologies. The findings reveal that sciences such as asbabun nuzul (occasions of revelation), makki-madani classification, qira’at (variant readings), nasikh-mansukh (abrogation), and munasabah (intertextual relationships) serve not merely as auxiliary tools but constitute a systematic and relevant methodological framework for interpretation. This study proposes five stages in the conceptual approach: identifying the context of revelation, thematic-conceptual reading, integrating inter-verse relationships, historical verification through nasikh-mansukh analysis, and applying social relevance within contemporary contexts.
