Abstract

Investors, companies, and the public assessing the performance of the company certainly look at the information instruments provided by the company in the financial statements in assessing the company's financial performance. PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in aviation services in Indonesia; the condition and performance of the company have certainly been highly monitored by the government and other stakeholders, especially since this company in recent years has always experienced losses in its business operations so that it often injects funds from the government. This study aims to analyze the company's financial performance with Du Pont analysis techniques such as total assets turnover, net profit margin, equity multiplier, and return on equity for the 2020-2022 period. The analysis method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative analysis of the company's financial ratios with Du Pont analysis. The results showed that the Total Assets Turnover ratio in 2020, 2021, and 2022 was still below the industry average and was in poor condition. The Net Profit Margin ratio in 2020 and 2021 is below the industry average, negative with poor conditions, and 2022 above the industry average with good conditions. The Return On Investment ratio in 2020 and 2021 experienced a negative ratio with a conclusion of poor condition; in 2022, it improved with a positive ratio in good condition. The Equity Multiplier ratio in 2020, 2021, and 2022 needs to be in better condition, below standard, and hostile. The Return On Equity ratio in 2020, 2021, and 2022 needs to be in better condition. Abstract

The increasingly massive unemployment rate is a very bad condition for the domestic economy; the role of the government is very important in minimizing unemployment. This condition is a very heavy burden for the community and the government; if it continues, it will continue to impact the decline in people's purchasing power. From this background, the purpose of this research is to analyze directly the minimum wage variable and the level of labor force participation in the unemployment rate, as well as the direct effect of the minimum wage on labor force participation, then the indirect effect of the minimum wage on the unemployment rate through the mediation of the level of labor force participation. The data analysis method used in the research is path analysis on the minimum wage variable, unemployment rate, and labor force participation rate as intervening variables. The results showed that the direct relationship between minimum wage and labor force participation rate had no effect. The direct relationship between minimum wage and unemployment rate had no effect. The direct relationship between the labor force participation rate and the unemployment rate had a positive effect. The indirect relationship between minimum wage and unemployment rate by the mediation dimension of labor force participation rate did not mediate the two.

Abstract

The role of Gen Z and Gen Millennials is vital as social capital, the financial behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials is an important capital in the future journey of the Indonesian economy, and the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials will have an impact on the level of education and finance, from this urgency the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials needs to be studied as an urgency in this study. The research objectives are formulated using specific objectives by analyzing the role of financial knowledge, personality traits, and education level in the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials. The data analysis method in this research is a quantitative approach. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The study samples were Gen Z and Gen Millennials in Bekasi Regency. The research sampling technique used purpose sampling with online and direct questionnaire techniques and interviews. The sample determined by the purpose sampling technique was 100 respondent samples. The results showed that the financial knowledge variable has no effect on financial management behavior, the personality traits variable has a significant effect on financial management behavior, and the level of education variable significantly affects the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen millennials in Bekasi Regency.
