Abstract

SDS (Private Elementary School) Duri Indah Jakarta is one of the educational institutions which until now has not been computerized. Both in terms of payment and in terms of financial activities. Inputting and other activities are still done manually and recorded in a book as processing of student data. Data storage that is being carried out at this time is also still archived in a ledger, causing teachers and principals to have to record one by one the names of their students as a whole who have paid so that this can result in erroneous information regarding student payment and savings data and makes it difficult for teachers to find and provide the necessary data. Based on this, a web-based SPP and Savings payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the prototyping method which starts from the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage, in the future it is hoped that the system created will make it easier for schools to control tuition payments and student savings.

Abstract

The majority of MSME actors in Pesanggrahan sub-district, South Jakarta are mothers who do not work and have no other activities apart from being housewives. Usually they have businesses other than being housewives, namely producing food, drink and handicraft products. The majority of these mothers do not have sufficient education to start an entrepreneur. Marketing is only carried out traditionally or conventionally in the area, so that most of the products are only sold in the area where they live. To make their business grow, they need to promote the products they have produced so that these products can be marketed widely. The aim of this training program is to provide knowledge and business skills to business actors while utilizing the Canva application to promote online, so that MSME products can successfully enter every market in Indonesia. The training material explains how to create a landing page design using the Canva application using a smartphone. Most of the MSME mothers do not understand and master the use of smartphones and are included in the group of people who are unable to use technology, so the team of lecturers from Budi Luhur University who in this case participate as companions for the mothers in supporting them to expand their business by providing training on creating Canva landing page designs. Training is carried out face-to-face at the Computer Laboratory of Budi Luhur University. In this training, participants directly practice in front of a computer and also use the smartphone they own. At the end of the training session participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire containing the results of the training they attended. From the evaluation results, 100% of the training participants stated that the training material would be useful in the future and 82.6% stated that the resource persons/facilitators presented material that was easy for the participants to understand

Abstract

Websites are the cheapest, most effective and efficient promotional media, because websites are online publication media for schools which are a necessity in providing information about products, price discounts and others and can also receive information quickly and accurately. SDS Duri Indah Jakarta until 2023 will always provide information regarding school activities and information regarding registration of new students via social media. Initial observations at SDS Duri Indah, the school does not yet have an independent website, so it is necessary to create and develop a website with the school domain (.sch). This website helps schools carry out promotions. Creation and assistance activities use several methods, namely 1) Observation, 2) Website creation, 3) Assistance with website management, 4) Monitoring and evaluation. The result of the activity is that the school has a school website and can also provide knowledge about managing school websites for admins and how to create articles and content for users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pembuatan sistem informasi untuk mengelola administrasi pendaftaran dan pemeriksaan pasien di Klinik Nirmala Jakarta Pusat. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam proses pelayanan pasien. Sampai saat ini, proses administrasi di klinik masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering terjadi masalah seperti keterlambatan dalam pelayanan, kesalahan dalam mencatat data pasien, serta kesulitan mencari informasi rekam medis. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang bisa mengelola data pendaftaran pasien, jadwal pemeriksaan, dan hasil pemeriksaan secara terpadu. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan dengan pendekatan berbasis objek, serta pengujian sistem agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam perancangan, digunakan alat bantu seperti diagram UML (Use Case, Activity, dan Class Diagram) serta pembuatan prototipe berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses pendaftaran hingga 60%, mengurangi kesalahan input data, serta memudahkan pencarian informasi pasien dan laporan pemeriksaan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, kegiatan administrasi di Klinik Nirmala menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan terintegrasi, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien.
