Abstract

Keberadaan BUMDes sebagai salah satu lembaga pedesaan dan menjadi pelopor penggerak ekonomi desa di Kabupaten Bekasi yang diharapakan mampu meningkatka kesejahteraan warganya. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya ditemui beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya Adalah Kuarangnya sosialisasi BUMDes, Kurangnya kerja sama antar BUMDes, serta belum banyaknya pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang di implikasikan oleh BUMDes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha. Menguji pengaruh teknologi digital kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha. Menguji pengaruh motivasi usaha pada kinerja usaha. Serta bertujuan supaya BUMDes dapat meningkatkan inovasi-inovasi baru di kelembagaan badan usaha milik desa, berkaitan dengan pendapatan desa dan pemanfaatannya untuk sosial. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu dengan metode simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 BUMDes di Kabupaten Bekasi. penelitian ini didasarkan pada studi Structual Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan stastistik SPSS 20 digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument dan hubungan yang dihipotesiskan di dalam model teoritis yang diusulkan. Temuan dari model struktural telah membutikan hampir semua hubungan variabel yang dihipotesiskan terbukti terdukung. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terhadap pengaruh positif orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerj usaha. Terdapat pengaruh teknologi digital kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha. Terdapat pengaruh motivasi usaha pada kinerja usaha.

Abstract

In modern and digital times like today, women of course, it is no less competitive than the men. The abundance of natural talents what the women have and their awareness to help improving his family's economy, being one of the factors why Indonesian women pursue the field of entrepreneurship. Development such rapid technology also affects the mindset or women's insights. In this study, researchers aimed to knowing the factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship. Researchers took 100 female entrepreneur respondents as a sample. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Research this is a quantitative descriptive study. Research using factor analysis techniques to look for factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship. Analysis using the program SPSS. The results of this research show that there are 5 factors that formed in motivating women in online business entrepreneurship through facebook groups namely; family factors, self-development factors, factors of need to achieve, factors of unemployment or not having unused work and funds factor.

Abstract

Sharia bonds (Sukuk) are one of the products of the Islamic capital market; the development of Islamic bonds is rapid in countries where most of the population is Muslim, using Islamic law principles. This study systematically explores the development of Sharia bond research (Sukuk) in the Islamic capital market in the observation period for six years, namely from 2017 to 2022. Bibliometrics is a data analysis approach in this study using the VOSviewer application. Quantitative description is an analysis method used in this study to describe the econometric literature with a network visualization model on the topic to be discussed. The sample is obtained using the publish or perish application with data from Google Scholar and Scopus, so the data obtained is then sorted to become relevant sample data of 760 articles related to Sukuk in the Islamic capital market. The results of the first VOSviewer mapping are ten articles with the most citations, network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization, and there are five clusters between item relationships; the keyword "Sharia Bond" became a popular keyword during the observation period, so that Islamic Bonds have been in great demand as evidenced by the development of research related to Sharia bonds.

Abstract

The increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak is increasing rapidly in 2020. In addition, losses in the economy, especially trading, have also been the cause of the economic crisis. In supporting the government's program to reduce the number of transmissions of the Covid-19 virus, online business is one way to make it easier for customers to make buying and selling transactions. This study aims to examine the influences of entrepreneurship, motivation and family environment on online business interest during the Covid-19 pandemic on private employees in the Cikarang industrial area.The sampling method used is Probability Sampling Design by providing equal opportunities for each element (member) to be selected as a member of the sample. The population in this study were private employees in the Cikarang industrial Area. The results of the study proves that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and family environment on online business interest. The three variables also have a simultaneous influence on online business interest during the Covid-19 pandemic on private employees in the Cikarang industrial area.

Abstract

Desa Cibatu merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Cikarang Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi yang memiliki penduduk sebanyak 20447 Jiwa [1] dengan rata rata bekerja sebagai wirausaha atau pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Pemerintah Indonesia telah memberikan pelayanan online perihal pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha bagi masyarakat yang memiliki usaha, baik itu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah maupun usaha lainnya. Adapun manfaat dari kepemilikan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) adalah sebagai legalitas kepemilikan usaha. Terkait usaha menengah yang usaha ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri, yang dilakukan oleh orang perorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan yang dimiliki, dikuasai, atau menjadi bagian baik langsung maupun tak langsung dari usaha kecil atau usaha besar dengan jumlah kekayaan bersih atau hasil penjualan di Desa Cibatu lebih banyak dibanding jenis usaha lainnya. Sehingga apabila pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Desa Cibatu tersebut memiliki legalitas usaha dengan membuat Nomor Induk Berusaha, maka pelaku UMKM tersebut memiliki banyak kemungkinan untuk mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

This research conducts an interdisciplinary bibliometric review to explore the symbiotic relationship between Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Utilizing advanced bibliometric tools, we analyze a comprehensive dataset extracted from reputable databases, encompassing articles that meet predefined inclusion criteria. The study reveals thematic clusters, influential documents, and core keywords shaping the discourse within the BI-AI landscape. Thematic clusters highlight the multidisciplinary nature of research, ranging from the impact of AI on finance to business model innovation and sustainability. The top-ten cited documents provide a snapshot of seminal works guiding academic and practical understanding, while keyword analysis illuminates the central themes and areas of emphasis. The cross-analysis of these elements offers a nuanced view of the evolving landscape of BI-AI integration. The findings not only contribute to academic scholarship but also provide practical insights for organizations navigating the dynamic intersection of BI and AI.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important idea in supporting the independence of the community to reduce the current unemployment rate, the fact in the field that the level of entrepreneurship is still very low in supporting national economic independence, especially in the younger generation who focus after finishing school and college enter the world of work not entrepreneurship, from this phenomenon, more in-depth research is needed related to the factors that influence entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to analyze social media factors, information technology, and young people's entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurship. The research sample used a saturated sample, namely 130 Pelita bangsa university student respondents. The research method uses descriptive and inferential statistics with a quantitative approach, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that social media variables and entrepreneurial interest had a significant effect with a positive direction on entrepreneurship, while information technology variables had no effect on entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Pada prinsipnya, sumber daya manusia adalah figur inti organisasi dan perusahaan. Agar kegiatan manajemen dapat berjalan dengan lancar, perusahaan harus memiliki karyawan yang berpengetahuan dan berkinerja tinggi serta bekerja keras untuk mengelola perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas atau kinerja karyawan dilihat dari beberapa faktor atau variabel yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan yaitu disiplin kerja, stress kerja dan penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi dari karyawan PT. Kalbe Farma dan pengambilan sampel denganteknik Non-probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda dan uji hipotesa dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 25. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar 4,971 > t tabel 1,986 tetapi stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar 1,730 < t tabel 1,986 sedangkan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar 6,853 > t tabel 1,986. Uji F menunjukan F hitung sebesar 72,713 > F tabel 3,09 maka disiplin kerja, stress kerja dan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kalbe Farma.

Abstract

Es.teh Indonesia is a franchise engaged in the beverage sector, where Es. Indonesia has a reasonably large name in the beverage sector; the development of Es.teh Indonesia is relatively fast and has been around for a long time, so an evaluation is needed regarding marketing strategies, promotions, and those that cause significant customer loyalty. From these problems, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Public Relations, Advertising, and Direct Marketing on Customer Loyalty of Es.teh Indonesia. The method of analyzing this research uses a quantitative descriptive approach to look for influential relationships between research variables; the sample taken is Indonesian Es.teh customers with a purposive sampling method of 100 respondents, and the research data analysis technique uses SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling). The results showed that public relations significantly affected customer loyalty, then advertising and direct marketing variables had no effect on customer loyalty in Indonesia.
