Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the food security program in North Aifat Village, Maybrat Regency. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive, using the theory of Miles and Huberman, with 5 informants. The results obtained were that the most potential supporting factor in the food security program was the availability of large land in each family so that it could produce large-scale harvests. Another supporting factor was that the community already had basic knowledge related to agriculture. The constraints faced by recipients of the food strengthening program in North Aifat Village were the lack of continuous assistance, then for pineapple and dragon fruit farming businesses the constraints were the availability and use of fertilizers and overcoming pests. While for catfish and chicken farming the constraints faced were feed and marketing media.

Abstract

The study purpose was … Pendidikan agama memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter, moral, dan iman anak sejak usia dini. Namun, proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Minggu khususnya di wilayah pedalaman seperti Persekutuan Anak dan Remaja Sorong Selatan masih didominasi metode konvensional yang cenderung monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan media video animasi Superbook dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman iman anak Sekolah Minggu. Materials and methods. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest–posttest, melibatkan 30 peserta anak. Data diperoleh melalui angket motivasi belajar yang dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji Paired Sample t-Test. Results. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata motivasi sebelum perlakuan adalah 73,45, meningkat signifikan menjadi 119,50 setelah pembelajaran dengan video animasi. Uji Paired Sample t-Test menghasilkan t = -6,701 dengan p < 0,001, yang menandakan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan video animasi Superbook efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, minat, serta pemahaman anak terhadap ajaran iman Kristen. Conclusions. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi media pembelajaran berbasis digital di lingkungan gerejawi, terutama untuk konteks daerah pedalaman, sebagai upaya menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, kontekstual, dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Sorong City has a large number of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and is growing rapidly. The number of MSMEs in Sorong City is 50 (data source from Bank Indonesia, 2023). The dominant types of businesses are culinary, service, and manufacturing businesses. However, we can still see the existence of established MSMEs struggling to survive. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of digital marketing and marketplaces on MSME revenues in Sorong City. The research used descriptive quantitative analysis techniques using SPPS software. The results showed that MSME revenues in Sorong City were not significantly impacted by digital marketing and marketplaces.

Abstract

BPKD Tambrauw Regency as an institution of public interest requires maximum efficiency in terms of increasing work results to achieve organizational goals. Work motivation and transformational leadership style are closely related to employee job satisfaction because they are driving factors that generate morale in humans to work together, efficiently and integratedly. The aim is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. Sampling is based on a sample of the population, ie. H. All population groups are included in a sample of 30 respondents. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis by conducting the t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The regression equation is determined from the results of calculations performed using multiple linear regression analysis Y=9.436+0.040X1+0.504X2. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of Tambrauw Regency Regional Economic Implementing Agency (BPKD) employees, while transformational leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction. However, at the same time, work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Tambrauw Regency Regional Economic Administration Agency (BPKD).

Abstract

The ever-increasing competition in the business world requires every company to adopt specific strategies to stay in business. This method of research is descriptive field research, that is, research aimed at providing an overview of specific details of a situation, social environment, or human relationship. We use secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples were his five-year financial reports namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk and Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk 2018-2022 financial reports. Data collection methods that involve documentation methods, i.e. data collection methods collected from records and documents related to the study. Data analysis techniques were performed quantitatively using the Altman Z-score method. After calculating the Z-score ratio = 6.56 x 1 + 3.62 x 2 + 6.72 x 3 + 1.05 x 4. Calculations and analysis of the company's financial performance indicated a deterioration in its financial position, which was not material to PT. Garuda Food Putra Putri Jaya Tbk and PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. On the other hand, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2018 to 2022 has deteriorated but remains in the safe range or healthy. This can be seen trending for PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The lowest Z-score is 3.05.
