Abstract

Perubahan dalam dunia bisnis di era digital tidak bisa dihindari sejalan dengan cepatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi komunikasi sehingga memaksa setiap orang harus cepat beradaptasi dan belajar lebih banyak mengenai perubahan ini. Hal ini menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat digitalisasi berbasis platform dan memberikan peluang bagi pelaku usaha untuk cepat berinteraksi baik secara internal maupun eksternal dimana hal ini belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Kekuatan kemampuan Studi ini meneliti pengaruh Platform Digital, Kemampuan Jaringan, dan Ambidexterity terhadap Kinerja UKM. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif-kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis atas 100 UKM kewirausahaan, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan platform digital memiliki efek positif langsung pada kinerja UKM.Kata kunci: Digitalisasi; Kapabilitas Jaringan; Ambidexterity, Kinerja UKM SME’s Performance Development: Using of Digital Platform with Network Capability and AmbidexterityABSTRACTChanges in the business world in the digital age can not be avoided in line with the rapid development of information communication technology that forces everyone to quickly adapt and learn more about these changes. This gives rise to fierce competition based on platform-based digitalization and provides opportunities for business players to quickly interact both internally and externally where this has never happened before. This study investigates the effect of Digital Platform, Network Capability, and Ambidexterity on SME’s Performance.  The research used is associative-causal research with a quantitative approach. The results indicate that digital platform, network capability, and Ambidexterity have a positive effect on entrepreneurial SME's performance.Keywords: Digital Platform, Network Capability, Ambidexterity SME's Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh Komitmen karyawan, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap pelaksanaan K3. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 75 karyawan yang berkerja di berbagai perusahaan pada konstruksi Migas di kabupaten Tanjung Balai Karimun dengan menggunakan Sampel random Sampling. Teknis Analisis yang digunakan adalah  mengunakan PLS dengan alat ukur skala linier. Hasil yang didapati pengaruh mengenai komitmen karyawan, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap pelaksanaan K3 memberikan pengaruh yang positif di perusahaan konstruksi Migas yang berada di Tanjung Balai Karimun.This research aims to find out the influence of employee commitment, work discipline and employee competence on the implementation of K3. The population in this study amounted to 75 employees who worked in various companies in Oil and Gas construction in Tanjung Balai Karimun district using random sampling samples. Technical Analysis used is SmartPLS with linear scale measuring tool. The results found to affect employee commitment, work discipline and employee competence to the implementation of K3 have a positive influence on oil and gas construction companies located in Tanjung Balai Karimun.

Abstract

In modern and digital times like today, women of course, it is no less competitive than the men. The abundance of natural talents what the women have and their awareness to help improving his family's economy, being one of the factors why Indonesian women pursue the field of entrepreneurship. Development such rapid technology also affects the mindset or women's insights. In this study, researchers aimed to knowing the factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship. Researchers took 100 female entrepreneur respondents as a sample. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Research this is a quantitative descriptive study. Research using factor analysis techniques to look for factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship. Analysis using the program SPSS. The results of this research show that there are 5 factors that formed in motivating women in online business entrepreneurship through facebook groups namely; family factors, self-development factors, factors of need to achieve, factors of unemployment or not having unused work and funds factor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine macroeconomic factors such as economic growth, inflation, money supply, unemployment rate, and world oil prices as moderating variables on the growth of corporate Islamic bonds (sukuk) in Indonesia. The method of analysis in this research was quantitative causality with an analytical approach. The analysis technique used was a moderation regression model. The sample in this study was the growth of corporate Islamic bonds (sukuk) for the last ten years, from 2013 to 2022, in monthly data. The results showed that the growth of Sukuk was partially affected by the variables of inflation, money supply, and unemployment. However, the GDP variable does not affect the growth of Sukuk. The moderating variable of world oil prices can moderate the variables of GDP, money supply, and unemployment rate on the growth of Sukuk, but does not moderate the variable of inflation on the growth of Sukuk. The results of this study can be used as an academic reference and information for issuers and potential investors in making investment decisions from macroeconomic factors that have been studied such as inflation, money supply, unemployment rate, and world oil prices. Keywords: Gross Domestic Product, Macroeconomics, Unemployment Rate, Corporate Sukuk   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor makroekonomi seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi, uang beredar, tingkat pengangguran, dan harga minyak dunia sebagai variabel moderasi pada pertumbuhan obligasi syariah (sukuk) korporasi di Indonesia. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif kausalitas dengan pendekatan analitik. Teknik analisis yang dipakai menggunakan model regresi moderasi. Sampel penelitian ini ialah pertumbuhan obligasi syariah (sukuk) korporasi sepuluh tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2022 dalam data bulanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial variabel inflasi, uang beredar, dan tingkat pengangguran mempengaruhi pertumbuhan sukuk, namun berbeda dengan variabel GDP tidak mempengaruhi pertumbuhan sukuk. Variabel moderasi harga minyak dunia mampu memoderasi variabel GDP, uang beredar, dan tingkat pengangguran pada pertumbuhan sukuk, namun tidak memoderasi variabel inflasi pada pertumbuhan sukuk. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dipakai sebagai refrensi akdemisi, dan informasi bagi perusahaan penerbit serta para calon investor dalam menentukan keputusan investasi dari faktor makroekonomi yang telah diteliti seperti inflasi, uang beredar, tingkat pengangguran, dan harga minyak dunia. The Triple Helix Model, fostering collaborative synergy among universities, industries, and government entities, emerges as a fundamental framework for propelling innovation and development within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This comprehensive literature review meticulously explores the model's historical evolution, delves into its theoretical underpinnings, and examines its practical applications in the unique context of Indonesian SMEs. Dissecting the nuanced roles played by universities, industries, and government entities underscores their collective contribution to shaping a knowledge-based society. A thorough examination of government initiatives, insightful case studies, and the integrative impact of the Triple Helix Model in SME development illuminate the transformative dynamics at play. The discussion extends to encompass methodologies for measuring impact, key performance indicators, and the nuanced influences of regional factors. Anticipated trends and forward-looking recommendations for future research and policy development underscore the model's pivotal role in steering the trajectory of SMEs in Indonesia, establishing them as indispensable contributors to the ever-evolving landscape of innovation and sustainable development.

Abstract

The increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak is increasing rapidly in 2020. In addition, losses in the economy, especially trading, have also been the cause of the economic crisis. In supporting the government's program to reduce the number of transmissions of the Covid-19 virus, online business is one way to make it easier for customers to make buying and selling transactions. This study aims to examine the influences of entrepreneurship, motivation and family environment on online business interest during the Covid-19 pandemic on private employees in the Cikarang industrial area.The sampling method used is Probability Sampling Design by providing equal opportunities for each element (member) to be selected as a member of the sample. The population in this study were private employees in the Cikarang industrial Area. The results of the study proves that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and family environment on online business interest. The three variables also have a simultaneous influence on online business interest during the Covid-19 pandemic on private employees in the Cikarang industrial area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap makanan olahan ayam yaitu fried chicken. Fried chicken merupakan makanan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan usaha fried chicken setelah peneliti melakukan pengamatan selama 4 tahun terakhir di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken yang berada di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu metode sampling jenuh dengan semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 pengusaha fried chicken di Cikarang Usaha. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan observasi yang kemudian hasilnya akan di uji melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken di Cikarang Utara. This research was motivated by the high public interest in processed chicken food, namely fried chicken. Fried chicken is a food that is in great demand by the public, this is evidenced by the increasing growth of fried chicken business after researchers made observations for the last 4 years in North Cikarang. This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, creativity and innovation on the business success of fried chicken in Cikarang Utara. This research is a quantitative study. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling method in which all populations were used as samples. The samples used in this study were 80 fried chicken entrepreneurs in Cikarang Utara. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and observation, then the results would be tested through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted showed that the variables of motivation, creativity and innovation had a positive and significant effect on the success of fried chicken in North Cikarang.

Abstract

The development of modernization is always changing, especially the culinary business has created intense competition to attract buying interest from consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, price and brand image on interest in buying. The sample obtained consisted of 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative by obtaining data from questionnaires via google from. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model to analyze the data. The respective research results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant partial influence on interest in buying. Price partially has a significant negative influence on interest in buying. Brand image has a positive and significant partial influence on interest in buying. The results of social media marketing, price and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying. The results of the R Square value are empirically proven to be 67.7% by the variables in this research.

Abstract

Purpose — The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of global stock exchanges indices—the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) index, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) index, and the Nikkei 225 (N225) index—and macroeconomic variables (exchange rate and inflation) on the movement of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI).Method — The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative causality with the GARCH model technique. The samples include the JCI, global stock exchanges (DJIA, SSE, N225) indices, and macroeconomic variables (exchange rate, inflation) based on monthly secondary data from 2017 to 2022, encompassing 72 months of observation.Result — The results showed that the global stock market variables of the DJIA and the SSE indices had a significant positive effect, while the N225 index had a significant effect on the JCI. Regarding macroeconomic variables, the exchange rate had a significant negative effect, whereas inflation did not affect the JCI.Novelty  — The novelty of this research, compared to previous studies, lies in the more recent research period, which spans from 2017 to 2022, and the inclusion of inflation variables, which have not been explored in prior studies.

Abstract

Debt policy is one of the most important factors for companies that have gone public or not in maintaining the image of existing information to investors. As well as being one of the references for investors in deciding their investment actions. Thus, as an academic practitioner and also a capital market investor, this research theme is a topic of urgency in the perspective of the CEO (Gender) to be raised. The specific purpose of this study is to analyse the differences in debt policy among energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a focus on the character of the CEO (Gender), the age of the CEO, and the tenure of the CEO of the corporation. The research data analysis technique uses an independent mean difference test to test the hypothesis in this study, the first thing to do first is the assumption test or the feasibility of the research data model. The results showed the first that there was no significant difference in the Company led by Female CEO and male CEO, the second result showed that there was no significant difference in the Company led by CEO less than 45 years old and CEO more than 45 years old, the third result showed that there was no significant difference in the Company led by CEO with tenure below 10 years and the Company led by CEO with tenure above 10 years on corporate debt policy.
