Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of budgetary participation and budget control effectiveness to budgetary slack with leadership style as moderating variable on the SKPD Government in Pekanbaru City. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires of 73 exemplar to government officials echelon III and IV. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and regression analysis with moderating variables. The results provide evidence that budgetary participation and budget control effectiveness effect on budgetary slack at a significance level (α) of 5%. On the other hand, the leadership style to strengthen the influence of budget control effectiveness on budgetary slack at a significance level (α) of 5%. However, the leadership style actually weaken the effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack at a significance level (α) of 5%.Keywords: Budgetary Participation, Budget Control Effectiveness, Budgetary Slack, and Leadership Style.

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) merupakan lembaga keuangan bukan bank yang memiliki fungsi sebagai perantara investasi yang kepemilikannya dikelola oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Tanggung jawab PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Cikarang mempunyai kasus atas kehilangan dan kerusakan pada barang jaminan gadai. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai tanggung jawab PT. Pegadaian (Persero) atas kehilangan dan kerusakan barang jaminan gadai, perlindungan hukum terhadap pemberi gadai (nasabah), dan upaya penyelesaian sengketa atas kehilangan dan kerusakan barang jaminan gadai.   Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu dengan mengkaji atau menganalisis data sekunder yang berupa bahan-bahan hukum sekunder dengan memahami hukum sebagai perangkat peraturan. Penelitian diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan, dimana penelitian lapangan dilakukan pada saat pemagangan. Tanggung jawab pihak pegadaian terhadap kehilangan dan kerusakan atas barang jaminan gadai dengan memberikan ganti kerugian kepada nasabah yang kehilangan atau kerusakan atas barang jaminan gadai sesuai dengan jumlah barang gadainya, untuk penyelesaian sengketa dapat diselesaikan dengan melalui pengadilan negeri maupun diselesaikan secara musyawarah, dan perlindungan hukumnya terdapat pada peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of Mobile Bangking Livin by Mandiri KCP Tangerang STPI Curug jointly and individually and to determine the variables that have a dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction. The research method used is a causal quantitative approach. The population in this research was 336 customers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 77 customers obtained using the Slovin formula. Based on the research results, it is proven that service quality has an influence of 54.3% on customer satisfaction, while the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the F test in this study show that the calculated f value is 43.894 > f table 3.96847 and the sig. F 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Based on the results of the T Test, it can be seen that the Service Quality variable partially has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, the Customer Satisfaction variable does not have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. And the largest standard value of the coefficient of determination is the value of the Service Quality variable, namely 0.530, which means that the Service Quality variable has the most dominant influence on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai kinerja guru dalam menghadapi proses pelaksanaan PJJ di SDIT Al Husna Kota Tangerang dan kualitas dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilakukan di SDIT Al Husna Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SDIT Al Husna Kota Tangerang. Subjek penelitian inni adalah guru dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja guru sudah mampu dalam menghadapi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh, (2) kualitas dari sekolah sudah bisa dibilang cukup baik dengan memberikan bekal kepada guru dan juga melibatkan peran orang tua dalam menghadapi pembelajarang jarak jauh yang sangat membantu un-tuk melancarkan pelaksaan pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

The rapid development of social media has influenced patterns of interaction, information dissemination, and the formation of public opinion, including among Generation Z. As a generation that grew up in the digital era, Gen Z has broad access to various cultural and social perspectives, which has the potential to strengthen values of tolerance and peace. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on the development of a culture of tolerance and peace among Gen Z. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach, involving 10 informants selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observation, then analyzed qualitatively in a descriptive manner through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that social media can serve as an effective medium for spreading values of tolerance and peace, but it also has negative potentials such as the spread of hate speech and radicalization. In conclusion, the influence of social media largely depends on how it is used; wise utilization can strengthen a culture of tolerance and maintain social harmony in society.
